Comment: The manager Beau tried to bait and switch me when they didn’t have what I reserved, then he refused to honor the $50 guarantee. I ordered a 5x8 trailer and specified that I couldn’t use a 5x9. They said they had one and processed my order. When they went to hook me up, it had a 5x9 sticker on it. The helper called Beau, and he switch it in their system so that I got a different trailer without a sticker. They tried to play it off like it was a 5x8, but it was a clean 9 feet long when I asked them to measure the inside…. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. The customer comes last with this place. That much is clear.

Comment: Most people cant keep me calm when things dont go as I think they should. Im 60 years old and have moved many times using U-haul. The persons in this u-haul store were by far the best service I have ever had10 stars!!!!!!!!!

Comment: This location saved me on my moving day after multiple other locations screwed up my reservation. Bo was working that day and he has got to be one of the best customer service representatives Ive ever worked with. He was extremely helpful and made my day. Renting and returning were a piece of cake. Highly recommended!

Comment: Poor customer service. My wife went to buy some boxes. Selected the size, but the representative gave her half one size and half another, but because they were bundled, it wasnt clear until she got home. She had to drive all the way back to the location (a 40 minute round trip). Only then to be told she was incorrect. Eventually the representative realized he was incorrect and got her the correct size. When a company wastes your time like this, you would expect a discount or refund.
