Comment: Great experience using this location. The Uhaul van was brand new, drove great and even had a back up camera in the rear view mirror. The Uhaul rep was friendly, efficient and made the process easy - know hell come out to the front parking lot to meet you and will bring the rental vehicle out.

Comment: I would give zero stars if I could because this place is ran so poorly. Towing cars parked in front while renting a uhaul with them… no call no notice no nothing. Then when asked where is the car one guy shrugs his shoulder while other has a smirk on his face. Grimy business.

Comment: Weird giving a rave review for a Uhaul place, I know, but the people here go above and beyond! I rented a trailer twice in the same week from this location and both experiences we awesome. I was running late trying to return the trailer I rented before they closed and the owner himself made a special trip to meet me after hours. Overall the guys that helped me appeared like ninjas the second I pulled in and got me checked in and out in minutes. No messing with the online pickup and confirmation. They handled everything. I have dealt with Uhaul many times in my years and never felt the need to leave a review. These folks are just next level.

Comment: My brother and I arrived around 9:00am to get our trailer. There was 1 person in front of us but we had to stand outside. Would have preferred to be in a waiting room since it was cold outside! I wanted to rent moving blankets but they didnt have any! FYI, I didnt put that on my reservation order though. The young man was okay. We were I think done in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Comment: I needed a u haul to move my parents good out of storage came in at 9 am there was a young guy at front very rude said have i seat it will be awhile he over charged my card twice he did not know how to use machine imagine coming in to rent a uhaul for 40 bucks n having 580 hold on ur card for a one day rental how can he be so incompetent stay far from here n pick somewhere else to rent n have someone clean ur lobby area it smell like marijuana maybe that’s why he got my invoice wrong pot head as receptionist

Comment: Very friendly and helpful folks. Pickup of my 15 moving truck was simple -- Id already filled out everything online I was out of there in literally 10 mins, including the walk-around. Truck had 107k miles and was pretty rickety, but thats a uhaul issue, not a local dealer issue.

Comment: Let me start off by letting you know I have been a certified automotive technician for 20 years.. The truck I rented was a bad experience..I was supposed to rent it for two days and I returned it after one day.. the transmission would not shift.. and it high revved the engine pass the limiter before it shifted.. and the engine valves was rattling because of it.. I decided to check the engine oil and it was low 2.5 quarts of oil. So I purchased 5w30 oil that was recommended on the engine oil cap started it and it did not help the engine noise.. I was able to move my car on a trailer I had also rented from uhual.. both i rented on 6/29/2019 at 7145 Mission Gorge Rd. I returned the trailer around 2pm of that day.. I spoke to the fella about the issue with the truck and he said that had prior complaints from other rentees.. yet it still was on the road for someone else like me.. so I did one load and tried to return it and was told there isnt another 15 ft truck. So I did another load and said forget it this truck is in bad condition.. by that time it was already about 6:30pm uhaul already closed.. and returned it the next day.. the phone number I called does not contact uhaul.. its for a repo/recovery place.. unsatisfied.. but service clerk was helpful.. lol

Comment: Such poor training and communication. Will not be using these services again. Truck was dirty on pickup and empty, was told if be given fuel discount then had to fight to get it honored. Very disappointing.

Comment: Out of my way location. Service was slow and the clerk failed to put the dolly in the trailer necessitating a return trip the next day. Multiple attempts to contact them by phone failed. I have been renting from them for years. Probably will go elsewhere in the future.

Comment: Rented a truck from this location for my business (I consider myself an elite U-Haul customer because I paid them nearly $20000 over last couple of years for using their equipment). When I returned it after hours I made sure to fill it up on gas to where it should be and locked everything up. Next morning I was charged $20 and change for fuel. They claim that I didnt fill it up to the correct amount which is not possible because I always double check.Customer service is overall okay but this incident made me mad. I called them to get a refund but was told that there is nothing they can do.I want to warn customers of this place to take photos of everything you give into their possession or take from them because they are likely to overcharge you.
