Comment: The staff were super helpful & cheerful.It was my first time towing and they were helpful and quick getting me rolling with a 6x12.I returned after hours and one gate was closed, but the other entrance was big enough and there was enough space to do a 27 point turn and get it backed in. I had to improvise to get the trailer unhooked myself, so Id recommend having two people to return it; one to stand on the back bumper to get the hitch free.

Comment: I had a wonderful experience at this specific U-Haul. My reservation was available clean and ready for pick up. The ladies at the counter were very helpful and made the pick up process quick and easy. My rental was in good working order. The drop off process was even easier than the pick up. The manager did a wonderful job assisting my return. It was far more affordable than any other truck rentals that I looked into and something that I really appreciate. It was the fact that it was a little bit less than what I expected, compared to other companies who you sign up with get the rental and then end up getting charged extra money that you were not expecting on your account. Overall, I am grateful that this experience was stress-free, and what is typically a very stressful, moving, situation. I would highly recommend this location to anybody in need of a truck rental or equipment rental. I will certainly be using this location again if the need should arise.

Comment: Picked up a 10 truck and tow dolly. They were very nice and friendly and service oriented. I was totally impressed by the concern for the safety that he showed - making sure that the truck lights were correct on the tow dolly, air pressure in all four tires, connection was secure, advice for loading the car, etc. I highly recommend this location and the truck was very clean and perfectly maintained (good thing, as we then drove over 1,000 miles to Denver, CO!).

Comment: I called for a breakdown of the charges after returning my uhaul after hours. I was placed on hold and whoever picked up the phone was super rude right off the bat. Before getting into the charges I asked to speak to another person because I did not like the employees tone or the way he was speaking. He said there was no one else there who I could speak with. I advised that is not true because a lady picked up the phone and placed me on hold and I was willing to wait to speak to her or anyone else but he said no and said I can call somewhere else. That doesn’t make sense because I rented the uhauls from that location.. He literally said we are done here and disconnected the call because I did not want to speak with him and because I insisted on speaking with someone else. Very rude and unprofessional and this is not a location I will be giving my business to again.

Comment: Checked in and reserved online the night before. They had my truck up and running by the next morning the second they opened. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I only needed it for going about 1-2 miles to my new place. Only had to make 4 trips to get everything done. Put in $20 in gas and returned it the same day. Check out is simple. U just follow the prompts online. My final fee was about $68. Not sure of that is expensive (considering I added $20 in gas and also rented the Dolly for $7) but overall was a very convenient location.

It was easy to drop the truck off after hours, and the only problem concerned the U-Haul app which requires a photo of the odometer and fuel level. No matter how many pix we took the app wouldnt accept it. Despite that the staff quickly resolved the issue when they received the truck upon opening. Lastly Id like to mention that while Id planned to use another U-Haul dealer, it didnt work out because that location had a couple nuts running the place and we got outta there quickly. Do yourself a favor, youll be in and out of there without and problem.

They said if I returned it quarter of fuel they will credit me &16.50 they never did, I called few times because I feel they charged me to much, they said were busy right now and well call you but they never did, I talked to 3 different representatives never got a call back.oh and the dolly they gave me was super old and rusty I have to clean it.....its scary to rent when there is COVID-19 and the truck is this dirty.

Don’t be tricked into thinking your getting a 24 hour rental for $19.I could have rented 3 vans and gone 55 miles on each van. This is wrong crooked and ridiculous.Horrible customer service also took 30 minutes to pick it up and drop off the van. They were running out to storage and gathering boxes while I waited to pick up the van and I had a reservation pick up time.

I can not thank Ron enough for all his help in making sure I was taken care of during my move. Moving can be a really stressful time, and Ron made sure my entire process was smooth. I went to the location the day before my reservation and had a tow inspection that confirmed my pick-up truck had everything required to tow the trailer that I reserved. The phone calls go to an answering machine, which never get call backs from the staff. I reserved a trailer at 4:30 PM for the next day. When I got there the counter person / people told me Id have to wait because they needed to check to see if I could have the trailer or hold it for another customer. After fifteen minutes of back and forth between the three. I finally got the trailer that came in while I was there, that was just luck. Otherwise I dont think they would have honored my reservation.... No Customer Service Here ! Steer Clear !

(This was screamed at us) we asked her not to scream and explained we had set out up for 24 hours. So she screamed again: You WILL have it back by 7 am OR you WILL NOT be renting it & the owner is right here & will tell you the same thing!!! We walked..filed a complaint with UHAUL corporate & went to another location. So if you want what you pay for do not go here. Unless of course you like to be yelled at and disrespected. These people should not be renting for anyone. Btw: this was our 2nd location because the trailer at our original location had a flat tire...so all in all we lost 1/2 the day and had to go to 3 locations just to get a trailer!!! Come on UHAUL...you can do better than this or do you let just anyone rent for you?? I will think twice about renting from you next time.

Was great at first but because they were busy and didnt want to do paperwork at the time I was there for a light adapter for 5 bucks and I got charged twice on my card that went through and a refund that takes a few days for you to see it. Ive been on disability for the past 6 months and just now going back to work and dont have extra money to play with. Now my other bill got declined cause they charged me twice. I even set up a time I was gonna come in and take care of it after work and they still ran it through using the same authorization code. Didnt know that was legal. Then the customer service just made things better by arguing with me and trying to make it sound like they did me a favor and then hung up on me when I asked for corperate number. Will never recommend this place.

Comment: We had an absolutely awesome experience! LOVED the online reservation option. They gave us a call to ensure us that the trailer was waiting for us on the scheduled pickup day. Service was friendly and quick! Huge thumbs up guys :)
