Comment: This was only a drop off for me on April 6th of a 20 ft truck. Was very easy All steps along the way were surprisingly easy. I pre-rented the truck or I guess reserved it you would say I picked it up we filled it up and we I drove it out here to Antelope valley no problems. When we were done I dropped it off a mile from my house after filling the gas tank and it was smooth. Just dropped it off showed him the paper I think he signed something and that was it. I really liked the convenience.

Comment: Showed up at scheduled day and time I reserved. The guy played dumb straight lied ..trailer dolly would be ready. He outsourced the job to another uhaul location. Waste of time
