These guys at UbreakIfix in Sterling Heights were phenomenal. From customer service to quoting proper timeframes and getting it done fast and with quality of care. I would highly recommend them for any phone repair and kudos to the staff and management!
Excellent service. I left my laptop with them because they were going to order a battery for it that would take 4-5 business days. Fortunately I got a text a few hours after leaving that they got one from one of their partner stores and already installed it !
Saved once more. Thanks guys. It was pricey, but I learned a hard lesson, buy the phone insurance before it breaks. The guys were able to save my data, replace my screen & had the best patience with my un-tech-savy self. Highly recommended 16 Mile & VanDyke.
Rushed my cousin to pick up her iphone (which was literally ran over by a car) before they closed. We were a few minutes late but the employee inside was nice enough to unlock the door and let us in anyway so that we could pick up the phone and checkout. Screen was fixed and works like nothing happened.

I had a in-warranty screen replacement done for my pixel 5a. I never got so much as a scratch or crack on my original screen (though something internally had stopped working) but within about a week I had scratches and huge cracks on the new screen though nothing out of the ordinary has happened, and its in the same case that I had before the replacement. Im convinced they did a cheap replacement that is not the quality of the original glass. So dissatisfied and disappointed.
I took my note 10+ here for a screen repair and UBIF exceeded all expectations while maintaining a gold star standard of customer service. I will continue to recommend UBIF to anyone who needs a device repair.

I brought 2 IPads in, one was beyond fixing the other they took care of. Running many tests and taking their time with it. There were no parts involved so they didn’t charge anything for their time!!!! I offered a tip but the guy just said; leave a good review & that was enough for him! WOW! This is not a good review, this is a GREAT review! I can’t remember the last time a business took the time to help fix something & not ask for anything in return! Ive heard of people having bad experiences with this place of business, but Ive gone here twice and I recommend them. The people are nice and professional, (at least the two men i spoke with are) Ive gotten my phone screen fixed twice here and the second time it was free thanks to the liquid screen protector they sell. Only took a couple hours and I got a phenomenal deal on a new screen and housing of my phone. I basically got a brand new phone for under 300 dollars. The only issue I have with this company is they need to open a franchise in port huron area as Im sure Ill be needing their assistance in the future considering how much I drop my phone. 🤙
These guys are great! Had a broken screen they fixed,checked for other issues that i may have been javing and replaced the old battery for a new one. My phone is like bran new now. I recomand to anyone. 29 dollars thru verizions insurance plan.
When i walked in i was greeted by Marvin.. He asked questions on what I needed done (replaced cracked iPhone screen) Marvin and Dan checked me in, answered my questions, explained the process to me and finished replacing my glass in a hour! Parker was there at pick up and he was very friendly as well.

Cydnee & crew here are top notch! My cell service provider plus insurance had me at $249 to replace Samsung S10+ back case that I accidentally cracked yet they replaced like new for $110... a no-brainer deal! Excellent service! Jay and Jake repaired my phone screen and had my phone up and running in less than 30 minutes. All that on a Sunday afternoon when rest of businesses nearby were closed, highly recommend!
Jay was great. He explained what water can do to a phone and the steps he was going to take to try and fix the phone. He was so nice and very professional to work with. Cydnec was also a pleasure to work with and she had a great sense of humor.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Dealt with Sprint for hours and hours, drove to multiple locations only to be told we would have to pay the deductible and file an insurance claim, AND be without a phone for days...INSTEAD we took it here.. Fixed in UNDER 2 HOURS FOR FREE. Very professional staff, and they contacted us when the repair was complete. It was free because the problem was covered under WARRANTY. My Pixel charging port broke a few months ago and I was directed to go to uBreakiFix since they are a Google Authorized Service Provider and within an hour or two I was back in business. My charging port just started acting a bit weird again and I went back to see what they could do. It ended up being dirt and dust in the port, they cleaned it and got me out of there in just a few minutes. While I was there, someone came in and asked to buy a iPhone charger and they just gave him one for free.Great customer service and if I ever have any problems with my phones or tablets, I will definitely be coming here to fix them.

The uBreakiFix location at 16 Mile and Van Dyke in Sterling Heights, MI did a wonderful job replacing the glass, screen and battery in my Galaxy Note 8. My phone is an international version of the phone as well, so not the average Note 8, and they were still able to repair professionally with factory parts in about 2 hours. You cant tell it was ever broken. I could not be happier!

This is by far the best place to get your phone fixed. They are a certified Samsung repair location, which is originally why I chose here. The techs here repair your phone, making it like its brand brand new. I had my charging port, battery and front screen replaced on my Galaxy s8, and they did a great job. Repairs were done in 4 hours, so I could drop off and pick up in the same day. Excellent and friendly service at the front desk as well. Would highly recommend!

It was a very nice and and easy experience they replaced my cracked front screen . AND ALSO NOTICED MY BACK GLASS WAS CRACKED ALSO. So they were able to fix the back glass too at a very affordable price .I am very satisfied with their service. The staff was very easy to get along with. Highly recommend. The guy at the front desk who helped me was incredibly nice, very friendly, and helped me out with my screen replacement in a major way. My phone started to power cycle and when i went to Verizon to get it replaced, they told me i needed to get my screen fixed first through my insurance. My insurance claim sent me to these lovely people. After they did the screen replacement, my phone wasnt passing the required software testing because the phone was not staying on long enough for the testing to be completed. The tech repairing my phone called me and told me they were unable to replace my screen because the insurance company would not cover it if it does not pass the software test. When i called back to tell them i was on my way to pick it up, the gentleman at the front desk who i talked to when i dropped the phone off went to action and was able to get my phone to work long enough between power cycles that it passed the test and the screen was able to be successfully replaced! I am so grateful for his kindness and him going above and beyond to help me!

Claude was awesome! He gave great customer service and my phone looks better than ever. He saved me a lot of money because Verizon was hell bent on having me get a replacement device, when in reality I only had a damaged screen. He also had an advanced knowledge of Liquid Glass screen protectors and convinced me to try that instead of getting another trash one from ZAGG. Nothing but positive things to say about this place. So heres the deal, Im older and computer illiterate. UBreakIFix is a great company! I recently visited the location in Sterling Heights and had the best experience. I worked with a great guy, Dan, who took care of the whole experience start to finish. Dan was timely and communicated well. My mobile protection with Verizon is what lead me to this company. It only cost me $29 to fix the screen to my iPhone 7! Very nice staff went in to get a charger port replace (as I thought was needed ) the repair man said it could just be dirty cleaned it out and it worked fine, could have sold me a charger port replacement. Highly recommended these guys

Very friendly staff and great customer service. The technician who helped fix my phone, Zabet was super nice and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She was super quick and had me done same day that I dropped my phone off. Phone looks great and they installed their liquid glass which will hopefully save me the next 300$ screen replacement!

I damaged the back of my Galaxy Note 10 Plus. Since they are authorized to repair Samsung phones with genuine Samsung parts I took my phone here. They replaced the back glass for me in about 45 minutes and the price was reasonable. Very friendly staff and covid procedures were taken. Ive had several computers serviced here and this was the first time I had a phone repaired and I am very satisfied.
I worked with Jay. I am older and I had myself locked out of my iPad. He fixed it and took the time to explain what the password, passcode and Apple ID mean and when to use them. He made sure I had them written down before I left to save for future use. I highly recommend uBreakIfix and am extremely satisfied!

I went in there because my phone wouldn’t charge (iPhone 7) and we thought it wouldn’t need to be fixed, Darnell tried to clean it at first and using compressed air and tools got it working for NO CHARGE and didn’t try to make me pay for a fix I didn’t need. Super honest and very very nice. Don’t waste your time or money at the Apple store or a different repair shop, I highly recommend this place.
This review is long overdue. I got the new Samsung Note 20 Ultra the day it came out and in the middle of setup, I got a blue screen of death that would not go away no matter what I tried. Samsung and Verizon customer support could not help with the issue either and if the Samsung rep hadnt told me to go here, I probably would have sent it back and stuck with my iPhone forever.The wonderful people here were a little stumped at first, but within an hour, my phone was up and working beautifully. I cant recommend uBreakiFix enough!

I had an awesome experience with Claude especially being that I was experiencing some sort of temper tantrums about my screen being cracked. Claude was extremely patient , thoughtful, considerate, and very professional. I also adored the fact that it didn’t take long for him to actually understand my person. (That whole not this/not that charade of b.s. I like to be on at times)...lol. However I think Claude has excellent customer service skills and will go above and beyond to make sure he meets his customers needs. I walked out with a smile and feeling totally satisfied with the service here. So yes I will be back as well as refer others to your store.
Brought my original pixel in for a battery replacement. They finished the job within the hour. Battery was an OEM from google. If you have a really difficult to repair phone like mine, I highly recommend taking it here. The price was reasonable enough to make attempting a self repair not worth the risk.

I had the glass on my Galaxy S9+ replaced today, by Claude in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable charge. I have a Verizon Protection Plan and they said the phone could not be fixed and wanted to charge me a $199.00 (Deductible)for a LIKE NEW replacement phone (Not even a NEW phone). Im coming back here for my electronic fixes!!!
My iPhone 6 had water damage in the screen. I went in feeling welcomed and was greeted with great customer service by Devin, one of their employees. My phone was fixed same day and for a decent price. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone having problems with an electronic device.
I brought in my s6 edge after the screen cracked and then the whole display went out. I talked to Drew over the phone and when I came in he did exactly what I needed. It only took 30-40 min, to fix the LCD and the screenI could not be happier. Would highly recommend! Wouldnt go anywhere else. I brought my iPhone 8 in for a screen replacement so I could turn it on for an upgrade. The two screens they had from the insurance company were damaged so they put the original one back on. I was told they get deliveries daily but do not know if they’ll have a new screen that will fit my phone. Upon leaving, I noticed my battery was showing 0%. I plugged it in and it makes the connection ding, but stays at “0% charging”.I brought my phone up for service at Best Buy and they informed me the battery more than likely wasn’t hooked up properly and to take it back to UBreakIFix. I brought it in, a tech opened it and I’m now being told by UBreakIFix that my battery life is probably less than 80% and when they disconnected it from the dock, it probably triggered something. So they screwed up my phone and tell me it’s my responsibility to fix it. It was at 91% health when I brought it in for the screen replacement. Funny how it dropped more than 11% health in a matter of 2 hours.Sad thing is, all the associates there I’ve talked to have been really friendly.

I went in for a screen repair of my Samsung s7 edge. The repair was handled by Dan who fixed the screen promptly in two hours. Along with a screen replacement, the battery was also replaced with a new one. Great customer service and would recommend this place for any phone repairs.
Service work was great. No appointment necessary, though I would imagine it may help. I walked in on my way home from work with broken glass on the back of my Google Pixel 2 XL, they hap the part in stock and had me fixed up and out the door in about 90 minutes.

These guys are great! I recently brought my iPad in to have the cracked screen replaced. They had the parts in stock and went out of their way to get it done before I was out of work that same day.
I had at least 5 big repairs done with these guys over the years and the one problem I did have was fixed right away. $100-$120 screen replacements are cheaper than your insurance!
The customer service was great, workers were friendly and energetic. My phone was not charging and needed the connector area cleaned out which I tried but wasnt able to do without damaging the phone. They cleaned out the connector free of charge which was very nice. I recommend this store!
Went online to see how much my repair would be. They actually called me and said they could fix my phone today. Went in at 5 picked up my phone by 630. My galaxy note s9 camera glass shattered. It was just the camera glass but the whole back needed to be replaced. When I walked in I was greeted by a nice employee and when I picked up my phone another smiling person happy to fix my phone. It makes a world of difference when your greeted by people who like their job and my phone is perfect. Camera is perfect. Samsung needs to fix the camera glass...oh and they didnt try to sell me everything in the store either, they asked about a protector but I have it and they said have a great day...so appreciate that.
This place is great and Claude (store manager) was a pleasure to deal with. I had my broken iPhone screen replaced and also purchased the liquid glass screen protector. The entire process took less than an hour and everything turned out great. The phone looks brand new and I was really impressed with the screen protector. I hate the stick on protectors you can buy, this liquid protector provides better scratch resistance and I don’t even notice it. The best part is should the protector fail within a year, I can bring the phone back to the store and they will replace the screen for around $20. Since this is my second iPhone glass repair, the additional cost of the screen protector was a no-brainer. From start to finish, I had an awesome experience with this place!
Stopped in to have my moto z charge port looked at after no such luck at the Verizon store next door. Darrell was very professional and was able to fix my phone with no problem at all and was super quick. I highly recommend bringing your device here before going to those retail stores. You wont regret it !

Went there today to get my antenna looked at the phone wasn’t connecting - this was a $70 dollar replacement - Claude P. Really did an amazing job - first assed the phone, discovered it was only a few months ago that they had replaced the broken screen. As a loyal customer he offered to look at it under the older service order. Amazingly he was able to get it in pristine working order in under 5 mins, was able to pick up my daughter from school in time too.. great service - very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks
Take my iPhone 11 Pro Max her get fix in summer time . They stole my Apple battery and broke my motherboards in my phone .just can’t believe this never deal with this place again. I’m going take u guys to court. I had to get whole new iPhone 11 Pro Max phone. Smh

This place is efficient and customer oriented. They walk you through every step of the process and keep you updated always. I worked with Devin and he made me feel welcome, calm, and comfortable. Bright young man with a welcoming smile. Of course the assurant tried to slow us down but he got me taken care of. Highly recommended repair shop!!
Claude at uBreakiFix is awesome! I had not been working with him for five minutes when he figured out the issue with my phone. The other guy said there was no issue and I explained it to Claude, he recognized that what I was explaining was happening and went to the back and fixed it immediately. I expected them to have to keep it, but thank God that was not the case thanks to Claude.
I enjoyed my experience with this store. Being a tech I understood what they were going through. I took my phone in and they did what they could on their end. They tried to help me out to the best of their abilities but to no avail my phone is unworthy and needs to be returned and switched out by Samsung. They were very helpful and listened very well to their customers. Good customer service and theyre dedicated to helping their customers out and verifying whether the devices work fully before giving them back. If you want a quality service I highly reccomend this store. Havent been to the others but this one was great!

Stopped in to have a diagnostic test done on my Samsung 6 phone. My phone was always running low. Eric greeted me when I came in to the store. He did the test on the phone and confirmed battery was very week and needs replacement. He was very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable with the product. Would highly recommend Eric. 5 stars and I didnt even step foot in the store. I called up because I had an issue with my charging port. Rather than advise me to come in and potentially charge me for something I didnt need, Dan suggested some DIY before coming in. His advice paid off and my issue is solved. So I stopped in to see if they could look at some Beats headphones that werent working right, and though this didnt seem to be in their sweet spot, I was told they had someone who would check them out. Got a call only 2 days later, telling me they were fixed and there was no charge. Just had some dirt inside and needed to be cleaned out. Who does business this way nowadays? No one. Except these guys. Fantastic. Thank you!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I recently dropped my iphone, cracking the screen. I wasnt sure it was repairable, but Dario put my mind at ease and told me hed have it done in an hour. For a fraction of what I was going to have to spend on a new iPhone, I now have what looks like a brand new phone. Dario was very courteous, professional and awesome to work with. Ill be taking my family of phones there from now on for new screens and batteries.

I understand stuff happens/people make mistakes so all in all I dont have a lot to be disappointed in, service wise. However, to get here was an hour round trip and I was told my phone would be ready on the early side of a 2-4 hour time period. So when I came at the end of 4 hours and had to wait 2 more, making it 6, I cant say it wasnt an inconvenience. Regardless of that though the staff was immaculate. Very respectful, understanding, and caring.

First time in my life I cracked a screen on a phone. Mike was very helpful and the screen was replaced very fast. Its like a have a new pixel 3xl again. Recommend these guys for any cell phone repair.
Went there last week and one of the reps said that Samsung blocked my account because of the amount of in warranty phones that I was taking to this place. Checked with Samsung and found out that this was a lie.Contacted Samsung again regarding another phone that was having screen issues and they checked out the image and said that it can be repaired in warranty and told me to go back to ubreakifix. So I did and another agent there told me that they cannot fix it because it is not covered under warranty. So another agent lied to me again!Conclusion: Unless you are there with cash money, it seems like this location does NOT care about you or your phone that cost you $$$ and is in warranty. It is a shame because Samsung keeps telling me to go there and they keep putting lies on top of lies which is extremely inconvenient. These phones are being used for healthcare purposes and these guys clearly dont care about delaying patient care.
Ubreakifix was a great experience. There were able to fix my headphone jack with a very reasonable price. They had excellent service and I highly recommended them to anyone who has iPhone issues.
Went in today to get my Iphone 8 checked out due to an error with the vibration of the home button. Claude took a look and knew right away what the issue was. He quickly took it in the back room and within minutes came out with the problem fixed. Highly recommend !!

I dont think they tried hard enough. I have an international phone which required extra attention, I dont think they looked into all of their options available to help me. They were nice though, friendly enough, seemed smart enough to do the job, just dont think they gave it the old COLLEGE TRY... Will go back with other phones though if I have to... I would tell others to go there, just might have to light a fire under those buns to make it happen when the solution isnt right in front of their faces...
I talked to Eric over the phone who was very polite and helpful. Took my Samsung Galaxy S7 in to get a free diagnostic an hour later and then got a screen replacement/LCD repair. The cost was the normal amount ($189) you would pay at a Samsung store. It took about 2 hours for the repair and afterwards my phone worked perfectly. Great service and definitely recommend.

The scheduling and return of my phone was as promised. Even though they werent able to correct the issue, they did provide diagnostics for the phone manufacturer.
Service time was good. I brought in iPhone and had battery replaced. It worked for about 5 months and then died again that phone wouldnt stay on. Their 90 day warranty of course was up and had to pay for a new one. A week later I brought back for same issue of battery bad. They replaced it this 3rd time free of charge. Buy 2 get 3rd free.Another phone I brought in for not being able to hear on earpiece. They wanted to charge to replace speaker and another part for @$150. Took it to another place and they cleaned it w a dry toothbrush and fixed it for FREE. Still works.
I would like to say, this will be my second time at this location, the first time was for my laptop which Claude and his team fixed for me and it’s been working great ever since. The second time now was for my bfs two phones and my iPad. He was able to diagnose the problems within two hours, fix and replace what he could and even was honest about the iPod just needing a charge so of course that was free. Again we cannot say enough great things about Claude, he is always on top of his game. The way he deals with customers is greatly impressive. Amazing. I took my galaxy s8+ here. My phone was completely smashed, ready to be thrown in the trash. Back glass, front glass, and LCD were completely shattered. They replaced everything including the battery. It cost me a bit of cash, but my phone looks brand new.
Terrible service. They had to open the back cover of my S8 3 times as they didnt know how to fix the fingerprint sensor back in place. Last time they didnt test it for water resistance until i asked for it. I was told if you are not satisfied, will put your original back glass and will refund you after they made my fingerpeint sensor loose.
Excellent service from the minute I walked in the door. Claude the store manager greeted me, explained the process for my repair. And his technician Zabet repaired my phone in under 1 hour!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Very recently, I had an issue with my PC that required troubleshooting and repairs. This location isnt able to perform the official repair, because they dont have the tools. Instead of telling me to drive to their Troy location (which was inconvenient for me), they had my PC delivered. One day later, the repair is complete and they deliver it back to Sterling Heights. What service!!To put icing on the cake, they provided me suggestions on how to better understand and utilize cable management in my future machines - which, after the repair, was PERFECT by their staff.In the event Im unable to fix my hardware in the future, its coming their way.

This place is awesome! Dario deserves a raise in my book. He worked really hard to get the IMEI for the locked up phone and then touch with our carrier & Samsung to get the phone unlocked and useable again. Darrell is great too, he fixed the phone quickly with no hiccups. I recommend anyone with a broken phone go to this UBREAKIFIX location!

The repair itself felt a bit expensive, but the person who fixed it was nice, friendly, patient, knowledgable, and offered to stay behind after closing time to get my phone fixed. On top of that, the job was done much earlier than I expected. Shout-out to Claude!
I can honestly say that the customer service part of my experience started out great. I stopped by to have them take a look at my phone (screen/lcd was going in and out). Two of the guys take a look at it and determined it was a LCD issue and it would be covered under warranty. Bad news was, it would take about 2wks to get the part ordered and in store. Soooo fast forward 12 days, I get the call that the part is in and I can drop my phone off. I rush down to the store after work and they take another look at my phone and let me know its covered under warranty but it would be a 2-4hr fix and I can leave my phone overnight...I decided to just bring it in the next day. Upon returning to the store and waiting close to a hour and for some reason its hard to find my account or whatever (even after calling me twice).. Im then told that the screen is NOT covered under warranty and it would cost me $240 plus tax!!!!...Now the screen issue is from abuse!! I was told the issue was caused by pressure damage?? Mind you, the damaged spot on the LCD is in a area that would rarely be touched and my phone is in immaculate condition per the tech. The tech even had the nerve to blame the mistake of other techs telling me it was covered under warranty due to lack of training smdh...No one likes their time wasted and I totally feel like this was a money grab...

Clyde is the man. I have a note 8 thats less than 3months old and the vibrate motor went bad. Had me up and running in no time and had it covered under warranty. He even stayed late just to make sure i had my device back that night. They are the SAMSUNG certified for warranty repairs. The other place I went to tried to get me to spend 200 to make a insurance claim. Thanks again i will be back for future repairs and accessories.

First time here, had to get my S7 fixed out of warranty and very pleased they are Samsung certified, only place around with OEM Samsung parts and service. Just the same as sending it to Samsung themselves. Got my battery replaced quickly and very satisfied with the additional 90 day warranty, also the prices are very affordable. would reccomend to others for sure!

Wife dropped her Pixel XL, screen cracked. Brought it here (walk-in, no appointment), dropped it off with Drew (bought the tempered glass upsell because shes a bit clumsy and this phone is really slippery), and got a call back from Drew about 25 minutes later that it was ready. Picked it up a few minutes later and brought it home.Its been almost a week now, and she still keeps dropping it like the tempered glass thing was some kind of a challenge (though admittedly, the phone is *really* slippery). The glass has yet to show even a hint of cracking.The process of getting it fixed was easy, and the phone is still under warranty, so I couldnt be happier.

2022-06-12Took in my iPhone Xs for water damage (display is blank). Elias took my phone in on June 6th, 2022 and gave me a receipt for 0$ (I was told if I buy Asurion insurance worth 25$ I will get my water damage cleaning for free). Next day on June 7th, 2022 I was called and told iPhone display is non-repairable and needs to be replaced with OEM display worth 380$ (or) after market display worth 100$. As I did not want to pursue either options I told I will come to take back my phone and returned on June 12th, 2022. To my surprise iPhone display is cracked (pic attached) and Elias said it was pre-existent during my iPhone drop-off. He said he mentioned the same in his notes during check-in on receipt (pic attached). My mistake is not to notice the lies put in on the receipt during drop-off. Even after asking to look at the CCTV footage to verify my claim (iPhone display is perfectly fine) I was turned down saying it is too distant and cannot be verified and argued back that as per their notes it is cracked during drop-off. I was given option to replace display for 50$ but I didn’t pursue it as I don’t trust these guys no more. I am severely disappointed and would never ever go to this place for repair again.

I brought it in to see Travis & he was able to inspect and make sure everything was running smoothly. He was very professional and explained things in a way I understood. I’m used to men treating me like garbage when I ask simple questions & I felt I could trust this guy. Thank you for being top notch I’ll def be back !

2022-05-21I had to frequent this store 3 times in the last few weeks. Long story short phone wasnt charging even tho the phone recognized that it was plugged in.They changed out my charging port, ran a diagnostic, and tried to help me solve my issue. Unfortunately, my phone seems to have a deeper issue with the motherboard.But! They did give me a full refund for the work they did, charging port included. They also had some advice on a work around I hadnt thought of. Overall the staff was knowledgeable, and friendly. And the work they did was quick. I dropped it off before dinner, and had it back as soon as we were done eating. I would definitely recommend them.

2022-07-04They saved my phone! Dropped my phone on the sidewalk and completely shattered the screen. It was really really really bad. Thankfully I had insurance and UBreakIFix was able to get me in same day. Two hours later my phone was as good as new. They are very professional and do amazing work. Highly recommend.

2022-05-12My just over one year Samsung S21+ went black. Of course it was past the manufacturers warranty. I did a claim with Best Buy for another phone but they couldnt do anything else to help me. They suggested UBreakIFix. I went to the location in Sterling Heights. Travis was very friendly and professional. He explained what needed to be done and how long it works take. The data was transferred to the new phone in the time that he said. I would recommend this location to others.

2022-05-17Took my iPhone 11 here to get the screen replaced. I got my phone back and the home scroll up feature was not working properly. I called them back the next day and they told me essentially they dont know how to do their own job. They tell me, oh since it was not an apple screen thats why the feature is not working, for that to work we need to put an apple screen which is an extra $100. They could have told me this before i decided to put a non-apple screen. Now they tell me the only thing they can do is remove the screen they put on it and refund me and put the old screen back on. The funny part is, when they did that they did even more damage to my phone than what was there when I originally gave it to them. So they wasted my time, did not fix my phone, and caused even more damage to my phone. For the rest of my life, I will never even contemplate coming back to this store and will encourage others to do the same.
