Comment: Well for one the lady needs to smile more and be there at a later time instead of closing at 12 or 12:30.. I know that this is a family business and I feel that the wife is overwhelmed because every time I go there she doesnt greet you with with a smile so I believe shes overwhelmed with the business and having to take care of her family I think she needs to hire to take the load off and that she should get some rest

Comment: I called them a few months ago cause another Uhaul location couldnt help me after they gave me an outta state trailer with seriously bald tires, as I was about to go out of state myself, (partially my fault for ALSO not inspecting them). The gentleman here, about to close, on a Sunday, insisted on going to another Uhaul location, in another town, to pick up the new right sized tires, and returned to install them. My hats off to them for caring about safety 1st, and going above and beyond!!!
