Comment: Wooooow! best customer service Ive ever had. I needed a storage container so I called and spoke to this really nice girl named Edith, she gave me pricing and I said I would get back to her after I made a decision. I called the very next day and Joseph answered, unfortunately Edith was not available, but Joseph jumped right in and booked the container for me. I thanked him for helping out, and he said it was his pleasure, I love it!! you just dont hear that anymore, unless you go to Chick-fil-a lol. Overall great experience, great team work. Thanks United.

Comment: Id give em zero stars if that were an option. If I could describe this company and its staff in one word...it would be PATHETIC. I requested price quotes on two units, one insulated and one not...asking for both the rental rate and purchase price. A guy named Rob promised to get that right out to me. A week later I again called because I had not received anything. An older gentleman answered the phone this time, told me Rob was out on vacation and another employee had gone home early leaving him alone but he would make sure we received the quote. I told him no problem, just get it to me within three days. Ten days after my first inquiry I still hadnt heard back so i called again and gave them a final chance to submit their quote or we would rule them out. Again they promised to send the requested quote (a different, younger guy this time) and yes...again they did nothing. If a company cannot even provide a price quote...what happens when you actually need them to step up and handle a problem? My God...these people must have come from government jobs. Put down the Nintendo Switch and do some work! Most people would not tolerate such blatantly negligent service and/or pursue a company to perform but I am a patient person who gives people the benefit of a doubt. Now there is no doubt...everyone at Pac-Van is pathetic. They set the customer service bar so low you need a shovel to see it.
