Comment: I rented a truck to move my Mom from very close to the Uhaul shop to Castaic, lets go way over the top and say 20 miles to Castaic(lol)...and same route back to shop. Lets call it 40 miles, which I am giving like 10 miles leeway...they charged me for 55 miles, lol! I called to let them know their must be something wrong with their truck abd should have the milage recalibrated or something. The manager could care less, literally. AND...she told ne she drives from work to Castaic and knows its like 15 miles one way. So,basically she was calling me a liar, like I would really lie about this. Im not worried about money, its the point of how I was treated. I hope Corporate reads this and reaches out to me. I have a lot more to say.
