The Billing Department is thoroughly incompetent. Paid July 2021. Here it is in January 2022 and they claim they have no record of the payment. This is after sending copies of the check. Calls to the office in August and they said they received copies. Now they are saying they have no record of payment.

Called for ambulance & told it would take minimum of 3 hours for transport when dealing with severs panic attacks, hyper ventilating , etc - due to anxietyThis was un acceptible Service when I could not breath - wanted to be transported to hospital of my choice THIS WAS NOT A TAXI SITUATION

They were very nice and informative. I told them this was a non emergency and wasn’t needing them to race to get here. They said they would be here in 30 minutes and were prompt. I would definitely recommend.
