Comment: If there was a way to do no stars I would. I went in spoke with Tony HE NEVER MADE ME SIGN ANY PAPERWORK, never looked over the truck with me, told me I was good to go and I could rent the truck for $65 and some change from Friday evening til Sunday when they opened. I contacted him and ask if I could keep it a couple extra hours Sunday and was told that wasn’t a problem. Dropped it off Sunday, THEY CHARGED ME $125 that was pending and $190 that was taken out completely. Upon calling I was told by Kyle that I had went 95 miles when all I did was go from they’re store and to watt 1.5 times and that I was in the wrong and it was my fault. The guy who let me rent the uhaul and the guy who I spoke to today took complete advantage of the fact this was my first time alone renting a uhaul and I was a woman by myself. Kyle ended up “fixing the pricing” and refunding $65 back to my account but basically made it seem like it was a favor to me. Very unprofessional and inappropriate especially the way I was being spoke to while understandably irritated. You want to rent a uhaul? Make sure your ready to be taken advantage of and spoke to as if your the idiot when their workers don’t know what they’re doing. Very unfortunate that places like this run on scams and I am not the only person who’s had this problem from this place in particular. Make sure you have your own truck and trailer to move yourself.

Comment: Picked up a trailer to tow my car, both of the people I talked to (at the desk and outside) were extremely friendly! Because of traffic, I wasnt able to drop off the trailer on the same day. No extra charge to drop it off in the morning!

Comment: Nice owner/manager. He is a blue collar hard worker and not going to go out of his way to make your day which is fine with me because its not a restaurant. Pick up truck/Drop truck is all I need. Everything was good with the truck. Easy pick up. Trucks are in a very secure place. Easy communication. Also they have cheap storage and storage equipment (mattress cover, dolly, etc.). Will use again. Yeah there was some dust, which i used a broom for a minute and cleaned it. No issue.

Comment: Horrible Location bad management and customer service, i rented a cargo van when i picked the van it was brand new 4000 miles but it was cover in dust inside and outside and i drove a little bit and i couldnt the dust smell with the AC was killing me i called them he told me come back Ill give you anther van when i went back he got into the van and told me THATS THE NEW CAR SMELL, I was like WHAT ? and about the dust he was like thats the cleanest U-Haul in town, i looked at the other van it was dusty too but better and then he told me sorry it has a flat tireBAD BAD BAD it my first and last time at this Horrible Location UHAUL should pay attention when they franchise their name.

Comment: I actually took a stack of business cards and promo info to share with my friends and make readily available at our businesses. Tony (manager) was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. His customer service was phenomenal and I would highly recommend him and this Uhaul location to anyone!

Comment: Cant thank U-Haul enough. They got me from Pittsburgh PA all the way over to Roseville California one-way trip didnt have a problem with the truck and it was an easy drop off and then made sure it was close to my location where Im staying

Comment: DO NOT RESERVE A U-HAUL AT THIS LOCATION. We made a reservation here through the U haul website a week in advance, a rep from the office call us the day before stating they didnt have the truck we reserved.... On top of that the rep was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Stay away from this location
