Comment: The fact we waited 20 minutes to rent a truck the area is ghetto winos outside hanging around..the boxes that are supposed to house the keys to rent the truck are destroyed so you have no choice but to wait for the one employee to help you

Comment: The ladies here at this location rock! Super thankful for their kindness and advice. Moving isn’t fun and always stressful. They all made me feel at ease and helped me get everything I needed to have a safe trip. They also have a lot of stereo products and check cashing. Thanks again!

Comment: Im surprised to see poor reviews. I dropped off a 26 truck ( a little small for the drop off spot), but the man who helped me check it in guided me in and gave me information for the best places to fill the truck back up with fuel. The lady who processed the paperwork was very friendly and helped me with the gas shortage. I was really impressed with their service especially since it was right at closing time. Id highly recommend.

Comment: The main lady was very helpful and nice. the other blonde lady was very rude and had horrible customer service. the man who checked me in was just as rude. I mean I paid for that truck I shouldnt have been treated like that. learn some customer service before you start losing customers just because of two incompetent workers
