I just called 3 times before the phone was answered by someone saying that no one is there! I said well you are there, she said she was a cleaning lady. She said everyone was out with covid and then said I think I might have covid and coughed joking then said come up her if u wanna catch covid! I am disgusted with her behavior Im heading there now....

Two stars because when I needed a supervisor I was placed on the phone with one and she explained (but didnt solve) the mystery of the lying mail carrier and the missing package.My mail carrier picks and chooses who she delivers packages consistently to on our block. We dont make the cut. I was not seeing my mail regularly until I opted in to Informed Delivery and reported a few things missing. THEN all my mail started making it to my house.My carrier though. She gets along well with one my neighbors, and that neighbor gets every Amazon package etc she orders with no problem. I am not home enough during the day to get to know her (I work!!!) and recieving packages at home is hit or miss-I changed my delivery address to my parents because I had so many things go missing.You hear that the postal service is going bankrupt feel bad...until you look at who they employ and how those employees represent the USPS.....and then you get it.

For some reason, the employees here are just plain unpleasant... all the time! I only go out of convenience, meaning if Im out of time. Otherwise, I go to where people are friendly. There is one lady that works here occasionally that is very nice, just one!!!! I wish I had gotten her name. I wouldnt want to lump her in with all the others, but I tell you, it is only ONE.

I think this new guy Sheldon is the best carrier weve had in the nine years that Ive been living here. I dont think hes new to the job just this route, hes a people person. Keep up the good work Mr. Sheldon!!🙌👏👍ijs😃

Very bad customer service. I understand that people have bad days, but the attitude was unnecessary. All I wanted was some assistance in shipping a package. I just politely told the lady, I will go somewhere else. I will never come back to the location. If I could leave a comment without given a star, that would be great.

Easy process to mail my letter and the staff was great!! Make sure you watch where you park though.

This is a great post office and a neighborhood treasure. A necessity since there are no others in walking distance and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The postal box area should stay open 24 hours or at least until 6/7 like the one in Southfield on 11mile and Lahser for those to who works 9-5.

Employees are very, very, very, very nasty attitudes. very unhelpful and will not help if you ask questions. Refuses to let you talk to a Supervisor. Place should be closed.
