Comment: Lack of communication and was charged $25 “cleaning fee” for unfolded furniture pads that we rented. Rented the pads for $10 and getting charged $25 is outrageous.Literally had a good experience and was going to leave 5 stars until the $25 cleaning fee.Followed up with the located and they provided me this photo. How is anyone supposed to read that small sign in a confined and small box space where it is dark? It is posted where YOU wont look like really?I gave up and just called U Haul customer service to opened a case with the area manager. I will not be renting from here again - should have been upfront about the cleaning fee and pads instead of relying on a small sign

Comment: You lost my reservation, when we were on a very tight time schedule. Wouldn’t let me use a truck from the closest store to me. Then wouldn’t let me return the car to my local store. Never using uhaul again and we’re moving 200 miles in 2 weeks.So glad we did a test run last weekend because you were awful. Thank God we will not use you for the actual full-scale move.

Comment: Shady!! The gas gauges are rigged so that they don’t register correctly. Rented a moving van from them and drove it exactly 4 miles. Somehow had to put 4 gallons of gas to get the gas gauge to move to the half full mark that it registered when I rented it. No way I used 4 gallons of gas driving four miles. Total scam.

Comment: This uhaul dealership is great. It is located at the Valero gas station. When I dropped off my uhaul, they found an issue with my mileage which I didnt notice during my pick up. They contacted the customer service for me and got everything sorted out smoothly. They were also very friendly and patient.

Comment: This person should not be in business renting moving trucks. Unless you are in a position of maybe needing a truck for your move. Stay away! My reservation meant nothing to him. He told me to go somewhere else cause his computer is down. I explained its the end of the month and thats why I reserved weeks ago. But he didnt really understand or care that this was important so I had to uber to the uhaul center that was literally 1/4 Mike away. Had I known of course that would have been my first choice and it should be yours. Manually renting trucks is an option but didnt want to do it manually or didnt know how. When I asked is English went from bad to worse. You dont need to speak English to know that I cant move without the truck and he didnt lift a finger to help me find other options. He basically pointed me in the right direction and didnt apologize.
