I cant even describe just how amazing UGP is. I had an absolutely awful experience trying to get shirts made elsewhere for weeks on end. Stumbled across UGP and Ill never order shirts anywhere else ever again. Between Zack and Chris, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal, and any question I had was answered in a very timely manner. They made what could have been a decently complicated order (or it had seemed that way with the previous company) into a beyond quick and easy process. The turnaround between ordering, approving the design, shipping, and receiving my order was SO QUICK. I couldnt believe it. You guys are out of this world and I cant wait to work with you in the future!
I was extremely satisfied with the fit and quality of the product. Other printers that I have tried did not screen the logo on thick enough and they all began rubbing off after just a few washes.....not Underground Printing. The ink is thick and durable after many washes. The best part of Underground Printing is the customer service! It is unmatched.Order now!
I needed to design shirts for a family reunion and have never done something along these lines before. I was able to manage the design myself, get prompt customer service, and the quality was exactly what I wanted. My design was not overly complex but the responsiveness of the customer service and the fact they delivered exactly on time is what prompts me to give 5 stars. Very happy with my experience and will definitely use them again.
Had a great experience with my shirt order. I ordered on a Sunday and had the whole order delivered 4 days later on Wednesday. They know what they are doing for sure. Highly recommend.
This place was very professional, fast, and they initiated an after delivery check-up. I thought that was pretty classy. I loved the size and quality of my logo at first sight. But, I was a little critical of the shirts shape. However, once I actually put it ON, it was perfect! I love this shirt. Definitely will be ordering more to give out with confidence.
Really enjoyed my experience with Underground. I was looking for a smaller order of shirts with custom artwork I had commissioned. The prices were good, the design tools were easy to sue and adjust to what I was looking for. I had a small technical glitch that the customer service solved the same day. The shirts arrived quickly and look fantastic. The Shirt material is soft and comfortable as well. Highly recommend and will be using them the next time I make t-shirts.

I have ordered custom shirts several times from this vendor. Its nice that I can order just one custom shirt. Most places you have to buy several shirts the same which would be good for a ball team for example. Always receive good quality garments which look really good with custom printing.
Easy ordering. Delivery was quick. Fabric of the item is a bit thin. It is a Christmas gift, so it hasnt been given to the receiver yet. I would certainly consider ordering from this firm again.

I worked with Mason and Erin through email and they were both very helpful.This was my first experience with direct to garment printing and I am very happy with my results from Underground Printing. They also helped me to find the right garments for both of my designs because I was having trouble ordering online. I thought their approval process for the artwork was great. It ensures that you are getting exactly what you need and want on the correct garments, before they proceed with printing and shipping. I have to say I think the printing looks cool, sort of a vintage feel to my eyes. The colors are spot on to my artwork also. Thanks for being so patient with all of my emails.
Thanks to Underground Shirts, I was able to turn one of my paintings into a T-shirt for my wife and she absolutely loves it! The process was easy, they had loads of choices of colors and styles of shirts, including plus size women’s shirts. The prices were reasonable, the process was simple, and communication with the staff was wonderful! Best of all, the finished product arrived quickly and it is perfect! I was very disappointed with my experience. When I placed my order I paid extra for shipping to get my order here quick. A day my order was supposed to arrive I got an email saying my package could not be delivered due to a snowstorm (which is fine), but I suspect my order would not have arrived on time anyway. I was in constant contact with a customer service rep trying to get information on my order, but nothing. Today my order arrives out of the blue. I never received any shipping or tracking information. The printing on the shirts is not very high quality and looks faded already despite being brand new. The entire process gave me the feeling this company is extremely disorganized.The only reason I did not give 1 star is because the company did refund what I paid for expedited shipping, which I found very to be very professional and did appreciate.
The power went out at 7:10am this morning, they said if it’s still out by noon they would send everyone home. Noon comes and they lied, they’ve decided to keep everyone for the remainder of their shift. They would rather waste their employees time and have them stand around than send them home to be with their families. Furthermore, they choose the day they cannot operate to finally do a fire drill. They care about money, not their employees. Otherwise the people that have worked there for YEARS would be receiving a livable wage. Not $900 paychecks, which aren’t even enough for a $600 a month apartment in Ypsilanti, which by the way, barely exists. Support another business that actually cares for their employees. Maybe Ann Arbor Printing Company is better, not sure, just as long as it’s not these greedy people.
Used to work here.They provide zero training to their employees, especially to their Quality Control employees.So if youre thinking of working here: dont.If youre thinking of having shirts or whatever made here: absolutely do not, unless you want your apparel made by untrained people.

My experience with Underground Printing was absolutely phenomenal! The t-shirt design page of the site was easy to use and they got my order out to me in less than 2 weeks and it was received 3 days earlier than expected. I tried other sites before finding Underground, but the other sites advertised 2 week turnarounds but it changed to 4-6 weeks when I only wanted to order 1 shirt. Underground Printing is by far the best screen printing and apparel shop around. Not only do they carry the best products, but when I received my order and saw the beautiful screen printing job they did, I was thrilled. I placed a big order for my sons party and will give out hoodies to everyone. They will be a huge hit!But I must mention that the customer service is exceptional! They are so nice and will really go above and beyond to please the customer.This is the only one stop shop to use. You won’t be sorry.

I went to another printer at first and had a terrible experience, so I came to Underground Printing and they went above and beyond to get my order correct. Their customer service is outstanding and they really worked with me to make sure my design was right before actually printing it. I love that they have a wide variety of ladies t-shirts, as well. I added to the order three times, i had a couple of changes and they were very timely & professional, i received multiple opportunities to correct/fine tune our graphic and each time it became more of what we were looking for. I have placed several orders with UGP now, I use them as a supplier for my apparel. The quality is TOP notch, I get so much positive feedback on the comfort and durability of the products.The customer service is ultimately what keeps me coming back. Whenever I run into complications or have to adjust my order multiple times, the staff is always so helpful. I never feel bad for making adjustments as my plans change.Ive had some misprints in the past and they are always promptly replaced, free of charge. Once I even got the replacements two days after the original delivery. They also help me load the boxes into my car when I pick them up. All around Im sticking with UGP.

This company is amazing. Ill go to them for all my custom clothing needs. They noticed an issue with my address and emailed me to double check which was great. Then when I called after hours and left a message about an issue I noticed they emailed me back within a few hours saying they fixed the issue. AND! Lets start with that I definitely recommend Underground Printing! I have placed two orders with UGP for my office in Colorado; one in October 2018 and one in September 2019. UGP has great quality products, the POGO online order forms are incredibly easy to use, extremely fast proofing and delivery, and excellent customer service! We decided to choose the types of items and colors that our employees could order on the POGO forms and they have been extremely happy with the options and product quality. So much that we are expecting to place orders each year. Definitely use UGP!

They do both DTG and SCREENPRINT.Tony is always patient to do last minute adjustments and he will edit (fine tune) graphics for you for free.Sliding Scale pricing will truthfully give you more for le$$.They have wide range of portfolios so for whatever event/reason you print - they will have templates or good ideas to spice up your project or simply advise regarding your project etc. They can print on tag areas too. They even have international fonts.

The start of the Las Vegas Club relationship with Underground Printing began due to the University of Iowa Center for Advancement and a presentation by Paul Huff at UGP. It is not easy doing business 2500 miles apart, but after the first experience we were sold and continued to purchase all year for the Club merchandise and we are already committed to the ongoing relationship and beginning work for our 2020/2021 season. The artwork, creative ideas, ease of working together regardless of the miles, timeliness of deliveries, and overall amazing customer satisfaction for UGP has caused the Club to move from local suppliers back to Iowa City and UGP. The experience has been so positive I see no reason to change, but to try and get everything we buy for the Club direct from UGP. If I could give more than 5 stars it is earned and deserved. Shes a difference maker that is insightful and professional. Jill helps us quickly get to the end of the process by offering excellent suggestions. Its like we have outsourced this part of our tennis academy business and we feel great with the direction it has taken us.Our tennis players love the quality of our H.E.A.T. shirts (front and back printing) from Underground Printing. They proudly wear them to tournaments, thus driving additional H.E.A.T. business. By design the delivery was JIT (just in time) so we didnt have boxes of merchandise taking up valuable space.Once again it was perfect execution from start-to-finish!

Their website is very unclear on deciphering the difference between Adult and Youth Sizes.That’s not very fair, and completely misleading. I was truly hoping the issue could’ve been resolved, but I was disregarded.And when I reached out to customers service to have the issue resolved. I was brushed off and told, there wasn’t anything they could do to fix the problem.The customer service with this company is horrible, and I’ll be sure to never patronize and neither will my family/friends.

2022-05-21Customer service is alive and well at Underground Printing. I ordered 8 shirts for a class reunion. The design process was super easy. Customer service checked in with me and the order was received before the promised date. Everyone loved the shirts. I will definitely give them my business again.

2021-10-30This company is amazing! Ordered online and everything went smoothly. Contacting people via chat is easy and they get back to you right away. Very helpful and responsive! Really nice selection of apparel, easy to design, prices were great and the final products were beautiful. Had a little issue with a blurry print and a couple off-center -- they replaced right away without question. Everybody loved the shirts we ordered (ordered 5 different apparel products). The date they provided for my order to ship was spot on, and shipping cost is minimal and fast. I will definitely be ordering from them again -- planning the next order right now! Highly recommend for your printing needs!!!

2022-02-02Regarding an online order, I want to start by saying I do understand there being supplier and shortage issues, etc. which is why their color and size stock is so limited right now. I recognize this is not their fault. That being said, I was disappointed in the entire process. The website wouldn’t allow me to add additional colors so I had to create my order via email, which is fine. This email chain was about 10+ back and forth due to them being out of so many colors/sizes. If this info was on the website, I wouldn’t not have had to reply back and forth 10+ times. I also decided to go with this company because they had more colors than other sites (that also are experiencing low stock through no fault of their own). But these other companies at least showed on their website what was and wasn’t in stock so one wouldn’t have to go through what I did. Finally, I did reply to my quote by saying it was disappointing the after all I went through (nearly half of what I wanted they didn’t have) that I was going to be up charged for some of the 2XLs (that I didn’t even need or want in 2XL but I had so few choices).With the expectation of those charges being taken off (which was about $4), I was shocked to receive an email back telling me sorry with no offer for any discount at all. I have to say with a website that isn’t able to tell you what’s in stock with a combination of them not giving you a discount when you were up charged for things you didn’t even want, I will not be using this company again or referring them.Update: the manager contacted me and helped make this situation better by giving me a discount

2020-07-09If you are a nonprofit be warned! They subcontracted our work to a 3rd party printer and printed all of our products off center and crooked. Literally the worst print shop we have ever worked with since being in business since 1977. At no time did they even offer an apology for causing us over several hundred in losses so far... Instead, we had to get our lawyer involved to force them for a refund.
