I have been wrenching on my friends and famils junk cars in Detroit for almost 40 years. So i have no idea why i just found this place. I thought Ive been to every part store within 10 miles of my shop. Ive been here four times now They have really knowledgeable friendly service and part I got was cheap enough to where it did make sense for me to go to parts galore and spend the time pulling them to save a couple dollars. Im not sure if theyre like that on everything but I dont think Im going to compare prices anymore im just going to go here get what I need and be done with it.You should really check this place out Im glad I did.

Came down to buy parts and counter guy was not friendly, he wouldn’t work with us on prices either. Bought a part that had scratches and small dent in it and he only discounted 10.00...much rather deal with other yardsLike Acme, Schram, or Highway!!!!Don’t spend your money here, unless you have to.You can get better deals at other yards down here!!!
Slowest service even when no one is inside parts never ready
Like most salvage yards- they make money hand over fist but, you normally will have to take a big arse risk when buying or taking this route. Youd think by now most of these places wouldve bought the proper test equipment or at least hired me to build it for them. Buyers beware.
*AVOID*They give you the wrong part and then wont honor your return within 36 hours and claim that part isnt from us .... when it still has writing on it and everything. Other reviewers must be friends and family.This isnt my first terrible run-in with them (there were two others; one that they made sort of right) but I was in a pinch, based on part availability and proximity.
I needed a hatch window after surviving a roll over. Paul was/is very helpful and professional. Thanks to their great team I hv my new window 24hrs later after ordering and paying for it. Yayyyy!!!

I was wondering if anybody knows if US AUTO SUPPPLY sells whole cars? I got my car impounded a couple months ago, never had enough money to get it out, it was sold to them. Its hit pretty good in the front. I still have the title and keys and plates. I was just curious if they would sell me back my truck. year 2000

Prices a little high. Said they had part on shelf but didnt, Wanted me to wait an hour n half to pull... I declined ,had to pick kid up from school.Other than the dry run high prices and a little attitude all was well got part. 🙄

Found online called to ensure they had part available. Reassured they did. Told hold till tomorrow morning. Got there and both parts unusable! Why did they list unusable parts?
Their physical inventory did not match their virtual inventory causing me to waste gas on a trip there. The cashier said, The computer is showing that we have it, but we dont have it.
Customer paid for transmission.. They said it. Would be ready the next day.. And it was.. Put it in the customers trailblazer and test drive it...shifts like room temperature butter all gears.... Thank god...
First time using US Auto Supply. Everything was great, but I was disrespected by Paul at the parts desk. I’m sure I won’t be coming here again.
The only yard I was able to find a driveshaft every other yard they were all bent from the loader moving the vehicles great service and not a bad price either

2022-03-09I purchased our first part from them about two months ago a transmission for a 2012 Caravan. I have now purchased two more engines and a transmission. I have been dealing with Amari and Paul when Amari is out. The communication is outstanding and the service top notch. I am very pleased with how they have treated me and my business. I plan on purchasing many more parts in the future from them. The prices are more than fair and the warranty above the standard 30 days that many yards give. Give them a call. I recommend them highly. BTW, my dealership is in Tn. They ship parts if you need shipping.

2019-07-09Knowledge and reputable auto supply location. Paul is the guy!! I was told my car had an electrical problem and was given a pricey quote to repair, then I went here for a second opinion. I was recommended by Paul to try replacing a window switch and wallah, my window worked perfectly. The parts are reasonably priced and the customer service is awesome, they have you in and out.

2022-04-01Very rude and disrespectful came in 5 mins late through the wrong door because it’s my first time lady at the front desk was completely and blatantly rude if your having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers they are the reason you are in business I blame management who didn’t train their employees to respect customers

2020-02-14I was so pleased about the customer service I received. There was barely a wait for our part. But here is the good part when we were at the register we were short on money I didnt add the core charge. Being that I came 85 miles I was devastated. The salesman didnt know l came from so far away and he lowered the price 2 times to help me with the price. He was awesome. I recommend them while heatedly.

2019-09-20Good price! They are friendly. But I noticed one thing... When I saw someone put the strap with forklift on hi-lo to lift the transmission. Thats scared me because it could be fall!. They need upgrade the straps to hold better and safety for everyone.
