Ordered something online, their driver chose not to leave the package at my door like I paid for and left a note for me me to come pickup my product at one of their lockers. These lazy drivers are the bane of this company and I prefer other services as they perform better every time. I have seen my local drive throw half eaten food out of his truck multiple times while in my apartment complex,drive fast enough they almost hit people in our parking lot ,and they have tossed expense items up a flight of stairs rather than walk up it.Dont just take my word on this Amazon has invested Millions into bringing their own shipping services to areas like this with unreliable delivery services. Good luck keeping your jobs vs their competence.7/15/2020 Driver without mask trying to insist on an in person hand off delivery.11/10/2020 Driver threw my package up a flight of stairs, inside the package was an xbox series x from Amazon.11/27/2020 Maskless driver wants to deliver a package in person during an uptick in a pandemic, told him to leave the package at the door thorough the door.4/15/2022 item I ordered was supposed to be delivered by UPS , item never made it to my house instead taking it to a UPS access location. I paid for a home delivery not this. I will continue to use UPS less and less prior to 2019 I used UPS for an average of 75 deliveries a year now by 2022 its down to less than 10 and I am looking for more ways to not use this idiotic company.
Very mixed feelings on one hand I can never log into my account from the same browsers twice on the other, UPS tracked down a package that was allegedly delivered but ended up being unopened and probably still on the truck. So I give 5 stars for service and quality. I give 2 stars for website and digital interface... Awful.
I discovered I saved money on a shipment by going directly To UPS center that yhd the Post office. The clerks came and took large package in. Very kind and nice. Helped me with placing order on computer. Wow, I enjoyed UPS and plan to fo my shipping there for now on. Thanks UPS Recommend for shipping packages.
My package arrived at the facility on the 17th. Went there three times, couldn’t find my package with their machine. Called UPS when we were at the machine, first time they said they haven’t update information we should comeback later. The second time still haven’t updated, third time which was four days later, 21th, UPS phone said it’s here at the facility, but the facility still couldn’t find my package. And on the website they said they can only hold my package for 5 days. I showed my concern to the person on the phone but she said the only thing they could do was to send me a link and let me file an investigation. Hope this investigation does will. But never choose this location for picking up your package.It was suppose to be a Christmas gift.
These guys are pretty good. Been using them through the covid pandemic and even before that for a few years. They are very helpful for helping track down packages, getting free boxes(sometimes) and making sure everything goes smooth for me. Its a little weird too that even some of the guys know me personally, but very nice that they took some time just to know me.The only thing that bothers me is that some of the staff has limited knowledge, and even the good ones have limited information from the computers. So it make tracking boxes difficult sometimes, but thats rare.
Had an issue and the representatives of this location would not help me to resolve it. Was told to write my my number down so the supervisor would call. Never recieved the call, nor saw the supervisor in person. Was able to resolve the matter beyond this corporate location. Highly dissapointed by the handling of the matter at this location.
If I could give this zero stars I would! They make it impossible to get your package. I am currently working everyday they are open and I cant go pick it up myself. I cant call the store to speak to someone, I call the service line and they arent helpful. I cant add someone to pick up for me. I did ORIGINALLY have it set for delivery and they apparently couldnt find me but then two days later I get a different package from them sent from my work. So OBVIOUSLY you can find me. I am so, so, disappointing with this company in general. The stores themselves I have no comment on as I have not picked up my package yet so I have had no interaction with other than them calling me ONE TIME to schedule a pick up date and leaving me an invalid call back number. If you can avoid using UPS, DO IT.
I would have selected zero stars if given the option. Tried to ship a package at the Enterprise location in Lansing, and the four customers inside were yellled at by an employee to be six feet apart before he would assist us. However, there are no markings to indicate six feet and we were all reasonably distanced without a tape measurement. Additionally, we had been waiting at least 15 mins before he appeared at the counter. If an employee was taking the orders, we would not have been waiting. I decided to leave. This location has entirely too much going on. They need to decide on either shipping or orders because its clear they are not capable of both.
I called three times to make sure they held my package. Each time they said they’d leave notes. They also told me that it would be put out for redelivery on Monday. When I called on Monday, after it wasn’t delivered, they told me I could pick it up the next day or it would be redelivered on Wednesday. I went to pick it up Tuesday morning and they had sent my package back to sender. THE SAME DAY I CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO HOLD IT. Also after talking to them three times to hold my package. They did absolutely nothing to help me.
Guy at the front with the big glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. He had his mask pulled down below his chin the entire time. He gave me a hard time about picking up a package that they admitted didn’t get delivered because the driver just didn’t feel like it. Terrible customer service.
I have never had a bad experience at this UPS center. The staff has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my shipping needs. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism. They do not nickel and dime you. It is very straight forward, and if they have a free box or envelooe, they will give it to you without having to ask. Thank you UPS for set the standard so high.
On May 8, 2020 I dropped off a package at the drop box located at 30 S Howell St., Hillsdale, MI 94242, around 2:00 pm EST.As of today, May 14, 2020, the contents of the box have not been picked up resulting in it overflowing with packages including Red (overnight), Blue (two-day) along with multiple standard packages.This is totally unacceptable. If the drivers arent competent enough to do the job they were hired for, then it is time to hire competent people.
I went to the UPS store to send out a package and I didnt know how to use their computers to make a address label for my package. So a very nice lady that worked there helped me out. She had to enter some code on the computer so I could type in the address label for my package. Im very happy with their service.
One minute my tracking number says delivered by end of day 2/20 then the next it says 2/21. It’s at the local hub and I try calling ups support and they were very rude and unhelpful. I only asked to why the delivery changed and since it was at the local hub if I could just go pick up my package? I was meant with one very rude customer service agent and then when he hung up on me and I called back I got some very unhelpful agent. I’m not impressed with the way ups handled this situation. They gave me the run around for 45 mins. To the point were I wrote this review while on the phone with the unhelpful agent. I’m over paying xx amount to ship a package then having this kind of service. I’d except this type of service from Comcast or usps, not ups. Guess from now on I’ll be using fedex. I love that the agent keeps saying I can’t find the information you’re asking me about. This is complete BS.
The woman that waited on me was great I just was upset that policy has changed. As of September just the UPS Customer Service Centers dont take cash. The UPS Stores do, but the Service Centers dont. WTF. Are they too lazy to go get change every day or is it an issue with not wanting to take the bank bag you the bank at night. Well other businesses do it and it is a crock. I shouldnt have to use a credit card to send a package that I didnt want to have to send in the first place. Next thing you know there will be a chip in our hands and that will be how we pay for things.
Not happy with UPS AT ALL!!! Verizon shipped my replacement phone and guaranteed it would be delivered to me the next day. It has been a full week since Verizon shipped the phone and I still have not received it!! It has been in Lansing sitting in the warehouse for 6 days and still hasn’t been put on a truck to be delivered!!!! I’m supposed to return the old phone within 15 days or I get charged for it. I will NEVER use UPS to deliver anything for me. It would get to its destination faster if I drove it myself!
I told you that you would pay for not correcting the cost of shipping my package. Because you wouldnt make right on overcharging me $361.00 on a single package, you have lost over $3000.00 of my business since that time a couple of months ago. I will continue to ship packages through your competitors. Not correcting the wrong of a 20 year account customer will cost UPS many thousands of dollars per year.
My package was being shipped to be held for pickup at this location. After calling UPS to have my package rerouted in transit to my hotel that was less than 5 miles away they said it wouldnt arrive til Monday which wouldve been too late, but on Friday morning Doug from this location called to inform me my packages had arrived and offered to reroute them manually so Id receive them that day. He really went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it! UPS got brownie points that day.
This pkace is a joke. Driver wont deliver because he knows we have dogs. Dont even pull in the driveway. Call customer serviceand they are so nice and say yes cime to Lansing and pick it up. Drive to Lansing and no one sent it up so she dont know what im talking about. Waste of time. Send the sgit back.....idc
Highly recommend not using this facility ive had more than one issue and nobody seems to want to resolve them.Im very unhappy with my experience with UPS in general i will not be returning if i cant buy a product that doesnt use them as a shipper i will not be buying said product
If you live in the Lansing area, this is likely where the packages you are expecting end up before they are sent to the truck that shows up at your home/business. So if you want to pick up your package because you wont be home, this is the place to have your package held for pickup, because it will be here sooner than at a UPS Store for example. During my visit to pick up a laptop I had ordered, I found it very easy to park, run in, and have a very friendly worker grab my package for me.

2022-01-26The staff are always amazing and so welcoming. I went today to drop off a package to ship to my brother in law up north, it was so wonderful, the gentleman that greeted me took the package to get it taped up and get it ready while I am getting the label printed off. He went out of his way to help. I love UPS! Excellent service every time I go there. Thanks so much for all the men and women that work in the Lansing location on enterprise Rd.I went back to mail two Amazon returns and I had the pleasure to have Brent to help me again. He is absolutely awesome! Again he we went out of his to help with the two packages. He is definitely a pleasure to work with. I am so grateful for him. Absolutely the best!

2022-03-263-26-2022- I asked delivery guy to push the boxes from boxed in my apartment and I said it about 3 times, my doctors have given me strict restrictions on how much I can lift, he was extremely rude and unprofessional and unhelpful and uncaring. I’m having severe pains, because of that driver. Your other drivers are very helpful and caring and extremely professional. Please do something about this driver. I’m a senior citizen and that can cause me die, when I’m forced to lift more then what I’m suppose to be doing. I’m still in severe pain. Otherwise UPS does an outstanding job. He blocked me in, if there would have been a fire, I would have been trapped. This driver needs to be fired or made to help when asked!” I had 5 extremely heavy boxes.

2022-06-09This operation has made it virtually impossible to report poor customer service. A great example is this offices failure to list a phone number. Save your customers grief: choose USPS, Federal Express, or virtually any other service for your mailing needs.

2022-06-07In the past few months I have had multiple packages mailed to me from outside of the state enter this facility to never be seen again. Do NOT send or expect to receive your packages using UPS if you live in Michigan. They are clearly incompetent and only capable of handling Amazon returns. Pathetic.

2022-02-06When I entered there was no one in the lobby. After about 2 minutes of staving there I went to look in the back and someone came up.Once the person came out, they were very helpful and took care of me promptly.

2022-02-25Could you please teach your drivers to pound on the door so the customer can hear? I am tired of missing packages because they are tapping on the screen door with their fingernail because theyre too busy or nervous to pound on the door.

2022-04-27Walked a couple miles with my AT&T device to return it, and was unceremoniously told that yes they could perhaps send it, but Id need a label, which they couldnt provide and was available only at other various locations here in Lansing, which subsequently necessitated that I take two buses out and back home, walking a few more miles along the interim, turning a relatively short venture into a few hour ordeal on a cold and windy day. Very inconvenient, especially given the name, Customer Center.

2022-03-25Went to the CUSTOMER service center for CUSTOMER service being a CUSTOMER and was told “it was my job.”I had a couple packages to ship and had the shipping labels but no tape so I decided to go to the center and buy some tape and fix up the package to ship myself. The person that “took care of it” rudely took the packages, then told me I was wrong how I wanted to ship it, took the label that I didn’t yet separate and cuts it and tells me it was my job to come with this stuff taken care of - when I came there to get help and was going to do it myself anyways!!!! I just needed tape. Rude!
