2022-06-21Owner was very kind in offering information on pricing and how much gold is selling for.He showed scale of when weighing your items so you knew how much you were depending on for weight of gold you were selling.He explained what the quality of diamonds if you had them in the gold you were selling.I have to say best experience Ive ever had with store owner for this purpose.I highly recommend this business. If I have to sell anything regarding gold or silver I will definitely go back here .

2021-04-14I had a great experience selling my gold for cash. Dale was so friendly. He went through the process with me, explaining my percent and his. He did all the math in my presence and wrote it all down on paper as he went, double checking his scale and calculations to ensure all the numbers were correct. I definitely recommend Dale at Universal!

This afternoon was my first time visiting Universal Gold In Bay City and I will no longer go anywhere else to sell my gold and buy my coins.
