Comment: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!The guy asked for my phone number: I spelled it to him 5 times and he started YELLING AT ME coz he was so stupid to comprehend things. I live in LA since 2006, and I don’t have an accent and have a very sweet voice and professional attitude.And then he hang up the phone!Boo 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Comment: My U-Haul rental experience was really great here. I reserved the van I needed for today. Gave my license info along with credit card info. Did my moving business and returned the U-Haul. I don’t understand why some people complained and gave this area a 1 star. I arrived 20 minutes late and he was nice enough to drop the after hour charge amount. Big thanks and I’ll be back for more business :)

Comment: When I arrived at the drop off location, I asked the guy if he needed anything else from me and he said not unless you have any money. It was not funny and made me feel uncomfortable. He also took the keys without going over any forms or the vehicle with me. I knew I dropped the vehicle off with enough gas because it was not a burden for me to have filled it up earlier that day, however I knew I was over the gas requirement so I did not bother. He documented that my gas was below the gas line and charge me an extra $30 to fill it up as I saw in an email after I already left. I should have taken a picture myself, but only took pictures of my car parked on the outside of the locationWhen I called customer service, they claimed that he said he documented it correctly. I asked them to ask him to send them a picture as proof, however he did not take a picture to show them and it is just his word against mine. This was after having the drop off location changed on me four times within the last 24 hours and resulting in this place, which was not even the closest one to me, and made me waste gas in the first place as well as a large time of my day.

Comment: If I could give 0 I would. He charged us over 200 than our contract said, added more days of insurance than we agreed to. Super super rude. Took our payment without telling us the total. And when we said there were issues with the amount he said if you want to argue about it go to law school. We called customer service and will NOT be paying for this.

Comment: Way easier than I thought it would be. Made a res, picked up the truck within minutes of getting there from Eli, had to keep the truck an extra day and it wasnt a big deal, same rate and could drop it off any time. Drop off took only a few minutes.

Comment: DO NOT COME HERE - I honestly never complain but this man was rude, unprofessional and when I let him know he said one thing and did another he hung up on me after he yelled saying “don’t bring me into your problems!” Terrible experience!
