Comment: This was the worst experiences I have ever had with U-Haul. My dad used U-Haul for years for different things. I don’t know if it’s is only this location but the customer service did not exist. They expect you to do all the work and will charge you for things that they didn’t explain. There was no explanation because they have no one working there. And to top it off they close early sometimes without telling anyone in advance. They are only open to 5:30 pm and sometimes close at 4:30pm without notifying their customers. The last part really made me never want to go back. I asked for some kind of discount and the woman said you will be paying full because of their rules. Not even acknowledging that they wasted a lot of my time. There are a lot u-haul places in town.

Comment: Miguel, manager had told me when I bought 5 wardrobe boxes from him a couple weeks back I could return any unused boxes for a refund, fair enough! Today when I walked in to ask for him to buy back a couple boxes I did not use, they were in the same spot in my truck as Miguel put them, he had his back turned to me the whole time refusing to assist me with the buy back. His assistant whose body took up at least 3/4 of the room in the office gave me a sheepish look and was right to the book. I left in the mid conversation with Miguel because once again he had his back turned to me belligerent the whole time. Called a Neighborhood U-Haul? I would not think of it in this way.Would I recommend you to do business with Miguel and Thumbalina? NO! Not at all. Disappointed Buyer in Los Angeles 90045

Dale was extremely kind, respectful and helpful... he is a humble and un-intimidating man with good people skills and gave me a “good feeling” about renting from his company.HIGHLY recommend this location!!! Comment: They got me into a truck with no problems. I was late by two days and they were super nice about it. Everything was cool. The cleaning fee and late fees arent too bad either. Will definitely rent from them again (and not be late next time)

Comment: The lady there is very rude. she was late to attend to the me and other customers wasted about 40 minutes of time to show up at the front desk. They need to be CLOSED DOWN or the lady fired. they cheat the customer on the gas and miles. VERY UNPROFESIONAL SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. save yourself from the headache

Comment: Should have believed the other reviews. Everything was fine till the bill came. They add a $40 gas charge even if you top off the truck, no wonder they paint only 19.99 on the side of the vehicles

Comment: Dont trust their milage. They say the truck is filled but its not. We put $15.00 worth of gas for for a truck that traveled only 12 miles and we had to stop the pump as the truck still kept accepting more gas.
