Comment: I love this place they where able to accommodate my needs to get out the house for my birthday weekend mind you I’ve been only going to doctors appointments and back on a gurney and oh how embarrassing that is but for my birthday weekend a family was able to bless me a rental for my birthday and oh how awesome it felt to be out of the house to see my kids on the football field. Ms Jackie was amazing helpful best customer service I’ve ever gotten.I will definitely rent from this company again to bad I can’t afford one but I definitely will continue to rent when I can afford it.. LOVE THIS PLACE. I’ll be back to RENT.

Jackie Gibson was incredibly kind and made the process fast and easy. Also the prices are affordable for people on a fixed income. Thank you Ability Center and Jackie!

Unfortunately, its had a few problems some weve been able to fix and one were still working on. But through it all everyone there has been very kind and concerned and understanding. So willing to work with me and accommodate me in my particular and frustrating situation. Miguel and Jeremiah especially taking such good care of me. Comment: The Ability technicians supose to check the vehicles they sale for safety and mechanical equipment issues if any.It did not happen in my buying experience with them. I had to spend thousands of dollars, from my own pocket, just to fix the problems left behind by the company that made the van modification for well chair access. Not even the smol things, like oil leaks, were fixed prior to the sale. In other words they never bothered to checkout the van.Very unprofessional management.Very poor guest service.

Comment: The Ability Center is a excellent place to buy Vans in any type of conversion that you may need for your disability. I actually rented of minivan for my son and we got to go to the Lakers game. This was a great experience. I figured it would be nice to try running something to see how easy or complicated it could be and it all worked out because this is exactly what I am looking for.Its better to go and get your information prior to making a large purchase like that and this is the place to go. The people that work there are very helpful and they do not mind going out of their way to assist you. I will continue to use this place to renting a vehicle until I can afford to purchase

Comment: Very nice staff even though they are not the most Dependable when it comes to getting your questions answered or getting a call back. They did work on my Van and I been having issues with the van ever since before they touched my van it worked perfectly. Since they have had my van I have even experienced pieces of the van fly off while driving.

Today I needed a new caster wheel for my wheelchair, I called another place they wanted to charge me $75 for evaluation which I didnt need. I called Ability Center, the technician Jeremiah told me how to fix the problem over the phone with zero cost. great service.

Comment: The technician, Miguel, as always does a very thorough inspection and lubrication of our wheelchair system. It is well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to have him perform the work. I highly recommend this service.
