Comment: Well Tavian helped me and gave better service then the Fontana Uhaul. Yesterday before I left Uhaul after they installed my Class 2 hitch in Fontana I heard a rattling sound so Miguel said oh its this metal guard and he said he couldnt do much to fix it. So today I went to Uhaul on Sunnymead Blvd in Moreno Valley and Tavian the guy who does hitches put up on the jack. He then said if I have anymore problems bring back so then when I left it started to rattle again. He said let me see what I can do so I brought back in and he fixed it no more rattling sound. So while out running errands I stopped into give his boss a great customer service reveiw. He should be a manager or get a good raise for his great customer service. I told his boss I used to work in customer service and you usually never hear great reveiws you usually only hear complaints. So thank you to Tavian I will be sure to also write Uhaul customer service on your excellent service

Comment: Made a reservation more than a week and a half in advance. I reserved moving blankets and furniture dollys and they didn’t have them. I get in the truck and the check engine light is on. They didn’t have any other trucks so they sent me down the street. I’m paying movers and they just getting paid to stand there because I don’t have a truck. Do not rent from this place!!!

Comment: Really nice business,I just wish that they keep the older U-Hauls a little cleaner in the inside,the steering wheel, door handle, and everything inside was filty dirty,,and due to Covid I bought wipes to clean it up in the inside,,but other than that,I would rent from them again providing I get a clean truck.

Comment: I had a very bad experience on this store with a cashier her name is Cynthia Hardy, she gave us very bad attitude, she said F word to us, because we were returning a truck according to a contract had written wrong by a guy in Fontana store, and they wanted to put the blame on us and charge us extra money, and she got onto her phone while we still talking without any respect. please be attention to U haul company they let you sign on a screen for a contract you dont even read it after they take your signature.

Comment: We had reserved a rental last Saturday for THIS Saturday with our debit card and personal information on file. The woman that the called me on Friday to tell me the time to pick up was completely RUDE. The second time she called, just no filter whatsoever. She didnt act like she was running the sales portion of a business. Frankly, I dont know how this facility gets any business. Except for Anthony, no one had our best interests at heart and really didnt seem to care about our business. So much so that when we got there today, our reservation had just dissapeared. With our debit card ON FILE. Kind of scary... And after this happened, the concierge said, Now you can go home and relax! What?! We were relying on this truck because we are moving today. You are a moving truck rental store. I dont think they know what their service is for.

Comment: When I rented the vehicle there was someone else’s name that came up under my phone number. I asked them to change it so that I wouldn’t have an issues returning the vehicle. But they did not. I tried several times to return the vehicle via the app/website but couldn’t to no avail. I took pictures and dropped the key like the customer rep suggested. I received an email with my receipt this morning and was charged an addition $350 dollars, because someone made a mistake. It had not be rectified because there’s no on site manager. I will never use Uhaul again. This site had bad customer service all around.
