Comment: As I tell you this remember it’s a 100 degrees outside today. I turn my truck in the guy ask do you want a email receipt I say yes. So I walk inside to get my cash deposit back the young lady behind the counter said you did t tell him you had to come inside. My response was I didn’t know I was supposed to. So she told me I have to go back outside to the back and tell him that I need to go inside. I ask her are you serious she said yes it’s our policy I let her know that I do t know your policy and you was just talking to him on your walkie talkie can’t you call him on there she said no I have to go tell him. I would give you her name but she didnt have on a badge she was thin African American girl. So I go out side walk all the way to the back to have this very rude employee who ignored my question tell me to just go back inside. Both very rude. So rude it was sickening. I’m a sales Manger and if any of my employees treated my customers like that they would be going home for a week to think about weather they want to work for my company or not. And FYI I was 2 weeks off major surgery but it shouldn’t matter people should feel good about spending their hard earned cash. Those two employees are making UHaul look bad I wi look for other alternatives the next time I move

Comment: I have rented from here before and it is fairly fast and easy. Last time I got propane from here though I waited in line atleast 45 minutes. The female attendee I dont think knew what she was doing, and we all waited until 2 other employees came to catch the line up in minutes. They probably need to train a little better in that department.
