I have always had good experiences dealing with the Grass Lake Post Office. The staff are very helpful, and patient when I have odd requests, or dont package things exactly right. I especially appreciate the protocols they have established and adhere to during the pandemic.

Two out of three of the most recent visits to send packages to the military have been unpleasant as the worker complained about how long it takes to put customs forms into the computer and how the address is complicated. The two negative experiences were with the same person who says she’s been working there 20 years and is the manager. I will be driving to the Jackson Crossing post office from now on where the veterans working there are always happy to help send packages to the military.
