United States Postal Service in other cities:
If you absolutely hate yourself, if you want to suffer, if you don’t want to use the postal service, and you feel like being degraded and demeaned, then this is the perfect place for you. You’ll fit right in amongst the broken door handles and loudly swearing employees
As a customer for 10+ years at this location, I have had mixed experiences from great to not so great. However, during my visits over the last year or two, It has been a pleasant experience whenever Dwight helps me. He is always courteous, professional and knowledgeable. There was a couple of times when the supervisor couldnt help me and Dwight was willing and able to step in and take care of the issue I was having. Overall, Dwight understands the importance of and offers good customer service. I will continue to do business at this location because of Dwight as well as a couple of the ladies that work there. I sincerely appreciate their efforts.
I had a great experience with this post office. Back in October of 2019, I was moving from Detroit to Iowa and to save costs, I ended up mailing all of my belongings to Iowa in boxes. I mailed 18 boxes in total over a 2-day period. The staff at the post office was friendly and patient with me while I mailed all of my things. Also, when I asked for a cart to help bring all of my boxes into the post office, someone went in the back and got one for me! I ended up mailing a PVC pipe, and a clerk took the time to tape boxes together for me that would fit this oddly-shaped package. All of my boxes arrived in Iowa when expected, as expected! I always meant to visit this site and write a review because the post office truly made my moving experience less stressful and nice. Thank you everyone!
Where to begin....multiple days skipped mail, smashed packages, inability to follow simple 5 word directions, (put packages in garden box), nothing at all but excuses, there is a significant drop in the amount of mail being sent and USPS still cant do their job correctly. Nobody will answer a complaint, not by phone or email. Ive had a package out in transit between Detroit and Allen Park facility for almost 2 weeks now. I think the box could have made its way faster on its own. You never get a reason for any delays, just an excuse. This is why the post office is in shambles. They dont care and believe me it shows. Especially here in this area. Worst mail service Ive ever experienced anywhere Ive lived.
Extremely rude receiver. Had a driver delivering a load and they wanted the driver to unload himself. The load was booked as a no touch to the driver so I had to confirm with the broker before letting the driver unload. They kicked the driver out threatening him with police before I was able to reach the broker on the phone. Why was that necessary as he was delivering a load that they needed I will never know. Wasted all night and had to layover till next morning to get the pallets off the truck. Never had that happen to me before.
I had to go to this location for my passport needs and it was a lengthy wait. However Ms. Cynthia was kind, swift and incredibly helpful. She made the experience worth the wait and if I ever have to go back to the post office I will try to get Cynthia. She’s truly a person who enjoys her job and helping others. This location was also clean, quiet and they have self service kiosk if you don’t want to wait in line for certain needs.
I love this location. The counter employees are always professional and courteous. I know Marena and Dwight by first name. I come here to drop of mail or packages in the late night hours. I am very thankful for this hub. We booked an online appointment for a passport and that time was 7:45 pm. Wow unheard of! Without Marenas help during that process we would have been lost. Keep up the good work.
Lots of theives here. I ship biz to biz. Twice now items were removed and replaced with something else. No longer shipping USPS. UPS and Fed Ex going forward. Only a few dollars more but worth not having the loss. Supervisors are about as unprofessional as they come. They dont really care. Cant wait til the transition and they lose their jobs. If you want to know what transition, research it. I am not your teacher. Just giving an honest review.
Absolutely terrible experience with this post office. They cant seem to update their location and tracking settings. Three times now a package has been out for delivery to my home address late, not delivered while other packages to the same address/unit were delivered, only to be returned back to the same post office the next day saying that it is available for pickup. I got to said post office and they tell me its back out for delivery. If its really available for pickup it should be at the office, if its out for delivery I expect my package that day.
They would’ve gotten Zoero ⭐️ if there were such option. First of all the truck entrance to this place was very difficult to locate. There were no signs indicating where to turn or identifying the truck entrance. Drivers to find entrance turn on Jefferson 10th Ave and park on the road. There should be a pretty good size automatic orange door and walk in at check in. I checked in @1432 they took my number, told me to go back out and park on the street. Mind you I had a second stop to deliver. I checked out @1750 The only positive I could come up with about this place. Were two sisters that were very kind in helping me find the truck/building entrance and check in. They assigned me to door 73. When I tell you this place and the docks were so tight to get into. Horrible and Terrible place to pick up/deliver‼️
The hours are convenient and the PO Box lobby is open 24 hours. However that would be the only positive things I can say about this office. Packages take a week from the time they are delivered until it is available for pick up. Then if waiting a week wasnt bad enough, they frequently mislabel and misplace packages resulted in wasted time/ effort and needless frustration. Discussing the issue with management is futile. Even the postmaster didnt respond to an official complaint. Just sad. Will definitely be looking into alternate services.
Unfortunately my visit to the fort street location was terrible. The customer service could use a lot of work. If someone comes in with a fed ex wrapped package and a ups shipping label don’t just turn them away — actually explain that the item is required to be in a ups package in addition to a ups label in order to ship (ups label I already had). Someone else had to chime in to say here is a package for $1.20. Then you stand there at the counter to re-wrap your package only to be told to stand back in line again. Just senseless added stress for a simple solution that the workers should assist with without difficulty!
My Package has been in transit for 30 days, 13 days being bounced back and forth between Pontiac and Detroit. Roseville resident. Understandable that delivery times are slow but to be bounced back and forth the way it has been shows a true lack of leadership, direction, and organization.
I wish I could give negative starts this location is a joke. I pay for 2 day first class shipping on a weekly basis and this is the only post office location that takes at least 3 to 4 day to process my shipment once it gets there. Its like its in the black hole. When I call them to ask why my package has sat at there facility for 3 days, there answer is well it doesnt matter that you paid for first class we still have 14 day to get the package delivered so I should just deal with it. WOW REALLY!!!!
I go here at least once a week. It seems to me that the workers are short staffed and over worked. Theyve always been friendly and willing to help me out. Granted Ive had to wait my fair share in line, or when my mail man just decided to keep my package in his vehicle for a week... But overall, I dont think this is the workers fault. The mailman that delivers my mail in Corktown is another story. Forget getting your packages delivered, he wont even ring the doorbell.
Guy left a notice saying I wasn’t home to sign for my package even though I was here (he didn’t bother knocking). So I went to the address on the notice and it was the wrong address. I then went to the Fort St branch and told them. Dude at the counter went to the back, came out empty handed and said it’s in a different part of the office and to come back tomorrow. For a service whose main job is delivering packages, nobody who works for them seems to care at all about delivering packages.
NEVER EVER WILL I UTILIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!Horrible Service long lines lost mail this place should be closed down!i dropped off a pre label package weeks ago only to find it was never mailed/scanned until weeks later to mail, and then was returned back to the post office where i dropped it off HUGE LOL.. this post office has been low on its service level for many years. and to be in the surrounding downtown area its ridiculous Detroit dont have a Proper Mail servicing location to serve its Customers and their needs proper in all areas. And Yes they are open late but be prepared to wait and wait and wait and hope you get serviced Proper in which most times for the counter help you will but other services mail boxes, package drop offs etc.. COMPLETELY SUKS
This is my closest location. If you see Dwight Working you should go elsewhere. He’s screwed up most everything he’s mailed out for me. He wears his mask below his nose or on his ear. He spends his time talking with other folks instead of paying attention to your mail. I know more about Dwights politics, ideas on covid and religious views than I know about my friends. He is destroying this location and he’s been there forever. If you get anyone else but Dwight this place is very good, but sadly it’s usually Dwight.
I went in early on a Saturday, and to be honest, it had been a long time since I stepped foot in a post office. I had to send a package, and two important documents. Sirena was awesome (not sure if I spelt her name correctly), along with another lady that went on break before I could thank her. I had to send a certified letter, a package and a letter through PM EXP 2-day. Sirena was so nice and accommodating, she outlined everything I needed an made sure I filled out everything correctly. I had a wonderful experience. On a side note, unfortunately, the PM EXP 2-day did not get delivered the day I needed it to be delivered. I didnt realize if they make an attempt on the day of, that it counts, but I checked the whole day to see if they delivered it that day and it wasnt until the next day that it shows an attempt for the prior day. Anyways, I know for next time. All in all, if you need to go to a post office in Detroit, this is the one!
So I was expecting a package today and usually my mail runs around 9 am. When I hadnt received it but the mail was there a couple of hours later I knew it 2as not the regular mail carrier. Then I get a email from Amazon saying the mail carrier could not get access to the door 🤔well I dont know why I stay in a townhouse . My son was downstairs all morning and the time they said they came was a lie. How the hell you leave mail in the box with the same name and address on packages.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔You claim you left a note saying you have been here well where is the note? So I called to see if they tried to deliver at wrong address they said I will be on hold for over a hour its been 40 mins and uou best to believe Im not hanging up. I have things to do today and they will be going with me even if I have to hold on for hours.
I went on Saturday to local post office for passport renewal but they are not taking passport applications on weekend days so I check the Detroit main post office their website says they do and says walk in available, called several times to confirm no one answered so decided to drive 40 miles one way only to be denied service with out no appointment even though I already have the application prefilled on the official government site and it would take a 5 minutes to sign the application on front of them and pay the fees, also they werent extremely busy.
Open late some days until 10:00 p.m. to get your mail in. It still is processed the next day. You just know its in there for early morning. Very helpful. Nice staff. Safe parking lot. Guaranteed overnight letter is $25.00 and $7.00 is it possibly can make it overnight, but no guarantee!
Though I expected to see twice as many workers, I was impressed that a lady whose shift ended decided to help me with my passport application so that when my time came in line--I was good to go. Picture and everything. It was faster than the last time I went to go get my passport *with an appointment. Awesome service by Chris and Raven. WONDERFUL!
This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. I waited with two people in front of me for nearly 20 minutes and ended up walking out the door without them even being able to ship my package. I’ve never had problems elsewhere but for some reason they can never help me or anyone else with anything. The two customers before me also left with their inquiries unresolved. The staff is so rude, I’m surprised this place even brings any money.
Once again I go to the post office to pick up a package and they CAN NOT FIND IT! I told the girl and the manage that the package according to the USPS website said it was delivered! But they cant find. The girl at the counter looked as though I was bothering her the entire time. The idea of waddling her 400 pound frame in the back I guess was too much work for her. She pond me off on the manger and she said she would go look in the back. I could clearly see the woman go into the back room, do a check circle and stand there doing NOTHING. This is known as LYING to the customer. This post office wonders why it gets such a POOR rating? The answer is simple: THE STAFF is the problem. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me. More like the THIRD. These people that work here are the most LAZIEST workers I have ever seen. There is ZERO courtesy when you get to the counter. Todays experience was yet another example of why the postal service in America is total GARBAGE! WHY this IDIOTS cant get it together is BEYOND ME! AVOID THIS POST OFFICE with your life! Hopefully the staff will get fired!
Still waiting on two packages, one that’s been in transit for over a week to the final destination. The other going on 3 days. Granted, Covid 19 is making things difficult. However, Covid 19 is also in Florida and their distribution facility took 2 days to get my things to the next destination. This falls completely on the leadership and staff of Detroit’s postal service. I get it being late. I don’t get it being stuck in Detroit since May 2nd and in transit to my home since May 6. I will never use USPS again. I will pay for fedex or UPS. Covid 19 has hit everyone, yet amazon and fedex still gets me my packages at a reasonable time. Complete unsatisfactory and a total failure on their part.
I always enjoy going to this postal location because the staff is friendly, I get quick service and they have extended hours. Even if the line is long at times it is still worth it to come here since you can ship something when you get out of working your 9 to 5 job. Most other locations would be closed, but this one is open when you need them to be...and that counts for something. :)
Ive never actually been angry enough to write a bad review. So belive me when i tell you to avoid the usps. Its worth any amount of money to not have to be put on hold and told youre wrong repeatedly. It literally took 45 minutes and 3 people before someone finally looked up the package i was trying to find. It was priority mail and everything. Seriously just horrible customer service. Ive never been talked down to like they do in my life. Its just ridiculous no wonder the post office is failing i cant wait until these people lose their jobs.
If you have business at the counter, this post office is okay. If youre looking for a PO Box, go elsewhere. They have not competently managed our billing from the start. Today they permanently closed our box without warning even though its paid through November. The staff was dismissive and had no interest in resolving the issue. They gave me a customer service number to call that I later found to be invalid.
Horrible horrible post office. Employees have no manners. No concept of greeting or replying to customers. They are good at nEver doing their jobs and rolling their eyes when you ask them a question. Just came back and its March 9th at 8.20 pm. Only three employees at the office, which is fine. Unfortunately I got the bald lady(writing this in detail in case a supervisor or manager is reading this). This lady needs a major attitude adjustment and needs to go back to training. I inquired about a package which the delivery supervisor told me was ready to be picked up when I called in earlier. She was hesitant to even go back and see if the package is there. She slowly dragged herself off her seat went to the back and said no I dont see it, they didnt bring it down. I told her your supervisor just told me its downstairs and ready to be picked up, she rolled her eyes then made a annoyed face and said Ive checked all the packages and its not there. Is this what usps teaches their employees. You are in the service industry lady, if you cant smile greet and talk politely to customers then you shouldnt be sitting on the front assisting customers. Horrible post office. If the manager is reading this please fix this.
I’ve had one of the strangest experiences here in my life. I was sending a package and went in to get a shipping box and to pay for it to be shipped. Got the box, put my contents inside. The counter was completely empty of people as it was late. There weren’t any ink pens to address the package so I got in the empty queue assuming the clerk would be able to help. What ensued made me think I was in a Curb Your Enthusiasm episode.I walk up to the counter and the clerk said I needed to address my package. I said, “I know, there weren’t any ink pens so I thought maybe you could help.” She hands me a pen and I start addressing the package. She then tells me I need to step away from the counter, address the package and get back in line. I look up at her, glance around the empty room and say, “what line?” She proceeds to tell me that by the time I finish addressing the package there will be a line. So I step out of line, address the package (1 whole minute!) and walk around the still empty room to the nonexistent queue. She looks up and says “next person in line please.”Only a government employee could treat a customer like this. Now I keep a pen in my car for the sole purpose of having to deal with this place.
This office and all the others around the country needs to be privatized. All the people need to be fired. Delivery tracked package has been at this facility somewhere for 3 days now..called to inquire about the package. I was transferred three times then spoke to consumer affairs. She informed me, The package sometimes gets delayed. It just happens sometimes. I think she was smoking some weed or something. She also told me that the package only came in yesterday....Lets see..It arrived in Detroit (Liberal Utopia) on 9/14 and it did not depart from the facility yet and it is now 9/17.hmm.....yesterday???!!! If you order anything from Michigan and it needs to ship......Use UPS (United Parcel Service).
For the third time now, Ive had registered/insured mail that was time sensitive delayed at this station for absolutely no reason. I say no reason because the staff cant give me one and half the time they seem utterly baffled as to why I would even call in the first place. Its not surprising that the USPS is going bankrupt... between the delays and the rude, unhelpful staff, I will absolutely avoid using USPS no matter what it costs me to ship with another carrier.
I was going to complain here about the Postal Service in South Lyon, Michigan. Why do we continue to support this organization with tax money? They cant even deliver the Priority mail they charge extra for. The shame of it they act like it shouldnt even come up as a valid question. I had the Supervisor for the South Lyon branch tell me that they deliver at least 100 boxes a day, as if that is a reason to lose my package. & we had the daily mail guy tell us that usually our box was filled...so we were at fault. Our door is right across from the condo mail box. Bottom line is, Fed Ex can make and ensure a delivery and so can UPS. GET RID OF the Govt. provided and tax payer supported post office. No sense that they are still around. Hand the mail that is still delivered to private company.
How about NEGATIVE 5 stars???? i have been waiting over 2 1/2 weeks for a package that arrived there May 9, and its now May 23... i have no idea when, and IF i will see it.. and this has happened 2-3 times before... this place is so Fd up, get some COMPITENT people to get packages out in a TIMELY manner!!
Yes it’s busy and you will have to wait. But the employees are knowledgeable and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. They’re open until 10pm which is really great. I just wish they had more counters open and more staff working as it can really take a long time.
A testament to how useless our own government is. I hope you have X-ray vision to see the truck if you live in an apartment because they’ll just leave a notice and take the package back to their labyrinth lair. After that they encase the possibility of finding your package in a thick layer of hurdles involving two hour wait times on the phone and horrendous online interfaces. When did this city of makers become so lazy. Just knock on the freaking door.
Constantly loosing my customers packages! Items just VANISH in this facility apparently :( No one ever answers the damn phone spent three days trying to get someone to pick up to help track down another lost item! I will start using the guys and gals in brown from now on! This is getting ridiculous! Get your stuff together DETROIT POST OFFICE!!!
Wow. This place is a joke. Called and was on hold for 20 mins, then I heard them come on and hang up on purpose. Called back 3 times before they answered again to be put back on hold. My package that was half a pound arrived on the 2nd of May at this Post office. It was expected to be delivered today 2 states away, my mail has already ran for the day. Called my local office and it didnt come in on the late truck. Called back to this place and put on hold again. Transferred to 3 or 4 people and no one knows where it is. My tracking says its there and never departed. Ill proably be out the money and the item. I said half a pound because it isnt something big and bulky. Shouldnt have caused an issue poor facility.
I just had the most insane phone conversation I ever had. The USPS person I had on the phone literally admitted that USPS was not able to provide the services they are offering. We moved to a new address, same city, and we made a mail transfer to our new address to USPS. We received a letter at our new address confirming this went through. We did all this end of May. The USPS letter mentioned we may not receive mail before June 10th. We are June 28th, we still havent received ANYTHING from our previous address. The guy on the phone kept mentioning that they could not retrieve mail that was sent back to the sender. WHY WOULD IT BE SENT BACK TO THE SENDER ??? The whole point of doing a mail transfer is to have the mail TRANSFERED, not sent back ! He told me to contact the senders to ask for the mail : how the hell am I supposed to contact them if I don’t know who wrote to me ? Also, not everyone puts their address when sending mail. Where does it then go ?? We may have received important mail that we will never receive because USPS is unable to do the most basic thing : forwarding mail. I will keep calling until a solution is found and I receive my mail.
Very Horrible!! Iv been to several post offices and this one is by far the worst! I sold a pair of shoes on poshmark and I wanted to ship same day, but lady at post office said I had to wait three days to ship ?!?! Label clearly said expires in three day! Ladies that work there are extremely lazy and dont want to do anything. They are also extremely rude and dont help you until they are done gossiping about there private lives. Very horrible!
I went to the MAIN post office to cash a $350 Postal money order and the cashier had no idea the procedure for cashing money orders. So, I had to wait until she went and found her manager which took 20 minutes then he said that it was too large?? That they could not cash a money order that large and that I must take it to the bank. I took the money order to the North end post office and they cashed it with no problems.
Of all the post offices that Ive been to – and Ive been to quite a number, the customer service here is, and has always been, incomparably better. The hours add to its convenience, but after each and every interaction/transaction, I again am grateful to have come here.
I am very upset. The postal service in Detroit have been ruining all my wedding invitations. I paid extra postage for them so they would not get ruined and they did anyways. And when I call to complain they tell me under some law E28 or something, that they are not responsible for any damage to any mail. Then they told me to call my local postal office, when my local postal office told me to call them. Detroit, MI and Riverview, MI postal services are the worst. I want them to know that these are not just birthday cards these are my wedding invitations and now they are ruined and I have to repay to do them again.
It took a while for them to answer the phone, and I came to read the reviews and they were horrible so I expected horrible services.I was surprised that it wasnt horrible at all. Good workers, good service, nice clean place. They were very helpful, very nice, and in fact, they were literally TOO helpful it almost got annoying lol but theyre just doing their job.I would come here again for sure!
I went in to ship a front sway bar. The clerk didnt undestand how the scale worked (she claimed it wasnt weighting accuratly because the ends of the sway bar were not on the scale. The ends were suspended in the air on each end of the scale.). The clerk also did not understand how to measure the package, she measured length, width, and the height again. When I pointed this out, the clerk next to her told her to just measure the gurth. So she measure the circumfrance of the bar instead of the diameter. This is when I just left.Im sure if you have a basic small box that fits on the 12x 12 scale they have, and doesnt over hang. Then it would have been fine. Just dont expect any of the measuring to be done correctly. The employees here need training. Bad.
While most people nowadays use emails, text messaging, social media Etc... there is still something about Old Fashioned correspondence. It is a dying breed, but this huge building and testament to what was the most popular form of communication at one time is a friendly reminder anytime you are in the area of downtown Detroit. Especially at West Riverfront Park, with the best view.
If there was a zero rating I would give them that...my family and I went there to renew our passports ...we were told to wait 30 minutes...After 30 minutes another lady came from the back to provide service but she told us lets get some customers out to clear the line out...we didnt say anything but she was keep servicing other customers...we told her we are waiting for more than 30 minutes...they both started arguing with us...I mean seriously you clear the line out first ...it doesnt matter who comes first...horrible customer service...
Truck entrance: from (Fort st) turn down (10th st.) Go to south west corner of post office to an orange door. It should lift up automatically when sense a truck.Inside USPS is a house of horrors for truckers. They make otr trucks squeeze into docks made for straight trucks.
I attempted to ship a via book media mail when the clerk informed me that since it is a nonfictional book it cannot be shipped via media mail. She went searching for papers to show me this book was a restriction. She didnt find it. I showed her the USPS website which states that the only requirement is the book has to be at least 8 pages. She still refused to ship via media mail.
If you have delivery in this post office god help you,one of the worsest places people lazy and slow and unfriendly, docks insude of building got no room to park or turn around,it took them 4 hours to unload my expedited load, i feel bad for tax payers money that are being wasted on places like this, shame on you people!!!
Horrible, so lazy and unprofessional, they get paid very well and compensated and cannot even do their jobs correctly, I send out about 250 packages a month, some overnight and some priority, they seem to sit in limbo here for a few days before they make there way to the destination, you wonder why more people are switching to Fedex because your people dont care!
If I can give zero I should that what they deserveThis is not 53 feet trialer and tractor with sleep no way is a lucky day for you if you leave here no heart if our government one of their branch does this how about the privacy one horrible horrible pls change some thing here !!!!!!!!
Unlike every post office on the planet, they want you to pay for a roll of tape for a single boxed return. A return that they are partnered with the company to process… It’s incredibly silly. So my advice is to go to one of the many other USPS facilities in the city. The other ones operate normally.

2022-05-27In and out in about 45 min. Half of that is backing up. Side with doors 40-50+ is tight as heck. Even day cabers have a hard time straight in up. Definitely not a place for beginners.

2022-05-13I go here about once a month for something and have always had excellent and quick service. They’ve helped with packages, mailing non-standard sizes, passport renewal, and finding lost checks for postal permit payment. Very convenient hours. Parking lot nearby and street parking is free and easy. Service with a smile every time! I used to live in Chicago and the USPS there gave me nightmares every time, so this place wins all the awards by comparison. I’m very surprised to see how many people have had bad experiences here… are we going to the same place?

2022-04-04Slow, slow, slow! I waited almost 15 minutes in line just to send off 2 packages. They have a self-service kiosk in the lobby, but for some reason it wouldn’t work for one of packages, which is how I ended up in the line. The counter employees are usually friendly, so no problems with them. They just need to add more people at the counters to move the line faster.

2019-08-24So the United States Post Office seems to get a bad rap on here, but I think it’s solid. Anyways, there’s free 30 minute parking outside of the building on 8th street and I’ve never had a problem finding a spot. Next up, I mostly use the automated kiosk in the lobby and it’s always worked well for me with no problems. The line for teller service can be long at times, but it is a Post Office, and the automated kiosk takes care of everything I need. Anyways, glad that this place exists!

2021-11-23The employees helping me get fingerprinted were super nice, but there is no way to contact them about things other than mail business. The number doesnt give you the option to contact them about work/orientation and neither does the contact section on their website. I just want to figure out when orientation is, so I can start working. Other than our communication, theyre a great place.

2022-01-27Absolutely the rudest and unprofessional carrier I have ever seen in my life, After setting up his bluetooth speaker in the lobby of my building he proceeds to blair christian music, after waiting nearly 45 minutes for him to finish i go to reach for my mail and he lunges towards me yelling that I am stealing mail. mind you we are in the middle of a lobby to a luxury condo/ apartment building. I am utterly in shock at this point. mind you he is yelling loud enough to be heard over his bluetooth speaker that is at MAX volume. I will be contacting the area supervisor about the unprofessionalism that their carriers show.

2021-10-15I dialed 14 times before an answer, for a phone call that lasted 2 min and 30 sec. The woman who was gracious enough to answer promptly and kindly informed me about my tracking number. She seemed informed and experienced, and answered my questions aptly. I just wish it didnt take 20 minutes of calling. In order to improve their service up to an even passable level, this facility desperately needs to attract and maintain more employees. They likely need to raise wages to attract stable workers, but Im willing to bet most of this lackluster service comes from pisspoor administration. So happy Ive left this delivery district.
