Comment: Moving is always stressful but the staff here made our experience less stressful. We rented their smallest Truck on a Friday to move all small items then the 28 footer on Saturday for the big move then a pickup for Monday and Tuesday to clear out our garage and take a couple loads to the dump. Without their excellent customer service this move could have been a complete nightmare. The app wasnt working so we dealt with them directly and Im glad we did., We wont be moving anytime soon, however, I highly recommend renting from. This location. You guys are rock stars!!

Comment: Employees don’t show up to work on time or return calls. Posted hours start at 8am, but don’t bother showing up until 2 hours later. Go elsewhere.

Comment: Please be advised that this u-haul folks are scammers!!..First off these guys show up whenever they want having no regards for customers who have been waiting beyond business hours, not even acknowledging or apologizing for being late...then we had to wait another 45 minutes to even get acknowledged!!! I had in formed him that I had booked and checked in on line and all I had do was ask for the keys !! He questioned my booking and wanted my credit card info, I asked him why and he got upset and told me to go somewhere else!! I told him he was upset because I would not allow him to scam me!! He Not knowing I have family that work for uhaul,they informed me that this scammer at this uhaul location had put me on uhauls caution list!!!!! What a loser!! I have filled a complaint with the BBB,Ill keep you posted with results...again watch out for these folks here at this uhaul...

Comment: If you want high top quality customer service please see Moe!!! From the moment we stepped in very friendly, very helpful, very professional!! Extremely understanding when we thought we were going to return the truck on time but unfortunately we werent able to, he made arrangements to help us, that to me is a understanding, courteous, professional caring person and all smiles friendly greetings when we returned the truck and still said if you need anything Im here wow!! Such an amazing guy!!! Highly recommend Moe!! 100% great customer service THANK YOU Moe!!

Comment: I was extremely disappointed to find that I could NOT get a trailer I reserved for 9:00 am on a Wedesday, because the office wouldnt be open till 2:00! I had an up and back run to Tahoe to do some work at a rental property we own and pick up my son and his Harley. No way I could wait till 2. Luckily, the Silver Chase Uhaul in Lathrop had the trailer I needed and I was able to deal with what I had to do and return the trailer that evening. Otherwise, I would have had to stay a night and pay for the trailer for an additional day. Unbelievable! I wish there had been a way for them to let me know my 9:00 am reservation wasnt feasible.

Comment: Rented a few times from this location, always the best service in the area !!! As for the other review on here …I’ve had issues at other locations where my equipment was not returned on time for me to pickup that day. Not the locations fault !

Comment: So needed to assist family to move stored items from one storage unit to another a distance of about 5 blocks . They charged me 823 miles when I only used 24 miles. $923 to my credit card because they dont provide a receipt when you return truck. Take lots of photos of the odometer they also put a label over gauges which barely lets you see odometer. Very shady business practice. Not to mention the led does not light up very well. Again they dont provide receipt when you return vehicle. Another shady business practice. Photos photos photos. The burden of proof is on you. Photos of any damage. Photo of gas gauge they never have gas tank full. They will always get more gas back than what they provide you.
