Had my Jeeps interior detailed, and I couldnt be any happier. There was substantial water damage, amd the team at Ultimate did an amazing job cleaning the mold and mildew from the carpeting. Would highly recommend them!
The team at Ultimate Body does excellent work! I highly recommend their services. We had someone get sick in the backseat of my new car, and I was so worried that it would never be the same. Ultimate Body was booked out with interior detailing appointments for well over a month, but as soon as I explained the situation they got my car in right away. My car looks and smells brand new again!

The guys and gal here are friendly, knowledgeable, have fair prices and do quality work. Only giving 4 stars because of too many small mistakes that happened from ordering the wrong part and not reconnecting the wire harnesses for the fog lamps after installing a grille guard.I cannot leave more than one review so I will add to this one a full 5 stars for a decal they installed for me prior to the grille guard. It looks great.

These guys are awesome! I had new speakers installed in my girlfriends car as an early Christmas gift. I decided at the last minute to have her car detailed as an extra surprise. Even though they were busy and had not planned on the extra time needed, they got it done when they said they would. The car looks and sounds great and I pulled off the surprise. The manager Rob and the whole staff are very friendly and easy to work with.Great customer service and quality work. I highly recommend Ultimate Body for all of your car care needs.
The team at Ultimate was very competitive with their quote and experienced with the suspension work I needed done. So i gave them my business and when it came to pick it up, the cost was LOWER than quoted, how often does that happen? Top notch service all around!
I worked with Donovan, they took care of my truck. Initially it had an alignment issue and they made it right and stood by their work. They were friendly and prompt in dealing with me.
These guys are booked weeks in advance for a reason. I had them do an interior detailing on my car. Absolutely wonderful job done! My car looked better inside than the day I bought it. The leather interior is staying clean months later, so they use the right treatment compounds so you dont have to bring the car back all the time. Staff interactions were great too, everyone is friendly and they clearly know their stuff. They wont be the cheapest around, but as with most things, you get what you pay for. Im more than happy with the job they did and theyve earned a loyal customer.
I had my husbands truck detailed for Fathers Day inside and outside. The truck looked better than when we bought it 5 years ago. They spent 6 + hours on the truck in 1 day. I was able to get in the day after calling which was an added bonus. The price was reasonable for the job that was done and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family! I have had two jobs completed here recently. From the second I walked in the door, every time I was there, they have treated me as if I was their most important customer.1. A window tint job on my wife’s car. They completed it in a quick timeframe and it looks amazing and has held up with no issues.2. Had a trailer hitch installed on my truck. Same as above, they completed the job in under an hour and had very competitive pricing.Overall the staff here have exceeded my expectations and I will definitely go back when I need something else done.
Ive been meaning for months to write this review. Excellent work, excellent customer service and follow-through from the individuals who answer the phone, do the manual labor to the leadership team. Every single person I interacted with at Ultimate Body was an expert in customer service. The detailed worked they did on my car was excellent. I highly recommend Ultimate Body.
Ultimate Body does fantastic work and when they say detail it means every last detail. Paul, the owner was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the result. My ‘09 Ford Edge looked and even smelled brand new! It was so shiny and I couldn’t believe how clean the beige carpet was! They even got out a door ding that has bothered me for years and I didn’t even bring it to their attention. They just noticed it and fixed it. This has to be the best detailing service in Brighton! This has to be the best body shop in Michigan. The owner and employees are easily the nicest people I have ever talked to. Did an amazing job tinting my truck and cut no corners even if that meant going over scheduled time. Highly highly recommend this body shop if your looking to get anything done to your vehical! Just give them a call!
Dont go anywhere else to get your car detailed! These guys are the absolute best, and so nice to work with. They turned my 8 year old minivan, which was absolutely destroyed my 3 kids, 2 dogs, and dirt road living, into a brand new spotless car. I cant recommend highly enough.
Brought a truck down for a full interior and exterior detail, the customer service was awesome and knowing that I am a disabled veteran they gave me a discount. Businesses like these are few and far between. They were very good to me and the work they did was second to none. Dont hesitate to book any of there services. Thank you guys its appreciated. Dont usually write reviews but im particularly very upset with this one. Called Wednesday july 29 last week to get tint removed and put on. Had to make an appointment for the following friday so today August 7. Not a problem get the appointment set and everything. Was going to be around 400 to get it all done and naturally i wanted to save money so ended up removing the tint myself on sunday to save me money. Now im not a professional by any means but it came of very clean with some glue spots left behind. I cleaned up what i could and called them monday to give them the common decency to let them know i removed it and that theyll have to go over it bc again im not a professional and may have missed some spots. Really wishing i got the names of the people i talked to but i was told that it was completely fine and theyll go over everything to make sure that its all cleaned up before proceeding. Okay cool not problem i understand that. Eventually today rolls around and i left work to drop it off for the appointment today at 10. Made sure they got the message the i removed my tint and that itd be gone over like i was told. Again i was reassured that they go over it and theyll clean up any spots. It was a bigger gentleman that i had talked to again didnt get the name though. So 3 starts rolling around and still no call so i call when 4 hits to see whats going on. They said im the next car to come in, and mind you they close at 5. I was told the truck was looked over and everything and we should be good to get it in there soon. So okay cool should be done soon. 5 minutes later call me back saying that they cannot do it. Too much dog hair (which i understand probably shouldve cleaned it a little more) because its sticking to the tint, THEN im told that theres excess glue from the left over tint. i was asked if i want to reschedule which is a no at this point and will be going somewhere else. So told 3 times that itd be gone over to make sure the excess glue was going to be removed and wasnt. And im trying wrap my head around how they were tinting it but they werent bc of the glue and that i was told would be gone over and cleaned? I understand the hair i really do but sounds to me like the tech just didnt want to do it. Probably just opened the door and said nope. Was told to go here because of good work which ive seen. But more than likely will never take a vehicle here. Definitely not a good first experience especially after setting the appointment a week prior just to be told before they close that they cannot do it after being told that it wouldnt be a problem.**UPDATE**When i picked it up the truck it didnt even move from its spot. So they didnt do anything like they said they were going to and clearly didnt care.

Came to Ultimate Body to have new speakers put in, i was overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff and their friendly owner Paul! For a young purchaser with inexperience they were really patient and thorough and made sure I was happy with my purchase! They even went out of their way to pull me into the garage to see the difference in the speakers! Overall a great experience at Ultimate Body, highly recommended
I just recently found Ultimate and had a few things done on my new truck. What drew me in was the location and great looking building. What kept me there and subsequently made it my go to shop for years to come was the people. Paul and his family are absolute amazing people; they made me feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the work I had done. By my third trip to Ultimate I felt like I knew Paul for years.The sales staff knew their products and did not try to push the expensive part, they cared about what I wanted and the vision I had for my truck. The service and follow up was 5 star; I got return calls when I was told I would and the work was done when I was told it would be.Ultimate Body will be my shop for years to come based on my experiences described above, but more importantly because of the level of trust I gained from Paul his family and his staff.
First time experience with. UBS today. My truck cap leaked pretty badly so I just dropped in to see if they did this type of work ( remove cap and put on new gasket). Luckily for me they had a last minute cancellation and took it in immediately, one hour later ,! Done ! Gave me a fair price too. This place has everything thing you need for you car or truck. Very clean facility and every employee I came in contact with was friendly and nice. I will go back again for sure and recommend this to all my friends. Thanks for making my day, jay densmore

Moved here from Phoenix two years ago and just walked in off the street. What a friendly professional talented bunch of people from owners to techs. I had dry cracked leather from 10 years of desert heat....I had salt from the winter in the front carpet....I had animal blood in the rear carpet from a turtle I found in the middle of the road and relocated to a nearby pond....when I got my car back a mere 6 hours later the carpet looked replaced with new, the leather was uniformly soft Camel color again, the wheels were like mirrors, and the rain was in huge beads on the car from the great wax job. As a car guy who attends Barrett-Jackson I can assure you nothing that rolls across that stage looks any better detailed than my Ultimate job on my Towncar. Please...look no further...these guys have every aspect of making a car, boat, truck (hell they could do a jet probably) look fantastic down to a science.
I got my windows tinted on my f-150 here and they look perfect! This place is very nice, and all of the workers are very friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will be going back if I need anything else done.
I took my car in for detailing and to get some scratches (deep) out of the side of my car. EVERYONE at the store was friendly, polite, and made it obvious they take great pride in their work and dealings with customers. Although they tried to get out the scratches, they were too deep. They (with my permission) had the entire side of my car painted along with the detailing. My car looks brand new! Highly recommend Ultimate Body!

I had some rust forming on my trucks bumpers and wanted to see what my options were. I have a quote to repaint the bumpers thru a Ford dealer ($1,250). Knowing road chips would happen again, I looked into getting my bumpers sprayed with a bed liner material. I landed at Ultimate Body and they offered an extremely fair price to spray my bumpers along with my bed liner. I will recommend Ultimate Body to anyone who cares about their vehicle to do the right thing, at a fair price. Thank you Rob, see you soon for the under body rust protection.
I needed my Yukon Denali XL detailed and I found the perfect place. The staff was very helpful and made an appointment that fit my schedule. All I can say is WOW, my vehicle is cleaner than the day I took delivery 4 years ago.
Had my aftermarket Siriusxm installed here. They did an excellent job. Went out of their way to hide wires, etc. Performed other tasks with professional results. Very kind to work with. Supprised at how inexpensive the job was. I will be back.
I needed to get a wrap put on my 2008 Ski Doo snowmobile and took it to Ultimate Body in Brighton MI. They exceeded my expectations with price and service. The sled looked awesome and the cost was hundreds less than anyone else. I would highly recommend them.

They detailed my wifes minivan inside and out. It looks better than when we bought it, and they turned it around in less than a day. Everyone who spoke with me was fiercely polite, too. Well be back.
Brought my 09 F250 out here recently and when I folded my back seats down I found a lot of crumbs and what not that was never cleaned out and is in an open and accessible area. The interior detailing seemed like a wipe down and vacuum of the areas you see very plainly but failed to get cracks and crevices. As for the exterior, most of the truck looked good but my tailgate had buffer trails that I wasnt able to see until I had it home and in the sun. My plugin for my backup camera was left unplugged. Thats not a big deal, but what is a big deal...the reason it was left unplugged was because they broke the clip. So they didnt plug it up or care to tell me they broke the clip on that connection. I was really disappointed. I paid quite a bit for the service. Will be looking elsewhere for detailing.
My truck is 9 years old I have 3 young boys and 2 dogs. I brought the truck in to have interior detailed. I was not expecting the result I got! The truck is now cleaner than the day I bought it. Unbelievable! Thanks!
I took my truck to this place to replace my EGT sensor and install my trans temp sensor, this took them almost 3 weeks to do when they told me it would take them a week. I had to order my own parts for the truck cause the head installer couldnt find them witch is pretty said cause I told him what site to go to and still couldnt find it and they charged me for an hour and half of just sitting on the computer finding nothing, also charged me and hour and half to install and drill and tap one hole in my intake horn witch only really takes about a half hour. the tech also took forever to get me a quote on new gauges for my truck and when he finally got a price they where about 600 dollars just in gauges when I found them for cheaper from another site. I would not recommend these guys to anybody that needed any interior or exterior done to there cars or trucks. They also told me several times that they would have my truck done and when I would call the next day they told me that they would get back to me and never would so I would have to call the next day to see when my truck was going to be done.
I ordered and had a B&W fifth wheel hitch installed. I have to say this is a very neat and organized shop. Thank You !!!
Showroom look restored to 11 year old car:Brought our 11 year old, two-dog-trashed car in for detailing recently. My jaw dropped when I went back and saw the car waiting on their lot. Spotless and shining, inside and out. My original review was too wordy, so here are the crib notes: 1. I ordered a cap for my truck 3.5 weeks before a vacation 2. They called me and told me that the cap WAS IN 3. I dropped my truck off, then they called later in the day to say there was a problem - the cap wasnt in. 4. Two weeks later the cap was really in, so I dropped my truck off - again. 5. They installed the cap and told me that it was ready for pick up. 6. THERE WAS A LARGE GOUGE IN THE CAP AND THEY TRIED TO SEND ME OUT OF THERE WITH A BOTTLE OF TOUCH UP PAINT. 7. I told them they could either fix it or refund my money. 8. They fixed it and gave me $25 dollars off for my hassle. (are you kidding me) I live 30 minutes away and had to ask neighbors for rides multiple times to and from the store. I was upset with how it was handled. Their customer service is terrible. I hope they read this review. Im 99% sure the OVERALL 3/3 Google ratings are from the owner/employees.

Take your money and business elsewhere, you can get better deal and service that makes you feel like you are wanted and business appreciated. 2022-01-22Paid almost $400 for interior detail and odor removal. Looks like my 6 year old cleaned the inside and the smell from the fog they pumped through vehicle for odor removal smelled worse than the smell I was trying to remove. Had to drive home with windows down it smelled so bad and 3 days later I still can’t get the smell out. I do not recommend getting a detail here.

2022-01-12I walked in, not knowing exactly what tonneau cover I wanted for my big old truck. I wasnt a fan of the old one i had, the velcro sides and roll up soft one and I still needed to be able to use the bed of the truck to haul things. These guys hooked me up with the best! Also, I had some fabulous window visors installed!Great customer service and FAST install. The entire crew here is fun, fabulous, and legitimately great humans! If you need fun and functional truck (or car) stuff... you have to go see these folks at Ultimate Body in Brighton! It will be worth it!Oh... and the tonneau cover still folds up great when it feels -10° outside!

2022-03-12Well what can I say about Ultimate truck and accessories except IT WAS A ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE truly professional they go above and beyond my expectations they are very detailed throughout the whole buying experience of every item you purchase they show you a itemized bill of every inch they covered on my vehicle even when I arrived my truck had some snow and slush on it they did a quick rinse of my vehicle and they worked there butts off one man was so focused on everything he never took a lunch break he wanted to make sure the job was done to it’s entirety Rob who sits behind the counter awnserd all my questions throughout my experience. Donna brought a hot cup of coffee which was awesome, Craig who cleaned everything in the waiting area who made me say this is a clean work environment and even shoveled the main entrance so I didn’t track snow into the building and lastly Paul and Donna I will be back for all my truck needs if I could give 10 stars I would thanks for EVERYTHING YOU GUYS ALL ROCK

2022-01-26Rob and his team did an amazing job with my wifes Aviator. Took very good care of the vehicle and it looks spectacular. Car got new tints, undercoating, paint correction and ceramic coating. Car delivered in exact time frame promised. Taking my vehicle next for the exact service.

2022-04-08Best combination - awesome service, awesome people! Donovan took care of a squeak (lose wiper cover) that the dealership said would go away when it is warm. Also got the bed and underbody sprayed. We couldnt be happier and wont go anywhere else!

2022-07-14I took my truck here to install a 2” leveling kit. A $300 quote ballooned into $1600 of work, given the need to order parts and take the truck to another shop multiple times for alignment. While I can appreciate the unexpected variability of the job, I would have expected communication of parts cost/request for authorization to proceed - This did not occur. Additionally, I was not informed of the fee for utilizing a credit card for payment. I noticed this charge upon returning home and would have paid cash if I had been made aware. I would not recommend this shop due to poor communication.Edit: Responder is missing the point. There’s a big difference between:What occurred - A phone call informing me that additional parts were in route, with no mention of pricing.And what should have occurred - A phone call prior to ordering additional parts with explanation of pricing and approval to proceed.

2022-05-07I had scratches all over my car. Paul was great, was able to get the whole car looking brand new for a great price and got me in right away. If you care about your car, this is the place to go.
