Comment: The person who helped me at this location when I picked up the moving van was very friendly and answered all my questions. I will in the future use this location when needed. They also offer all of the typical convenience stores and more. Check out Westside Biz & Mail Stop if youre in the area.

Comment: We found ourselves in a situation where we had a vehicle transport scheduled for our military move across country and they failed to arrive or even inform us of their cancellation, leaving us in the lurch trying to find a way to haul our additional vehicle at the 11th hour. Although I never set foot in the store and ultimately wasn’t able to rent equipment from this location, Itaska went above and beyond trying to find a solution for us even if it meant she would not get our business. I am grateful for people like Itaska that puts people and their well fair above making a sale. Thank you Itaska for paying it forward and I will look for the opportunity to do the same for someone else in the future.

Comment: This location is called Westside Biz And Mail Stop. The owner is super nice and helpful. And theres a little bit of everything here.Food, drinks, tobacco, lottery tickets, fingerprinting services, notary, a P.O. Box for USPS, and much more. A deceptively handy little business with a manager who couldnt be more friendly.

Comment: Ive decided that I hate uhual. The reservation I made was not as it should have been so it screwed up my moving time and helpers. So I was not finished moving and had to keep the truck another day which I paid for and then the day I need to return the truck I had to choose to go to the Dr to get results on a biopsy to let me know if I have cancer or not or return the truck. When I called to talk to them the lady did not care about my situation at all and would not help in anyway. This company has little to none compassion for people. I will never use them again.
