Universal staff is awesome.. front desk, inspectors & lift operators but universal drivers are facking idiots except 4... worst in the industry... I’m sure the everybody can agree.... the “swift” company of containers

THE OWER OPP YOU WILL WORK FOR IS KERMIT DONT APPLY HERE THE OWNER OPP SUCKS HE DOES NOT TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT HE WILL HAVE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT TO WORK FOR HIM FOR A YEAR THEN TELL YOU WHEN YOU WANT TO LEAVE HE WILL LET YOU OUT OF THE CONTRACT THATS A LIE HE WILL NOT HE WILL SAY HES GOING TO HOLD YOU AS A DRIVER SO YOU CANT GO WORK FOR ANOTHER OWER OPP AT UNIVERSAL IF YOU WORK FOR HIM DONT SIGN A CONTRACT SAYING YOU WILL WORK WITH HIM FOR A YEAR PLEASE HE WILL NOT LET YOU OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT HE DONT PAY WELL I WORKED A FULL WEEK DID 3 LOADS A DAY AND AT THE END OUT THE WEEK HE ONLY PAID ME 50 BUCKS HE MAKES YOU PAY FOR INSURANCE AND PLATES HES THE ONLY OWNER OPP WHO MAKES DRIVERS PAY FOR EVERYTHING HE IS NEW TO UNIVERSAL AS A OWER OPP THATS NOT YOUR JOB YOUR JOB IS THE ONLY PAY FOR FUEL HE DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE SO BEFORE SIGNING WITH HIM GO FJND A NEW OWNER OPP AT UNIVERSAL THEY WILL PUT YOU WITH ANOTHER DRIVER DONT SIGN GREAT LAKES CONTRACT YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH HIM FOR A YEAR

The worst company ever. You work hours over hours without fair pay. The dispatch always wants something, not worth it. They treat you like youre nothing.

Worst company ever, too much work and no money Dispatches are not fair with drivers, you won’t get paid for all of your loads without fighting. I don’t recommend this company for any one stay away
