Comment: Very friendly and efficient. Made the reservation and they not only emailed and texted confirmation they called to offer directions and make sure what size truck I needed because they had other sizes available. I appreciated her assistance.

Comment: Looking for this location is a bit tricky. The sign if s very small. Yo u have to go in the liquor store and U-Haul us on the right. The trucks are in the back where theyll get it for you. Quick service. Not much to negotiate. Staff is quite relaxed and a lil funny. Great people.

Comment: Super friendly, transparent, and they make the whole process of moving a lot less stressful. Despite being the smallest store in Stockton, they’ve had the right vehicle in stock both times I’ve needed a truck. I’d definitely recommend coming here and sharing a piece or two of pan dulce with the staff here :)

Comment: Reserved a pickup for 11am. I arrived at 10:50am. There were no trucks in sight. Waited while the guy was on the phone with whomever speaking loud enough to know other customers business. His CS skills are pathetic. The woman completely dismissed my presence EVEN THOUGH I was standing right in front of her..I mean literally 2 ft in front of her. Instead of saying to me sorry for the wait,I will help you asap they said their truck isnt there yet,sorry but I can go to another location. The point of a reservation is that you have the truck there upon my arrival.Thank you Uhaul for your fine,outstanding services. NOT!

Comment: Owner was awesome. Met me outside and hitched everything up. As a military member Ive moved numerous times and used UHaul. This was the best UHaul experience Ive ever had. Even as I was leaving he offered me a free bottle of Powerade. If I could give him more stars I would.
