Comment: I rented a van online and chose the self checkout and return. Pickup was going to be at Sams Tires on Greenback. The U-Haul app wasnt working correctly and Sam and his team helped me without adding the $20 charge for not using the self check out. I had the same problem again trying to check the van back in and again they didnt add any additional charges. These guys were friendly and helpful.
