Comment: Upon pick up of the box truck, the windshield was not clean and the cup holders were encrusted with dirt. The gas tank was just above the 1/8 mark. The facility also has a poor selection of overpriced boxes to choose from.I had to buy $25 worth of gas a gas station, and I drove the nearest U-Haul store to buy the boxes I needed. A kind staff member washed the windshield.I returned the truck the same day and I was charged a refuel fee of $11.66 even though the gas gauge was slightly below 1/4 of a tank. I think this is dishonest and unfair. I would never return to this place of business again.

Comment: They rented me a trailer with no lights, i had to loose 1 day juts to find another trailer to rent!!!!! Came all the way from sacramento and had to stay 1 more day jus because of the inconvinience
