Comment: These guys are local to West Sac, and if they have it. Youre leaving with it. No hassle at all. Ive rented a trailer from them on multiple occasions now, and it has been a breeze. I highly recommend using this neighborhood uhaul

Comment: The service was average. Nothing out of the ordinary.The trailer I rented, was released to me without being properly inspected during the trailers service. As a result of poor maintenance inspection, no one noticed the the front axle on the trailer was not properly aligned, not connected to the trailer.

Comment: I needed a truck for moving some furniture to a new place. The rental was easy and quick, they even gave me more time just to be sure I didnt rush. During the move I lost a wing mirror, the staff were polite, professional, and helped me through the process of filing damage. They made what could have been a scary, expensive experience easy and manageable.Highly recommended, always get the damage waiver.
