Comment: Upon dropping my truck off I was greeted rudely by the man I am assuming was the boss. He came outside in the parking lot talking to me like I was dumb because I didnt know where to park my truck and apparently I was in the way. I do not work there and seeing as how the lot was empty from both trucks and cars I thought Id park and get my things quickly and let them park it where they must. I was getting out some food and clothes I was donating to the homeless when he came out talking rudely and angrily to me. When it was time for my payment I walked into the office to find and hear that he was still talking down about me, being rude, and obnoxious about me parking in the wrong place when again there are no signs for where to park and I had already moved the truck dispite his rudeness.I felt extremely uncomfortable paying for the truck after that and doing business there. I will not be doing business there anymore especially because I felt discriminated against because he hadnt talked to any of his employees that way. I have more respect for myself than that and I thought I was doing the neighborhood a service because I live nearby. That was not the case. If he wants to talk down on people in the neighborhood that support him he should take that behavior to his own neighborhood. I really would like a refund. I am also going to make sure that no one I know does business there and if you have respect for yourself dont work there or do business there especially if you live nearby.

Comment: Had a confirmed reservation for a 15 foot truck with a car tow. Got a call 1 hour before pick up to let us know they’re out of trucks & can “reserve” another one for us 4 days later. AVOID. The WORST company of the worst companies ever.

This is my first time inquiring about a trailer I spoke to Randy and asked him how much is a 5×8 trailer and can it be dropped off at another location and his response was wow thats allot of questions can you call back Im helping someone else. I understand you help the customers in person 1st vs the phone but he was so rude and just a very nasty attitude. Randy needs customer service skills.

And the Husband and and wife they have working there are so rude the husband hassled me for a small amount of gas tried to have me pay for two gallons and it wasnt even a full gallon of gas needed

Comment: This place is the worst place i ever seen to rent a uhaul. i got a truck from their to move my stuff i called them after i left to tell them i need the truck only for that day and i am going to bring it back those 2 guys that work their are very rude and unproffessional obviously look at the are you are getting a truck from smells like piss and shutt i was told that i cant bring it back because their is no place to park the truck after hours those idiots should leave the gate open most of us have to work the next day so we need the truck for 1 day only so i got in argument with him hi finally said just park it around the courner and leave the keys inside the bed by the light so thats exactly what i did and i also called him and told him where the truck was. the moran called me 2 days later and told me he couldnt find the truck and he was going to charge me for 2 days which is stupid and retarted from his part because we spoke and i told him where the truck was so i got charged extra and i got screwed for extra $$$ by those idiots. RENT THE TRUCK FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU CAN DROP IT OFF EARLY IF YOU WANTED HORRIBLE PLACE NOT WORTH IT DONT EVEN HAVE A DROP BOX.......................................
