Comment: There are no supplies/ equipment to purchase but the staff are nice. There was there was an issue with extra charges, I contacted U-Haul and it took a few days before I received an email with a credit for the charges.

Comment: Please be aware before running at this location I went to make a rental purchase today for a truck I added a driver to my account when I added that driver to my account the driver had passed history with U-Haul the corporate company of U-Haul alerted me when I called them back they informed me that they will not be able to rent to me because I added this driver who have passed history with them on a path contract can you believe that was held up for all day and was denied rental access on behalf of me adding a driver that I did not even know that I just hired to do a job now you have attached my information with his information making me be responsible for a path contract that he has with the company over $2000 And charges a pass contract and they’re holding me responsible as if I was attached to that pass contract currently here in the present so be aware before you go and rent with this type of corporation because they will take your information and attach it to a drivers information if they have had any past history with them and he alert you until that person take cares of their debt as if you have caused the death itself This is not the type of company that you want to trust and do business with

Comment: Horrible second experience already, I made my reservation with a week ahead and I got a call a day before my pick up and I was told that they didn’t have a truck for me, I had paid already I had plans, buuutttt they didn’t care. They told me to go Penske or somewhere else, (and this was the supervisor telling me this, Benni or something like that) WTH! Till now I hadn’t had my money back. They told me they had a truck like an hour and a half away from my house really closed to where I was moving, and I only had 100 miles free, and rest .69 cents it’s like whaaaatt!? I’m going to waste my gas because of you!!! Second and last time reserving with U-Haul. I Do not recommend it at all.

Even though he was working alone doing rentals for Uhaul and RV Vehicles. He still kept on smiling. It was a pleasure doing business with Laguna tire and wheels # 33241 U-haul Rentals at 2220 Kausen Dr. Elk Grove CA. 95758. It was convenient to get to. Its right before you get to Hwy 5 at Laguna and Harbor way. I will be sending referrals their way. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.

Comment: Uhaul service center has NO DROP BOX. Be aware of this as you cant do a self return at this location. The website will let you, however, youre just stuck wondering what to do with the keys afterwards. I went in to return them at 8am. I waited 30min for someone to show up late to open the office.

Comment: Doesnt really have anything to do with the location itself just the company in general.I lived in Davis and needed a truck to use for moving, the Davis uhaul company calls me day before and tells me I have to drive all the way to elk grove to pick up a truck of that size and there is nothing bigger any closer.Not that big of a deal because they were giving us the miles to cover I guess. But then we get here and they dont even have a truck for us to use? Seriously? It was a 40 minute drive for a truck that was reserved and they dont have it..Extremely disappointed in uhaul and how they executed this we are getting a bigger truck at the same rate but uses more gas that we will have to pay for ourselves. Will never be using this company in the future and if I were you I would call 2-3 times days before and of to make sure you dont waste as much time as I.Good luck hopefully your experience with this company is better than mine.

The manger that is very incompetent of any level of proper customer service hung the phone up in my face after I explained to him I would be phoning customer service. The employees give out misleading information then want to fall back with “company policy” that they have made up on the spot. I would have given this place a negative five starts but it wasn’t an option. Don’t waste your time and money with their prejudice unprofessional self’s.

Comment: Do not go to this establishment. I just finished calling the police and I plan to make a report. The gentleman who worked there today seemed to be intoxicated. He was yelling, screaming, slamming phones, and cursing at customers. He walked out of the office and customers (most of whom had been waiting for an hour) were left with no rentals. His behavior was irratic, disrespectful, and irresponsible. Customers who were waiting said he was driving trucks. Most of us called corporate. Luckily the good people at U-Haul on Bond in Elk Grove helped us. This place needs to be shut down.

Comment: I have had multiple bad experiences BUT the latest was the last straw. I called on Sunday to make a reservation, I got the voicemail during operating hours which states if you leave your information you will receive a call back. I followed the instructions left my information and waited.Monday morning comes around and I have had no phone call so I wait for them to open at 8 and call again, this time a man answered and after I told him I was interested in a reservation and somewhat frustrated already I was told he had multiple people in front of him and he would need to take my call back information. I informed him I did not feel comfortable as I was still waiting on a call from Sundays message. he repeated that he couldnt help me at that time and asked for my information, I gave him the information and have yet to hear back. My understanding from previous experience and talking to workers is that they do not pay well and therefore no one wants to be there. The employees lack of concern for my time and money is evidence of the fact that he doesnt care for his job. Thanks to all the time waisted I had to drive farther out and push back necessary plans to go to a different uhaul rental. We rent trucks frequently for various reasons and will never be returning to this site. Please dont waste your time or money!

Comment: Went in to have my tires done. Dealer wanted over $1000.00 for four tires, They got me the same ones for just over $700.00 installed. Guys were nice and the store next to it is a gas station and food store. Got a cold drink and waited in the lobby and all good.
