For some reason the flights are delayed more times than not. Out of 8 of my last flights 5 were delayed. One was over 7 hours for mechanical issues!Cabin crews have always been great. Especially the FAs from their partner United Express flights. Ticket agents are professional. Theres one in Pueblo that is exceptional with all the passengers, and even likes to make jokes to pass the time. Even their phone customer service reps have been mostly positive.But, the flights are usually just as full as the budget airlines, and the seating is just as cramped. The $30 to check a bag is a tough pill to swallow, as is the carry on fee. The meal service is lacking. Just a drink, and a choice of pretzels, cookies or a Stroopwaffle. I find theres little to separate them from the budget airlines to justify the higher ticket prices. Why fly the friendly skies when you can have the exact same experience and save $50 or more?

They did NOT talk to be nice. And, I never go to the United Airlines. They was very bad customer service and airplane was very old too.
