Comment: We had rented some equipment we were not so familiar with all the pieces and parts that came along with it. There was a discrepancy if all had been returned properly as my guys in the field insisted that not all the parts had been lent out after opening everything out there. This was all told to me after I asked about things missing. What could have been a very uncomfortable situation was worked out by their man letting us all know a lesson learned. I greatly appreciate what they were able to do for my small electrical shop. We will definitely be recommending United Rentals to share their business with them.
