Comment: My girlfriend has had a storage space for over four years and they loved her because she would forget to pay that bill at least twice a year. Then she would get charged late fee,s Then she would not pay for next month and before you know it? She owed a $1,000.00 bucks. But she always paid. Then, last month she called to let them know she would be in tomorrow to settle up. How much? $1000.00 bucks! Okay she told them she would be in tomorrow. The next day she calls in to make sure someone will be in the office and the worker tells her no need to come in your storage unit was sold at auction last weekend.Come to find out. They work with a company that buys storages in lots. As in, they buy 10 units at a time. Then they go threw them over the month period. So fortunately they had not got to hers yet and she was able to buy hers back for the $1,000.00 bucks. So I cant say anything bad about them. They made good ! When it was both parties fault. But to me, in my opinion. From a book I read called: How not to become a millionaire! Chapter 1, Storages... 87% of Americans have storages and essentially your walking over to the trash can and throwing that money in the trash.. The rule is! If you havent used it in six months ? Guess what? Your never going to! At some point, the value of the property in the storage becomes severely less then the amount that you have paid into the storage. This cross over point is the point of retardation. Truth ! But nobody hears me though? Reality... Happy storage days..In Conclusion,I had to edit my review and give a five star review after discussing the situation with my fiancee and getting a response from management. It appears management had taken appropriate action to resolve the matter in returning all of the storage contents. It was never opened or auctioned.This tells me this is nothing short of professional management.You have my approval to proceed with doing business with this companyRespectfully SubmittedLouis A Archuleta

Comment: My experience with the front ofc staff on Atlantic near Artesia in North Long Bch was incredibly awesome. Tiffany knows her stuff and always appears to look out for the best deal she could offer me. This was my 2nd time doing business with the front ofc and let me tell you Tiffany and Liz were both so pleasant doing business with. I love caring people working with the public it really means a lot to me and because of Tiffany and her team I will continue to do business at US Storage, but I would follow her as well.. we had to upgrade to a larger space and Tiffany had shown us 4 different ones and when we returned later that day we were able to transfer all in one day.. Liz had her back 100%. Thank you girls for being so dog gone awesome..I feel like taking them flowers right now, but will get to it soon..ooh and by the way, Tiffany will remember your name your face and make doing business a personal affair with doing the best to meet your needs..AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We had set the unit up online and within the same hour or so we received a call to help us settle everything over the phone, and we were told to head over when we’re ready! When we arrived to the facility the employee there was very friendly and helpful she explained everything from billing, hours, and how to get around the area. I was very nervous as it was my first time looking for a storage unit but they make the process easy.

Comment: We lost our storage today and we werent able to get our stuff out beforehand for a month. Everytime we came to get our stuff it was an excuse. The only time we were offered to get our stuff is when they locked our storage, after a short time. When we are not there, the staff is there, even on their off days which I find odd. They keep raising up the prices and it isnt worth it . We asked the staff for assistance and whether it was Tiffani or Erin, or whoever was there no one ever helped us enough. My mom nearly had a heart attack and they didnt assist us or care. They are lying about themselves they are shady and unprofessional. They should be reported.

Comment: I LOVE MS Cindy and Lavonne, I have a couple of times I almost lost my storage and was in traffic and call and ask them to please to wait for me because I was 10mins away and they waited. For me, being that my sale date was the next day, they are very understanding and compassionate people, been a customer for 6 yrs. They always call me and let know my standings and Thank Them. I thank GOD for people like Cindy and Lavonne.

Comment: I have been to many storage facilities and u.s storage is by far the best I have been too. Lavonne and Cindy are very professional and charming women. I have always enjoyed my experience here. The property is always very clean and I feel very safe storing my belongings here. And its all due to Lavonne and Cindys tireless efforts to keep this place in top notch shape. I give this location 5+ stars. If you need storage space this location is the first one u should consider.

Comment: Lavonne (Manager) & Cindy (Assistant Mgr.) are great to work with; very personable & professional! They BOTH assisted me with storage unit lock cutoffs and inventory, saving valuable time (especially since we had 20-plus units to do this month!). If I were to need a storage facility unit--anywhere in the South Bay area--I would give them my business, as they provide excellent customer service (I observed Lavonne having a momentary chat with a tenant who popped her head in the office door to greet her), and I wouldnt mind the longer drive to store my property here, as they seem to be very attentive to customer concerns/safety/security. Thanks, gals! :-)

Comment: Ive only been a customer for a short while at the location at Artesia & Atlantic,but Cindy & Lavonne are amazing!There hasnt been a single time that Ive been in where they havent been smiling,laughing & generally making me feel welcome.They know my name without having to look it up,which, to me,gives a very personal touch for any customer.If your company has the foresight to hire employees like these as a general practice,then I foresee great success & growth for your company!I think they deserve to be paid well for what they do as well as the person who had the insight to hire them!Great job!I look forward to continuing my patronage with you as long as I have the pleasure of being served by such amazing employees.

Comment: My experience with Lavonne Page and Cyndi Perez has been my best storage experience since I have been using public storage. Ive used other facilities in the past, but never come across staffing so personable and willing to go the extra mile to assist their clients. I do not live in the area, but feel good in having my goods stored there......Class act ladies!
