RUN !!!!!!!! This place is the most unorganized place I have ever seen. Plus lazy!! The female that works at the desk is rude and lazy. If they got rid of her I would bump them up a few stars. People go to any other U-Haul than this one. I don’t care how far out of the way it is…… trust me you’ll thank me.

I never write bad reviews but this one truly deserve it. Such a lousy customer service attitude experience by the owner name Miner. And you think who would provide better service than owner of the business.At 11pm when I tried returning the truck by using online process it took me an hour to do so. Because they wrote my name wrong on the contract. It was really frustrating.So next day I went back retrieve my phone charger I spoke to the owner Miner and shared my frustration. This lady with emotion less face said oh, people who took my reservation and person at counter made mistake. No apology or any kind of gesture from her. Nothing whatsoever. Way to go Ms. Minor.

I ordered pods to be delivered at my house. The morning of delivery they called and said they didn’t have any available. So I rented a delivery truck and 2 storage units. When we went to unload one of the units had a lock on it. This was after they were closed so I was forced to keep they truck an extra day. I needed more storage so I rented another one and a cargo van. Guess what??? It happened again. There was a lock on the unit. I’ve never seen so much organization in my life!!!

The hours on the door say the office is open until 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. I arrived before 5:00 p.m. to no one here. I called in advance and made a reservation and the customer service representative sent me to this location to pick up the cargo van. There is no van ready and no one even here though I just called and was told I could pick this truck up right now from this location. Terrible service! This was going to be my FIRST U-Haul experience ever and I am taking my business elsewhere. I took a picture of my watch in it so one can see that it is before 5:00 p.m. and this place promises to be open until at least 5:30! What a joke!!!!!!

I have never rented a truck from here. I went here for boxes so that I can move. The prices for boxes are very expensive. The boxes are double the cost of the official Uhaul store. They are $3 here and at the official Uhaul they are $1.49 for a medium box. There is an official Uhaul on Inkster Rd near 96, and there is one on Michigan Ave in what might be Inkster.

Ken is cool he is retired NYFD. I rented today 8/17/16 and had no peoblems.He is not a racist and Ken Offered his opinion on my rental options and was right. Im a customer next time I move again. Keep up the good work Ken.
