Comment: Other than the location(specifically getting in and out)Its five stars easy check in straight forward at the counter. I was asked basic questions (ID and the insurances for vehicle). He gave me the keys and just followed the prompts on the uhaul link to check the vehicle. Tid bit never use the photos they have on there. Dispute the photos by taking your own and uploading them before you drive off, and save them.Good experience overall nice people. No issues.

Comment: Shady business practices! I helped my son and his family move recently. This Uhaul location told him and charged him one price (have the contract paperwork to prove this), then while we are on the road in the next state, he gets a notification from his bank about a 2nd charge for several hundred more dollars added to his card.We called Uhauls customer service number and waited about 40 minutes to talk to someone. That person put us on hold to contact this stores mgr who we were told would call us back. Here we are a week later with no call back.Second charge reported as FRAUD...If you choose to do business with this store anyways, dont say ya werent warned. Check your card charges for several days afterwards as well. Your bank can help you fight FRAUDULENT charges. I read other reviews on this place after the fact and this is not the first time people have reported being charged more than once! BEWARE!

Comment: The uhaul on Pfe rd is kind of a dumpy looking place, in a convenience store, however, the people are super nice and helpful. This is our go to Uhaul. We’ve tried several others, like the one off Harding and Washington and they are not very nice, or helpful.

He always help us out when were around town...I always find everything that I need when Im need to get supplies before leaving town on a train yes he takes EBT yes things are pricey and it the only store around the train yard..his always has hot food and sandwich are great always buy them when Im around Roseville his wife and daughter are great people ..you kinda get to know everyone once you been coming around the area the last 15 years and see it change... Now there a u haul and no payphone plus he has a water machine for 30 cents for gallon.... Thanks Bob aka Roseville market..

Comment: I love this convenience store. The family who runs it is very accommodating and helpful. They stock a lot of stuff, even bacon, eggs and milk. During the worst months of Covid, you could always find toilet paper and cleaning supplies with bleach there for normal prices. I appreciate this store very much and stop in there several times a week.

Comment: Its a little tricky, you walk in to the building and its a full-on liquor store and if youre like me you walk back out and look for another door to enter the U-Haul.. turns out its a combo business and the guys behind the counter will also help you with the u-haul stuff. The owner happened to be there the day I was there receiving a bunch of inventory and apparently theres a bunch of regulars that come in because he was greeting people on first name basis he seemed real upbeat and had a pleasant attitude and the entire staff was pleasant to work with and very helpful.

The liquor store part of the business is fine in my opinion, but renting a Uhaul is a whole different story. Avoid renting here, theres another Uhaul rental location less than 1 mile away. I highly suggest to find a different rental location.

Equipment was in good condition and work out very well defined reccomend coming and renting here too. First time I rented a 12x8 trailer then a car dolly and work out great!!! Thanks

Comment: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN WHO CALLS HIMSELF “Bob”!He scams his customers!! Checks out the fuel gauge higher than what’s in the tank.I inquired about the arbitrary fuel level marked on the contract. The Renter does not follow you out to the truck (I argue this is intentional) so I was told when I inquired about the actual fuel level that “verify any discrepancy and let us know” I took a screenshot of the mileage and fuel level with a time stamp...upon return the fuel was more than at rental screenshots verify the before and after. Bob fiercely denied the screenshot shot evidence and claimed I signed the contract where he manually imputed “His fuel value “ then he assigned a value to what he claims is the “fuel difference “ there is no way to quantify an analogue fuel reading. We again and again showed him the OBVIOUS screenshot before and after pics. He gets aggressive and claims the screenshot has no value albeit his caveat at rental was to verify the fuel level. This is the SCAM!! It adds tens of dollars to the rental. He is not an HONEST RENTER DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN!!I give him a ZERO MINUS!! Just for dishonesty!!

Comment: U-Haul is located at the Roseville mini Market were they have automotive supplies, a little bit of groceries, a deli that serves sandwiches and hot food, beverages,beer, Wine, and Liquor. Handicap parking and a restroom mainly for employees but for emergency theyll let you use it. Of course they sell cigarettes and tobacco products as well as California Lottery and scratchers.One thing I will suggest is ask for an itemized receipt cuz they can tend to overcharge people that arent paying attention.

Comment: I rent a u-haul from u-haul. Nothing wrong with the return. A few days later get a call saying the window was crack. I said why didnt say anything that day and wait 2 days before said anything. In that 2 days that u-haul was rented out. I do take pics before and after take the truck back. I never seen a crack window in the pics. They change fast when attorney talk to them

Comment: Uhaul Corp People as bad as these guys.Today at 9:12 AMTaking advantage of the homeless in Roseville.I recently rented a uhaul from Colorado to California. When I arrived at the Roseville PFE (in city limits) Uhaul yard, it was raining. I parked the Uhaul and was preparing to go inside, when a man in a came over and told me it was parked good. He asked me if was cleaned out and I told him it was clean. He then proceeded to drop the trailer in the mud. At this point he told me, he was not an employee, but helped out for a little compensation. He then was at the store entry and took the moving blankets I had. He pointed to a man sitting at the desk in the convenience store, who directed the homeless man to count the blankets twice. The owner or employee processed my paperwork, and I asked him if he was paying the homeless person, he said, they just do that.I said, you sit here at your desk, and a homeless person does your job? I told him its basically slave labor and I would be calling Uhaul corporation as its basically illegal not pay people who work for you.I called for their parking lot and they said a supervisor would be getting back to me.A week and a day later, I called and this morning ( Dec 29th) a supervisor Victor, basically blamed the homeless, never admitted it was wrong to use the homeless, and said he would talk to the location. I was basically hoping, he would say that it was against policy and he would do everything to make sure it didnt happen again.It is truly sad homeless people are treated badly and used as free labor.

I asked her, Are you serious?, she said yes, I am I then told her that is terrible customer service and she replied thats fine with me and I asked her again,you would rather lose a sale/customer then just answer a question or two? and she said yes that is correct, goodbye.WOW!!
