Their plane was an hour late then deplaned and then sat there for almost 2 more hours. I missed all connecting flights and had to stay at airport all night. No hotel. Then the best they would do is get me home by 11pm the next day. Unacceptable.

Wish they had more help in Lansing. But the flights and staff are awesome! Very helpful!
