Comment: I stayed at Urbanests for two months and it was a great stay. Perfect location half way between the financial district and Mission District. The building is spacious and the crew is very helpful - particular thanks to Ben who is always ready to help and give advice. Every room has a fridge with a refrigerator which makes cooking at home extremely easy. I also didnt experience any problems with my neighbors or any other issues. Its a great value per price overall. Ill come over again in the future.

Comment: Not everything is perfect, but I was able to experience things that can only be experienced here. Since you will be meeting people all the time, residents will respect each other and build good relationships.

Comment: Best place to live for new students, no dishes no issue they have in it and you can use it and clean it. The location is so perfect as all the transportations service are really near to the 1080. So it’s perfect. ❤️😍 i got much memories with all my friends here. 😍😍🥰

Comment: We lived there for a almost two months during our stay at San Francisco.Even though they have great infrastructure and one of the best prices of the region, the main difference was the people.We met some great people and were able to have great sharing experiences during that time. Ben was always there for us and we had a great time.Definitely recommend.Cheers Ben!

Comment: Really great and unique apartment experience. On-site management is reliable and ready to help solve any issue. Diverse residents take great care of shared spaces and everyone comes together once in a while for a potluck with cuisine from all over the world. The manager is often the best cook, tough to beat!SOMA is a great neighborhood with several convenient nearby restaurants and grocery stores.All around great renting experience, highly recommend 1080 Folsom Residences to both Newcomers to the Bay Area and long-time residents.

Comment: Nothing great so far. Nothing even basic. I had initially inquired about a room rental for a single person. The leasing agent Manpreet says Sure, we have that room! Sign some things online. Before I sign it, she says Oh, that room isnt available.Bait and switch?So she offers another (more expensive) room. I say ok, then she says Oh, that room isnt available either.Bait and switch?She offers me another (MORE EXPENSIVE) room, claiming Oh, I cant offer you a room we dont have.Moving past that. I scheduled a tour of the room id be staying in (reluctantly signing a lease). She emails the resident manager, Ben. So I FLY TO SAN FRANCISCO TO SEE THE ROOM. And guess who isnt there? Manpreet OR BEN.So rather than checking out the building, no one was around for the SCHEDULED TOUR. They claimed they were busy. Busy? Too busy for a new tenant is what I feel like.Look, if this is any indicator to this company and these individuals, I wont be renewing a lease.Ive been trying to get in contact with the resident manager for weeks now.

Comment: Living at 1080 Folsom was such a great experience because I needed a place fast and it needed to be affordable. I didn’t have to bring anything except for my personal items because there was already a bed, and small drawers. I met some cool people in the building and made friends. It’s a nice way to meet others when you’re downstairs cooking or hanging out in the living room. There’s free WiFi and free printing. They provide paper towels, toilet paper and other cleaning supplies that’s fully accessible 24/7. Living here is a good option if you need something cheap and convenient.

Comment: Good cheap place to stay with common room and friendly residents, but pls get a garbage disposal for the kitchen sink! And preferably install before September 1!
