Comment: Needed to get a reservation for a Tow Dolly to bring a car out to Texas. I dont remember the customer service reps name, but she was super friendly and knowledgeable about tow hitches, ball drop, etc, for the dolly connection and safe towing.

Comment: No star! Took hours for the guy to install a tow hitch on my car once… I arrived in Sacramento couldn’t tow a trailer until their unsullied installer corrected the mess of an install done in Vacaville. Complete fiasco, then my fault for listening to them, Honda’s cannot tow 1/2 of the weight they recommended, long story short, having a new transmission installed! Tow hitch $486, transmission job $2,600. If you don’t have a truck don’t tow! Don’t listen to the young bucks in Vacaville 😵‍💫🤔

Comment: Great customer service!! Everyone was extremely helpful. Would have gotten a 5 star, but the van we rented was filthy. With the spread of Covid-19 this was pretty concerning. :/Thank goodness for disinfectant wipes.
