Comment: The truck I reserved was locked behind a gate. They gave me a truck with no gas and expected me to go add gas to it in order to be able to leave the location. The women at the window wqs selling single cigarette out of this uhaul location and was selling pharohanelia to do drugs I was her could the Briidles used to smoke crake and right the number on a tracking sheet. This was disgusting

Comment: This Uhaul service is the only true 24 hours on site Uhaul in the Country. At this center we do everything Paperless which means Every single Contract will be sent to the Email Address you provide to the representative onsite or over the phone. Every Truck will not be on a full tank of gas and should be returned with the same amount of Gas or you the customer will be charge, and NOTE IF YOU RECEIVE THE GAS AT OR OVER A QUARTER TANK AND IT IS RETURNED UNDER OR SLIGHTLY UNDER YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 30 DOLLARS. Please take pictures of gas and miles/:dash board as the System or cashier can make a mistake and will make adjustments easy both for you the customer and Uhaul. We are happy to serve the community and looking for lasting relationships for all your moving needs.

Comment: Got a uhaul and a trailer and this has been the best experience at a uhaul dealer I’ve ever had. Amazing customer service, friendly, timely. Went above and beyond to help me and my dad get a uhaul the same day. I HIGHLY recommend them! Such good kind people who own the place. I’m recommending them to everyone I know :-)Thanks you guys!! You were a blessing when we desperately needed a uhaul.

Comment: One of the worst companies to deal with. Gas station clerks gives you a number to call, NO REAL UHAUL OFFICE AT THIS gas station, that number is never answered. Texted them, and they reply to questions after an hour. Finally had it and went with a other area dealer.

Comment: Worst customer service ever. I will not recommend this place at all. The owner was rude and hang up on me. After telling me it was ok to drop of the trailer. I was told they’ll be an additional charge after I had already on hooked the trailer.

Comment: Horrible service, I made a reservation online and the day I went to pick up my truck, the cashier just said “the only thing we have available is that pickup truck.” At the last minute I had to be looking for a truck that worked for my needs. The have very little inventory, I suggest to use a bigger dealer.

Comment: This was the only 24hr U-Haul Dealer I could find. I needed a truck before business hours and did not want to pay for an extra day. Everything went smoothly from booking to return. Highly recommended due to the professionalism and good customer service.

Comment: These people should not be in business. Had a reservation time for 6 am and the person who runs the U-haul service was a no show, did not answer, and no truck was delivered. I do not recommend this location. Worse service ever. 0 stars if possible.

Comment: Terrible experience. I made a reservation, but when I arrived, the agent wasnt there. An hour later, I get a call telling me that they dont have any trucks and my reservation has been canceled. I ended up missing the window to get the keys to my new place and move in and also had to scramble to find another moving van. Unacceptable all around.
