Comment: Garbage trucks each with over 100k miles- 20’ truck stunk like wild animals lived and died in the cab had 145k miles and under 1/4 tank of gas.Customer Service? After I explain I need a nicer truck for a 90 minute drive each way, dude explains that the car has less than a quarter tank of gas. Another dude points across the parking lot and tells me “that’s it, next to the big one”. It still has the cardboard sales sun guard thing in the windshield.It’s a junky jalopy. I turn in the parking lot and promptly return it. No apologies. No discussion. No other trucks available. GFY

Comment: I honestly had a great experience out of several locations I’ve ever rented from U-Haul before. 1st employee for my check in reservation was friendly and informative, as well a prompt with getting the trailer setup. The return with the last employee was also the same. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better location to rent from and the communications I had. Keep it up, thanks so much!

Comment: Had an appointment set up for a truck hitch. They said 11-4 should be done sooner. I sat at Starbucks waiting and them and came back at 2:10 with no work being done at all. Bad scheduling bad experience. Get your hitch somewhere else

Comment: Terrible service. My parents rented a uhaul and were charged for almost 200 miles. Good thing my parents had taken a picture of the before and after miles. If not they would’ve been charged 150 more miles than they had actually gone. Workers need to do better and be more accurate.

Comment: Staff was awesome with my issue. I had to get propane for my 36 RV and they were very helpful with my issue. They also helped to guide my RV into their lot property so that I could line up correctly with the propane tanks.My only issue is that the propane tanks location should be located at the back of the store so that big vehicles like mine can line up easier and get in and out safely without obstructing traffic.

Comment: Went there to get moving boxes. I pre ordered online and went with the tot. They were busy and didn’t have anyone in the store. Once the employee came out he was prompt. He helped me with the boxes and got them in my car. I have a small suv and tried his hardest to get it in there. What struck me to write this review was that he considered my toddlers safety as he was squeezing the boxes in. He is as hesitant to place it in there incase there was an emergency. He did manage to get the boxes in safely. I think that says a lot about him as a person. Thank you for your help.

Comment: Absolute definition of a one star experience. No matter what time you show up, there’s a line and only one guy working the counter. This creates a crazy back up, and long wait times. The employees are going as fast as they can, but there is only one person working, and three terminals. If only they had another person or two working...

Comment: This was my first time using U-Haul to rent a truck. The check out process was hindered by my phone not want to communicate with their system, but the associate was able to navigate around it and we were off and running.The truck (cargo van) was very clean and did not smell. It performed well and was easy to drive.The return process was smooth and without surprises.Customers must use a credit card to rent a vehicle and this come with a whopping $5.11 fee. The only negative was the credit card charge.Ill use this U-Haul again.

Then we were told they would have an other truck BUT we got there and was told it wasn’t going to be available until Sunday morning. We got the truck only to get my refrigerator and the back sliding door got stuck up and we had to wait four hours for someone to lower it to continue to get my refrigerator home!!! Worse nightmare

Comment: Extremely unsatisfied with Javier, the mechanic at this place. He just tear my car apart to install the tow hitch, then didnt install my original tow hooks and the under body panel. I received my car and driving back home, and I can hear my car is noisier in the back. I got home and take closerlook under the tow hitch, and everything is loose and missing parts. I called back and the guy answer my call was nice. Luckily they havent throw away the parts yet. He told me to bring the car back and it will only take them a few minutes to install the missing parts back. I brought my car back 12:30 and I told the mechanic that I can seat and wait until 3pm. He brought the parts and a few hardware to me and tell me that he cant get it done by 3pm and asked if I want to install them myself. I had to take the parts home and buy the missing screw to install everything back myself. Dont go to Uhaul at this location, lazy and inexperienced mechanic.

Comment: This is a busy location but they have a great team and work hard and have the inventory to get you what you need. Help save yourself time and help them help you by using the app. You can get all the information they will need before you even get to the store to speed up the process. It works great and will get you in and out for both pick up and drop off quickly. Again, this is a busy location but I drive past 10 other U-Haul locations to come to this one because they are a well managed team that works hard to help every customer.

Comment: Rented a furniture dolly on Saturday evening. Went in to return it on Sunday. There were 5 people in line waiting for service. A guy installing a hitch, asked for me name and told me that I could leave it by him and he would check it in when he was done. Monday morning I was charged $15.08. I called and was told someone would call me back. Then at 5:14 pm on Monday I was charged another $7.54. So I called again. I spoke with Candy in a call center. I was upset but not rude. I explained the situation to Candy. Candy replied sarcastically with an attitude that I should have gotten a return receipt. I asked her why she seemed irritated when the money is coming out of my account. As I am talking she is talking over me. When I reminded her that it is rude to talk over someone... she states she does not have to listen to me and she IS allowed to talk over me and then she hung up. ALL THIS OVER A $7.55 DOLLY RENTAL?! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE U-HAUL AND CANDY FROM U-HAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

They must lack training because no one seemed to know what was going on with my reservation. Truck cab was dirty inside and one of the tail lights did not work properly. Promised the $50 guarantee because the truck became unavailable ONE hour before pick up so they were late. Its been two weeks now and nothing. I would go with another company.

Comment: The Manager Tino has been a pleasure to work with over the years. I have rented numerous trucks and never had a problem. Like any business, they are busy and seemingly short staffed at times. But you know what you will get if you go to Costco on a Sat. Well, same here on most Saturdays, especially the end of the month. But just know, theyre getting a truck safety checked for you and your family. I just reserve pick up on another day, and pay the extra or move at off times... Do you keep going to Costco on Sat at 12pm and keep writing them bad reviews? Cudos to Tino and his Team. Keep up the good work!

Comment: Call center answers for the store. They have no info on the stores appointment schedule. Not knowing this, I called and they said they were clear right now. So I make the drive and find out there is only one employee, and he has numerous appointments and must handle the walk in traffic. More frustrating than dealing with the government.
