Food was awesome and the staff was so nice and quick. Manager checked on us to be sure everything was perfect, and it was.
We had a complicated order of vegetarian and vegan folks together. Firstly, the person on the phone that took the order was very patient and helpful in getting us happy with our order and knowledgeable to help answer our concerns. Then, about the take out experience, it couldn’t have been much smoother then what we had! Amazing service by the crew. This was my first time so I can’t comment on the consistency or anything, but seeing how accurate and good the food was, we will be definitely coming back here for more!! Highly recommend for the vegan folks out there but literally anyone out there likes a good pizza place!!

A TV at every turn (except in the center section) esp. in the bar area for watching your favorite game. Alyssa our waitress was attentive w/out being intrusive...the Smashed cauliflower is a must...and the Chocolate Cake...is really, really HUGE and yum-um good !!! TED should be the Server Master Sargent & whip the rest unto shape...Much more then a Pizza place with drinks..Oh did I mention they have the BEST tasting Pizza I ever ate.
This was our first time dining here. Let me just say how amazing the food and staff are! Ragan was our server she was super friendly and easy to talk to! This is definitely a hidden gem. We will be back!!
Best deep dish pizza hands down. They have good appetizers as well. I usually only go there for the pizza, the waitstaff is friendly and attentive. All in all one of the best pizza places in the metro detroit area.
Wonderful atmosphere, the cheesy garlic bread was great. Perfectly cooked, we got the create your own deep dish, was phenomenal. Service was amazing to the extend of the server, serving you your first slice of pizza. I defiantly recommend coming
I was in a rather large party, and the food was all great! Service was super. We had a wide variety of dishes, including dessert, and everyone was happy with our experience. Great job!!
May 2021 - went here with the family. My wife had this great drink in the picture I uploaded. Not sure the name but show them the picture. It comes with an orange and cherry. Artichoke dip was really good. The Uno pizza was really good. The staff was was great and they are covid safe. The waitress we had was great with my one daughter. I would recommend this place for family, date or whatever. Great place!

Food was awful. Raviolis were average. Pizza was gummy. Spinach and artichoke dip was the worst Ive ever tasted. I would recommend staying away. Other reviews look good, so maybe it was a bad day.
Never been here before. Ordered through Door Dash and O.M.G. This is some delicious pizza. I got the pizza skins and a numero uno for my husband. The crust is awesome. Well be back for sure!
I just witnessed an employee yelling at what looked like a door dasher outside of the establishment. This is completely unprofessional behavior and I am appalled that they would treat someone in that manner. This establishment will not be getting business from my family due to this incident. You can’t treat people like that.
Walked in and originally was told there was a wait then they seated us within a few minutes and we had the beet and quickest service in addition to some amazing food!! This was my first time coming here and I’ll be back for sure!! Highly recommend if anyone is hungry for a chill night with good food.
Had the Spinoccoli Deep Dish, it was FiYer! And the bartender Tracy was pretty cool. Definitely made my night. My new lil spot.
This place has a wonderful atmosphere. It was a good place to talk to friends, even though it was pretty busy. The wait staff were friendly, courteous, efficient. No mistakes. My drink was kept full (always a bonus :) I ordered an individual meat-lovers Chicago deep dish style pizza. It was ok. It wasnt spectacular, but I ate it all lol. It wasnt anything like real Chicago Deep dish pizza, but hey, this is Detroit, not Chicago. I look forward to returning with friends to try something else from the menu

DO NOT ORDER HERE! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM A RESTAURANT! I called to order pick up a few days ago for a farmers market pizza and I drove twenty minutes there only to get the wrong order of a MEAT market instead. My boyfriend didnt even like the meat market because it tasted funky. The lady on the phone was persistent saying that I actually mixed them up, when in reality, I am a strict vegetarian and would never order anything with meat. So this pizza wasted my time, and ruined my moral values of purchasing anything with meat. When we called back, they offered us a free pizza next time we order so thats what we ordered for curbside pick up today. They were TWENTY minutes late with our pizza and on the special instructions, it literally said Dont make. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Unos now.

I’ve never had bad service or bad pizza here. My waitress did forget to put our order in on time once, but she more than made up for it by giving us free appetizers (and really, the wait wasn’t all that long. Our food was out before we even finished the free appetizer). The staff is very friendly, and more than willing to answer any questions you have.If you’re looking for legit Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza, this is the place to go!I also recommend signing up for their insiders club and giving them your birth date. The food is typically always good and the service to match. The Chicago style pizza, whilst not bad, is not true Chicago style. Its more a combination of Chicago and Detroit style deep dish. After years of coming here I finally ordered one. Personally, I found it to be lackluster, but others may enjoy it.I would not recommend this as the go to place for Chicago style pizza, but it is still a great place to go for many other delicious menu items.

Gluten free pasta that resembles a home made noodle, not the usual corkscrew boxed style pasta which many restaurants offer. Marinara sauce was tasty and with a side bowl of mozzarella cheese instead of parmesan gave the pasta a new twist. Great job adding this type of pasta for your gluten sensitive patrons is definitely a positive step with all the menu deletions which had to be made due to COVID-19. Hope you will be inspired to add new menu items for patrons with regular as well as gluten sensitivity. Would love to see a dessert other than ice cream. Even seasonally issued dessert such as apple crisp with gluten free oats. A crustless cheesecake, etc.

We order curbside takeout often and they get our order right every time! I can only imagine what its like to work in covid 19 conditions, so Im always very impressed and super appreciative of the servers who make this happen! We usually order the burgers, pizza, and salads and have always been happy.

It was a beautiful day so our family ate outside. The pizza was tasty and our server was really sweet, she did drop my husbands burger so there was a bit of a wait to get his food. She was a mature woman and was really kind. Overall it was a great experience.

Usually get pizza and wings, very good. The only thing I dont like is that we cant order half a speciality pizza and half something else (even if the something else is just pepperoni). Weve also tried some of the salads and appetizers and everything has been pretty good. They have a few outdoor tables, which is nice when the weather is right.
Happy they have a GF option for us. We had a 10 month old in arms and was never asked if we wanted a child’s seat so I had to go find one myself so we were able to eat. I always wipe tables down well as he eats off the table at this point on a disposable mat we bring. The table was filthy and you’d think with Covid, they would be cleaner than usual.
Food was amazing.... our waitress was the best and we were the last customer for the night and they served us like it was midday 🙌🙌

I love Unos. Their deep dish pizza is so good! They have a really good thin crust pizza, and broccoli cheese soup..their menu has great options too. I like how spacious their booths are for seating. The ambiance is warm, and relaxing. Our server was top notch. The food was piping hot, drinks were refilled fast. I recommend trying it.
Excellent venue for a shower, grad party, memorial or any party. We had a memorial lunch here with 70 people and everything was well set up, service was spectacular, management was very helpful with special requests and communication was top notch. Special thanks to Amanda and Dave for getting everything just the way we requested. I recommend using Unos for your next private party.
This was a horrible experience, because of other reviews people complained about the food being uncooked. So we asked to have our pizza well done, it was a dough ball. After waiting for them to address this issue, which they never did, we decided to leave, we didn’t want to eat a re-heated pizza. Will never return back. We don’t want a free pizza, please don’t offer us one.
Pizza is decent and burgers are average. If youre hungry stop by, if you look for something special look elsewhere. Salt is king here (not flavor) and seems to be main subject to everything.Stopped by and also ordered carry out few times and even thou carryout orders have been placed online and clearly specifies items and additional sides, 80% of the time those additional sides will be missing.
The food was amazing. The waitress was good. Possibly a little annoyed with me because i was impatient about getting my soup. But it was a really good time especially the day before Valentines. Got some mozzarella sticks. Individual pizza and create your own pasta.

If you like this deep dish pizza, its quite obvious that youve never been to Chicago, you really dont know any better. Nobody in Chicago would ever eat a half dough deep dish pizzs. I have family in Chicago, and have had the real deal many times. I was really excited to try this place. I ordered online, I couldnt believe the cheap price of $26 for a large. Once we started eating the pie, I understood why it was only $26. Half of the pie is bread, the bottom crust was as thick as the fillings. No thanks. I will wait until my next trip to Chi-town, they charge more, but they do not give you a 3/4 inch crust underneath 3/4 inch of cheese.This reminds me of the Detroit area commenters that give 5 stars to the Subway/Jersey Mikes/Tubbys Philly Cheesesteak subs. They have never been to Philly, Philadelphians would throw it in the trash.

I had OUTSTANDING service at Unos curbside today!!! Haley not only brought out my delicious piping hot pizzas, but her kindness to me and my dog on a hot summer day will not soon be forgotten. She is a gem and deserves a raise!!!
This was our first time here. Wanted to eat before the baseball game. Good food. Friendly staff. Had the deep dish meat pizza. Was real good. Good experience.
Weve eaten here many times as a family, but recently we ordered a delivery and it was delivered with Doordash. Unfortunately our Dasher stole our food. But Tom the owner was very friendly and offered to make to situation right. It is a shame that local business have to deal with this but Tom at Unos tried to do everything in his power to rectify the situation. We will continue to come to this location and support a local business.

This place has the best deep dish I’ve personally had. I eat here whenever I get a chance, but the other day I thought I’d try a different place for once, just to see if there is a difference or if all deep dish pizza is just that amazing. Turns out there is a HUGE difference. I’m not gonna name the other place because I don’t want to trash talk another restaurant, but after I ate this other place I realized just how amazing uno’s deep dish is. I’ve never had the other pizzas at uno so I can’t say anything else about them, but their deep dish is freaking amazing. Everybody should try it. The crust is so crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, like a nice warm biscuit or pie, and they give you so much cheese and the sauce tastes great too! I love this restaurant it’s the only place I can get a perfect deep dish pizza.
I ordered curbside and the server tipped herself less than I was planning to give. She signed the receipt COVID 19. I am pretty sure that is not legal. The food also was not fresh or good. I will not go back.Update: I spoke to the manager. He said he would look into the situation. I found the receipt that the waitress filled out for herself so I included the picture. I was given a credit which I appreciated. I think they handled this the best they could.

My first time trying this place and they were surprisingly good. I wasnt expecting anything special but their gluten free pizza doesnt even taste like gluten free which is super awesome. Even their uno burger is good and their fries were nice and crisp. Their staff was very welcoming and took great care of my friend and I and made sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly and made conversation with us. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Chicago style pizza. Casual atmosphere. Good service. There is a bar If you like to partake of adult beverages. They have entrees as well. I cannot taste those because I onlyget the pizza because ours that good.
Got the barbecue platter, it was stunning how great it was. Their barbecue sauce is to die for and you get a ton of food!
Our server/bartender was great! The food was good, came out quickly and was yummy. I hate a chocolate banana smoothie too which was good. It was a great experience. The hostess was very sweet and friendly as well and the manager greeted us at the door too. We will definitely be back!
Overall it was pretty decent place that I havent been to in quite some time. I was surprised at how busy it was for a Friday night. Service was pretty on the ball, except for the crusty cheese on the build your own pizza, but other that there were no problems or excessive wait times. The deep dish pizza I had tasted good, but really didnt sit to well with my stomach. Just didnt feel to good after eating there. Might just have been something in the pizza I wasnt aware of.
Good wait staff. Food came quickly. Sweet potato fries very good. Roasted vegetables needed maybe 30-40 more seconds under roaster.

Placed an online order and everything was pretty good. The order was finished within 5 minutes of the estimated time, the hostess or waitress that brought out the food was friendly. The pizza did look like it was a bit on the overdone side but it still tasted great. If it wasnt for the appearance Id give it 5 stars.

Limited menu and Id expect a good Italian beef on the menu but didnt find one. Service was friendly but not very fast for a mid afternoon empty house. Wasnt thrilled with my Cuban sandwich at first due to lack of meat on the sandwich but the waitress fixed that by getting some more for me. I appreciated that.
Amazing service, amazing food, amazing drinks. Great quality for the price, the pizza and crab dip was out of this world! Drinks were large and strong, and under 10 dollars! Cant wait to return!

Food is great. Service is good. But they fell short on the Covid-19 protection. It is at 50% and tries at social distancing, but no hand sanitizer at tables, no paper one use menus. Not that serious on masks that fit for staff. Worth the drive for the pizza, but not until the virus is controlled.

01-02-21 Great service been going here since they have their patio open, do to the shut down. Service was good. Food was OK, Au jus Sauce was “ice cold” fries were Cold. Was so frustrated just got it to bring home asked for a cup of the au jus to go and they only brought a empty cup. Poured what was left from 1/2 sandwich and there wasn’t enough to bring home. Yes, I’ll go back but, hopefully not the same cook.😢 if so won’t be back.Quite disappointed this time!!😢😢
I placed an order for pickup through DoorDash. Upon arrival the app said the order was ready so I went inside. An female employee with extremely short blonde hair promptly found my receipt, left to get my order, AND NEVER RETURNED. After 5-7 minutes I tracked down another female employee with glasses deeper inside the closed off restaurant and asked what was happening with my order, as another person just abandoned me out front. She offered no apology, but left to go find out. I went back to the entry area, where a few minutes later a third female brunette employee appeared from around the corner, and said Your order will be ready in a few minutes. I informed her that the DoorDash app said my order was ready 10 minutes ago, and asked if there was perhaps a problem. She looked straight at me and patronizingly repeated the exact same thing she just said! There is nothing wrong with my hearing. I did not request or desire to hear the same thing twice. So back I went to waiting. Another 5 minutes went by and the original employee brought my order out, and simply handed it to me and started walking away. No thank you for my business, no apology for leaving me and not coming back, not a single word. I told her Youre welcome and left, almost certainly for the last time. Since I am uncertain of where the blame lies with the order not being ready, this review is not concerned with that whatsoever. What it is about is the systemic lack of even the most basic customer service once I stepped inside.
This is one of the only places in the area that serves true Authentic Chicago Style Pizza! Its a bit pricey, @ $21.00 for a med pie! But they are worth the extra bucks if you are looking for some good comfort food Italian Style!
They use to have a better gluten free menu! The salad I had last night was rotten in a few places. (04/17/21) They cant even get a salad right.
Terrible service. We ordered a deep dish pizza and spaghetti from the kids meal. The food came relatively quickly but we finished our entire meal without our waitress coming back to check on things or ask if we needed anything (which we did but didn’t get). Our waitress finally came after our dishes were cleared by the manager. She left the bill and didn’t come back with the machine for 15 minutes. I had to ask the manager who was passing by to bring the machine. In a nutshell- decent food but horrible service.
Great place for a family meal or celebration. Good service and food. Steak does not seem to be their area of expertise. Pastas and pizzas are delicious.
I always have a good experience at Unos and they cater well to my young kids. My son loves the kids pizza and I like that they use a whole wheat crust for it. Great family friendly restaurant that delivers consistency in their food and service!

Good food and the kids love the make your own pizza. We have been here several times and like the diverse menu. Weve had the pizza and different entrees and salad and havent been disappointed ao far. The staff has been friendly each time that we have been here which is a plus.
Great place ! Great food! Great service! We sit at the bar and the managers are awesome he always makes sure we are satisfied with the meal. My favorite waitress/bartender is Brittany! She is always smiling and making us feel like real guests. We go here sometimes 3 x a week , it is definitely one of our regular places. Have never been disappointed! Try the appetizer sampler, a pizza or a burger!
Had take out because of restaurant closures but this was the best pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza was loaded with toppings without asking/paying for extra. One of my new favorite places.
Ordered the veggie burger and it was pretty good. The menu has more than just pizza to offer which is nice but its made clear that they specialize in pizza with choices ranging from make your own to presets. Appetizers are on the expensive side but they seemed pretty good. Nice environment for food and sports watch

I visited last Saturday it was pretty dead but 🤷🏾♂️ Okay, Tips for the owner though 1.Use fresh chicken for salads etc not pre cooked/processed 2. Fresh greens/Don’t toss in vinaigrette leave that for customers 3. Brighten up the place/ redecorate it was pretty bland/ reposition the televisions. I was happy to have the server I did she made it more pleasant but the overall issue I had was price vs quality which Is why so many go 1000 ft away to art & jakes.
First time ever experiencing Uno was during an outdoor arts and crafts event and the food was great. Burger was juicy and my vegetables were perfectly steamed. Reasonable prices and good service will bring us back to dine in with the whole family. Good job guys!
Good pizza, but got our order wrong. Didnt feel like waiting for a new stuffed pizza so just ate it.
The pizza is fantastic, but the service has really gone downhill over the last year. Some of the other Foods just arent as good as they used to be. My father ordered the steak tips and it was almost all fat. I ordered an appetizer and it never ended up coming out yet they still tried to charge me for it. They did end up removing it from the bill.
Steak was ordered well....came medium. Took awhile to get too. Had to leave quickly and asked for a box and a check, did that when food arrived. Did not get the box, had to remind about the check and rush off...sat us near other people qhen plenty of room available in the place to not have to be that close to others. Overall bad experience.

Disappointing visit. Was mid afternoon on Independence Day and business was light so we expected a fairly good experience. After being seated it was a decent amount of time before the waitress took our drink order...and we waited. It was probably 15 minutes after sitting down before we had drinks. We ordered an appetizer and each of us a clam chowder...and waited. We get the appetizer then the main course within 5 minutes and then have to ask about our chowder. Food was good. We had the lobster roll platter. It was decent. My wifes roll was barely toasted while mine wss crispy. Not the end of the world, but worth mentioning. Well try again some day.
Great food. My server hannah was excellent as well.The crust is absolutely amazing. Its deep dish but has a pot pie kinda mouth feel. It taste light but holds up well when topped when all of the ingredients.

THE WAITRESS BROUGHT ME ANOTHER BURGER LESS THAN 5 MINUTES LATER (REMEMBER THIS IS A WELL DONE ORDER) WHEN HANDED THE BURGER I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS AN EXTRA SLICE OF CHEESE ON IT THAT WAS COVERING UP THE MAYO THAT THEY WIPED OFF. WHEN BROUGHT TO MANAGEMENT, HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND REPLIED WHAT? WE BURNED OFF THE MAYO... I WORKED FOOD SERVICE FOR 20 YEARS AND NEVER SEEN SUCH LACK OF CONCERN FOR A CUSTOMER. I am very understanding if a restaurant is busy but that was not the case for my first time at unos. They were slow and the waitress was nowhere to be found. I was excited to try the deep dish. But I was disappointed. They may have invented deep dish but Pizzapapolis perfected it.

First and foremost, the pizza is amazing. The crust is buttery and flaky and oh so good. Secondly, the servers are very friendly and do a great job of tending to their customers. My fiancee and I recently had Ted as our server and he was great! Great location too, right next to a movie theater. Pizza and a movie!
Good food, but they didnt seem to care about their customers. I was passed by several employees without even a hello. Waited for carryout while person was on the phone without even Ill be right with you. Businesses are to focused on the metric of hours to understand that more hours and better pay translate into a better customer experience and ultimately more $$$$.
More than a pizza place... Full menu. Lots of options. Must try Smashed Cauliflower! Generous portions. Desserts easily can be for two. Nice atmosphere for friends, family to watch the game etc. Never had bad meal here.
It was our first time there and our waitress was so sweet. The manager made it a point to come over to our table and thank us for coming in and asked us how our visit was. The pizza was delicious! Exceptional service, well definitely be back! :)
Great food but poor service and unorganized the night of my rehearsal dinner. I had just spoken with the manager the night before and told her again that I had a party of 50 people and to please make sure we were in a area where we could all sit together. When we got there we were by the bar and by the time my (now husband) and I came in, there was no room for us to sit and some of my guests got up to leave. The buffet that was set up for us was so small and tucked in a corner where no one could get to it. I was so angry and upset that I went up to the manager and asked him go please fix it asap which he did what he could as soon as possible but we ended up eating very late. There was one nice waiter who tried to be nice and give us a couple free drinks so it all worked out in the end but poor set up and alot of confusion and unorganization.
Everytime I come here I have a great meal and a great time. The prickly pair margarita is one of my favorites. Last time I came here the waitress accidentally brought the wrong pizza which had one ingredient more than it was supposed to but we liked it anyways. The girl apologized and a few minutes later the manager walked over with the correct pizza even though we had said we were fine and would eat the one we had. The new pizza was boxed for us so we ate the other stuff and then we had a whole pizza to take home with us.
I eat out alot, and this was some of the best service Ive received. The waiter Wyatt took our order and made sure that everything was correct. Than he out our order in. 15 minutes later when our food could have or should have come out, the manager, Doug, came over and said the cooks had added a item they shouldnt have. Long story short, the manager replaced the pizza, gave us the messed up Pizza instead of just tossing and wasting food. Gave us a free salad and free dessert. They were more concerned with our satisfaction than being concerned about their franchise making money. That doesnt happen much. So Id like to say thank you so much Wyatt and Doug. We appreciate you making our experience what it was. :) we will be back. We liked it before this, but now we are definitely loyal customers.
Food was great, service was good. Seemed very well managed. Managment was greeting at the door which was nice. Problem I had was when I asked my server what the happy hour specials were (I thought it was happy hour) he told me half off drinks and appetizers so I ordered accordingly. What he didnt tell me is that is wasnt happy hour. I was very disappointed when I got my bill and I asked him why it was full price and he said because its not happy hour. Oh great thanks for telling me guy... might go back during happy hour, might not. Also when he boxed up my food for me he took it away from the table which was weird and made me skeptical..
There was an Uno close to my place in Kansas City. Went there all the time after work on the Plaza. Going here always reminds me of those times. This location is a bit more quiet, but still good food and drink specials.
Nice to see all the hand sanitizers and staff with masks on. Our lunch service was prompt and the food was excellent! I recommend the Number Uno and artichoke dip.
Always great food and service at this location, even when busy. I normally get any of their deep dish pizzas because theyre all good! I also recommend the deep dish sundae if youre able to save room for dessert.
We went to Unos for a christmas family party! The food was pretty good, but the service wasnt the greatest. The waitress was nice, but it took her forever to come back with the drinks! I was sitting near the end of the table with 5 other people, and the empty plates, and glasses were left to pile up! Just as we were getting up, the waitress rushed over to get the plates out of our way 😥REALLY a little late
By far one of my favorite restaurants! Been coming here for years and the hostesses and wait staff has always been friendly, helpful and if theres ever anything I issue a manager will do all they can to straighten it out and make your experience enjoyable! Will definitely be back soon!
Meat Market Deep Dish Pizza and Cheesesticks are not bad, but still like Lou Maltnais in Chicago better on pizza. Brownie Sundae is so so. Our waitress was great. Got us water before we went out and attentive.
Delicious deep dish - the crust was crispy, not soggy! Yum. We also ordered salads and a thin crust pizza. Family played Uno card game while we waited for dinner. Friendly atmosphere.
The Veggie Extravaganza was awesome!! We were there Easter Sunday. The restaurant was not crowded, yet we had to wait a bit too long to be served, Id understand if it were busy that day. Otherwise awesome food!
Gluten free items are not gluten free. If you have gluten problems do not eat here. False advertising staff was advised of gluten problems if eaten and my wife had a reaction after a couple of bites of food from the gluten free menu. Most likely cross contamination. Buyer beware. We will never go back.
Really good wings and BBQ sauce, clam chowder not salty, lobster sandwich very good with lots of lobster. Very disappointed in pizza, very small, over cooked and all around one of the worst. Hopefully was a big mistake on their part since its not eatable, my mistake for ordering to go and not looking at quality before we left.
Their GF thin crust pizza is awesome. Ssooo good. Its the closest to regular pizza I have tasted since going Gluten free. Their gluten free menu has great choices. Chicken stuffed with spinach and broccoli is delicious. Curbside Service is always great and friendly. Never ate inside dining area though.
Our waitress handled our party of 12 like a pro. Didnt write anything down and got it right 100%. The pizza here is the best around. Try the potato pizza appetizer but be prepared to share with at least 4 people.. Very filling but delicious!

Probably one of the worse pizza places I ever had . The dough made my girlfriends stomach hurt cuz it’s more of like pie crust instead of like regular dough . The burger was soggy. The best thing I can say about the place was the customer service was fine and the strawberry and raspberry lemonade besides that it wasn’t that good at all . I won’t be going back ever

Fantastic food along with good service and good price. We went on rib night (half rack for discounted price with drink purchase) and both had the ribs and enjoyed them very well. They have just started having a restaurant industry discount all day on Wednesdays with proof of emplyment.
We drive all the way from Waterford for this pizza. The best deep dish Ive ever had, and the best crust that almost tastes like a good pastry crust. It even microwaves well (2 minutes at 50% power for me).Definitely recommend for the pizza and friendly service!
Got carryout during the week early in the evening so they wouldnt be too busy, which they werent. Our deep dish was a little under cooked and our thin crust bbq was half burnt and half under. The bbq sauce tasted like the junk thats in bbq hotpockets. Very gross. Would hate to see what this place serves when theyre busy. Not recommended.

Stopped in Saturday night with the family. Waiter was rude and slow. Finally got our food and it was cold. Wife sent hers back, and they microwaved it.we usually order pizza and have no issues, but did ribeyes this time. Manager seemed to be harassing and in the way of wait staff instead of asking patrons how everything was.horrible experience this time. Not sure I will return.
Was a wonderful time. Been multiple times but this last visit I had a great server (ted). But the owner was there and felt that service was to slow and comped me my bread. Honestly 10 minutes after we ordered it. Well ran company. Thanks again
Ordered a large thin crust pizza with a couple toppings. Pizza took about 30 minutes to come out what surprised me the most was it was more like a had tossedd pizza rather than a thin crust pizza so keep that in mind. Overall The Taste was okay but not what we were expecting the wife didnt like it she said it wasnt that good but then again we were expecting a thin crust.
Uno is the best! Love their deep dish pizza. For a chain restaurant, this is yummy pizza. One small is more than enough for two people...probably even three. And the price is right! They also have amazing promos...we picked up..so we got buy 1 get 1 free. I couldnt believe it. The staff were so friendly too. Conveniently located near a Walmart. I recommend this place...wish there were more uno locations.

The berry and goat cheese salad is delicious! Pizza is good. Not as good as Detroit deep dish, but okay for Chicago style. 😉 The lunch specials are a decent deal.

This pizzeria and grill had great service. It also had amazing food, my only complaint is the people around my table where loud and obnoxious. This was not the restaurants fault though. This is why I gave it 5 stars. 🍓
Bartender kept disappearing for long times... when he dropped off the menus, the first round of drinks, and when dropping off the check, he leaves completely. The food was good, which was probably what got them three stars anyway.
I had the Chicago style pizza split between me and two friends. It tasted good and was put together well. The tomato sauce ontop and melted cheese paired good with a thick crust. The waiter was friendly and we were in and out in less than fourty give minutes.
OMG the pizza was so good. We order the thin crust Supreme and it was delicious. I only gave it 4 stores because we order carryout because and they were late. It was supposed to be ready in 20 mins but it was more like 30 mins. Also the salad was just okay. It tasted bland.
Food was ok. Wasnt overly impressed. Our server was great- very attentive and pleasant. The kids got build your own sundaes which definitely a hit.
Food is decent and the staff was pretty good. Our waiter mixed up some drink orders but had them fixed as soon as we said something. Service is a little slow since when I was there, there werent too many people and had to wait longer than should have for food.
Wait staff and management were friendly, efficient, and attentive dealing with our eclectic group on St Patricks day. Additionally, I enjoyed their moist, tasty salmon and their yummy sweet potato fries. I would definitely recommend Unos to family and friends.

We had a surprise 90th birthday party for my dad on 3/19/16 with approximately 50+ people. It was very well managed by the staff at Unos, the food was delicious and everything went beautifully. I highly recommend this establishment for your gathering, or for a great dining experience!
We waited 20 minutes after being sat for drinks, another 35 for food, and then just took it to go and when we went to cash out they were unable to cash us out… very poor service and experience

They have done better. Service was very slow and then the one steak that was ordered medium was very well. The second steak was rare and still took a while. Slow service for the number of staff standing around because they were not busy at all.

Wonderful family style restaurant with a great menu selection. Happy hour every day from 3 to 6 and 8 to close. Lots of daily selections that change up your dining choices. And their food is always great.
My friend and I have been going here for years. It will be a long time before I go back.there at 430 on thur no one else in bar area. I waited almost 8 min for someone to take drink order went in main dining area to find hostess she sent wait to tell us bartender in bath (15 min just to get glass of water) salad we order all the time now is chopped and drenched in dressing. Asked for side plate for salad as we were sharing was brought a steaming HOT plate which I could not use. Waited forever for Bill finallywent to bar to get it from bartender he was busy yukking it up with some girls (no problem if we didnt have poor drink service soggy salad and overall bad experience). Apparently management doesnt care about customer loyalty.
We placed a big order. They forgot items and the deep dish tasted like it was pie crust instead of pizza crust and was caked in a ton of oil at the bottom of the pizza. Too much money for mediocre food which seems to be what people love here. Low quality, mediocre everything!
Waitress kept flirting with my husband in front of both myself and our young daughter, despite my husband ignoring her. Food was good just wish the staff had more self-respect.
Use to order carry out all the time from here but with every order they kept screwing up. Tonight I ordered, had the guy who took my order repeat exactly what I wanted and still my order was wrong. Me and my husband hate the chunky sauce and always asked for kids sauce which is smooth and they could never get it right. Not to mention my food was warm as if it was just sitting there yet I had to wait 10 more minutes after calling 30 minutes ago. The toppings keep getting bigger which is undesirable to eat. Im done with unos, I think Ill just keep remembering how they mess up every time.
First off, I give it 4 stars because of the drink I had. The food was fantastic, excellent deep-dish Chicago-style pizza. Also had the spinach artichoke dip in the pizza dough bowl. The bowl was as good as the dip if not better. Love the crust on the pizza and the pizza bowl. Kind of flaky almost reminiscent of a pot pie crust. Now as far as the drink goes, my wife had a long island which was quite good but my mojito was overly sweet. The only place I found so far they can make a great mojito is the Cheesecake Factory. No one else can touch it. I would definitely go back here again. They have half off take-out pizzas on Tuesdays.
I gotta say, I was a bit underwhelmed. I used to live near an Unos 20 years ago and liked it at that time. The pizza was undercooked, the dough was gross, the sausage tasted funky. I dont know if my tastes have just matured or if I caught them on a bad day.
I always enjoy coming here. The food and service are always very good. Oddly enough, I have gotten burgers here way more often than pizza even though its a pizza place. Their burgers are delicious.
Burger came out almost raw after we ordered both medium well, not a big deal, we sent them back and they sent out the same burgers, that we cut it half with the bacon and cheese still on it and those were all crispy and overdone. Looked at us like we were crazy when we asked for NEW burgers.
The pizza was very tasty, service was quick and friendly. Would have recieved full stars, the kitchen staff is inappropriately loud. They can be heard joking, swearing and shouting orders from any seat in the restaurant. The prices were fair for the quality of food, workstaff needs to act appropriate.

Let me just start by saying that I have been to this Pizza place quite a few times and my last experience if I could give them zero stars I would. The only times I have been here service was great pizza was OK but the last time I came service was very nonchalant and the pizza was horrible but I guess thats my fault you shouldnt get a thin crust pizza at a place that is known for deep dish pizza. Then again you shouldnt have it on the menu if it will be crappy. When I pick my pizza it was cold like it had been sitting out for quite a while and when I called and spoke with management she decided that she would debate me and tell me I could come in for another pizza why would I want to come in for another nasty pizza instead of having my money back in my pocket and I can just go right over to buddys pizza. Then I spoke with the owner and he was even worse then the manager I spoke with he was extremely nonchalant like he could care less that his business. Serves cold food. I will take my business right back to buddies pizza like I have been doing. Sorry unos you just lost a customer

We went to Unos using a $10 off of a $25 purchase coupon from their email Club. I received it for my birthday. I want to compliment Unos on how hot their food is served and the quality of their service. At their price point the service is outstanding. Very clean friendly staff great food. We really enjoyed our evening out.

The deep dish pizza here is incredible. Super nice flaky crust, and a great selection of toppings and combinations. Thin crust and other items Ive had are also superb.
One of my favorite places because of the unique choices on the menu. Any problems with your meal and they will correct it with no issues and a good attitude. (my wife is gluten free and they can fill her requirements)

Well well well. ill get straight to the point....we ordered the buy 1 get 1 for $5.00...ordered, was ready quick which is nice...got our pizza, smelled great..got home..and opened it...not good... flavor was way off from a traditional hearty Chicago pizza...and...my girlfriend found a piece of black plastic in her pizza..i examined because i know she freaks out about stuff...but it was LEGIT! this is an honest review and i like giving places tries, but ill stick with jets thank you very much.

2022-06-20My husband and I were craving for a chicago style pizza and tried searching where we can get it, 2 other place we saw was closed and we decided to order here instead. We ordered the Chicago Meat Market Deep Dish.... OMG!! This was for us the best pizza we had! The crust was so different from other pizza that tends to become rubbery and tough after 30mins., this one is really way different from ordinary pizza crust and it was so flavorful. When the staff hand it to me in the curbside I immediately noticed how heavy it was not just a full of air dough-y kind of pizza. Definitely a highly recommended to try!!!😋😋😋

2022-02-26I went to Unos yesterday (Feb 25th) with my friend. It was our first time going ever since he found out about the place and told me about it. We were seated almost immediately upon arriving. Our waiter was Dayna and she very kind and made sure we were taken care of with the utmost care. We ordered the create your own deep dish and had sausage, ham, and bacon! The toppings were flavorful, plentiful and filling. The cheese had a very nice pull to it as well. The sauce was a little different, it was a chunky tomato sauce, however it still complimented the pizza very well. THE CRUST WAS RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!!!!! When it comes to deep dish pie type pizza, easily Unos has the BEST tasting crust that Ive had to date. It was very fluffy and buttery rich that just eating the crust alone was its own experience. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a nice gourmet deep-dish pizza!!! 5 stars free no question. This is how you do a deep-dish pizza and its crust!!!Yours trulyDevilChipp

2021-12-29The staff is friendly but what the heck is going on in the kitchen. Not making the right orders and slow service on food turnaround from the kitchen. If you dont feel like spending half of your day waiting for the cooks to make the right order I suggest going somewhere else. This is a consistent delay everything Im here to pick food up the order is wrong or delayed. Must be nice not to do your one job correctly. They definitely need better management to get better food staff. Instead the problem continues. Goodluck uno

2022-05-01Waitress was new, but she was fine. She was very attentive. My lady ordered the 10 Oz. Sirloin well done, it came still bleeding! So my lady, of course wasnt happy and asked them to remake the whole plate, because the blood was running all over everything. By the time it came, she was like just box it up for me. Appetite was just about gone. My steak was alright to say the least, but it had no flavor! I asked to see the manager about the undone steak and he gave us a $10 discount. I dont think that was adequate, considering my lady didnt get her food until I was almost done. We didnt get to enjoy our meal together, and they were closing. I didnt put up a fuss, because she was already visibly irritated. So the experience here wasnt all that good except for the Margarita she had and the waitress being attentive.

But the workers are kind, respectful, and gentle. And overall my experience there with the lovely workers was great. Hopefully yours is too :-P

2022-04-17Loved our pizza. We ordered a meat lovers kind of pizza. It was really large. It seemed to be like 18 small square cut pieces. Cooked really well through too. Great flavor & taste. Might go with a deep dish next time around. We loved e our experience so there will be another time around.

2022-02-20First time here. Will NOT be the last. Came in after trying a different restaurant that was far too busy. Walked in and was seated immediately. Makayla out server was extremely pleasant. My wife created her own pasta and had a ton of flavor. The plate was presented very nice. I ordered the shrimp scampi and that was delicious. Our pizza skins were accidentally not put in and they even put them in for us to take them home, even though it wasnt necessary.

2022-06-18We visited three times so far. Once for dinner and twice for lunch. Atmosphere was very pleasant and staff nice and efficient. We tried appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and salads. It was really good. Caesar salad is one of the best ever. We love big tasty Parmesan cheese pieces in it. Deep dish pizza was terrible though. The bottom of the crust was soggy. Next time we’ll have to try thin original crust pizza. There are plenty of good choices on the menu though besides pizza.
