Comment: We sold our townhouse in Irvine near UCI. It is a great relief to have Chelsea guiding us through the entire process. There are a lot of not so professional realtors in todays market. It is crucial to have an honest and proficient realtor by your side to wade through all potential issues. She gave us confidence and support from listing to closing.We have retired for more than ten years. It is more difficult to relocate to another place at our age. We are grateful to have Chelsea who also shares her wealth of information on real estate transactions related to seniors.Thank you Chelsea, we cant imagine making it without you.

Comment: Edit: I guess it is a different expectation issue where I expect the person in charge of property will take care of the property. But for them, taking care of the property is a courtesy. If that is the case, thank you, we truely appreciate your courtesy for taking care of our needs and making extra efforts to do the work. I still hold my ground because I do not think taking care of the tenant’s need as a property management company is a courtesy or an act of good will, rather is a responsibility as part of the job. But I do not think we can resolve this since we are holding onto a different views on this.Edit: I would like to add additional star for our move out process. They are making it smoother for us and for those who are reading my review. My advice for working with Chelsea and Jackie is that make sure you REPEAT whatever communication to both Jackie and Chelsea to maximize clarity. Sometimes when you talk to one person, things do not necessary pass along because they both are busy so make sure you loop both of them in (especially on a phone conversation. Would recommend sticking to email)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I recently rented a place under Chelsea and Jackie’s management. Again, after reading all the reviews here and on yelp and on all other places, I have no doubt that they are great when it comes to handling house sales, but my experience with renting with them seems disappointing.We had to argue with them to get our blinds replaced(which we requested before we even moved in) and the place was not cleanedbefore we moved in(they said they cleaned it). We even showed pictures of dirty dishwashers, dirty carpet, and dusty blinds and still, they said they cleaned it and refused to send someone over (maybe they just hired a poor clearing agent, it not their fault if thats the case).But the worst was that they gave us 9 days notice of the rent increase have us decide asap. When I called, Chelsea said that it is MY sole responsibility and common sense to reach out to her knowing my lease is ending. It is not her responsibility to notify me of these things. She is not completely wrong, I should have been on top of my stuff. But at the same time, she works for a real estate management company, isnt that’s part of her job to help her tenants out?I am new to this renting business and I definitely learned a hard lesson thru my experience with them. I felt taken advantage of, pushed over, and couldn’t trust and rely on the property management to help me out.Jackie was a great dude tho :) One star for you. Thank you, Jackie.

Comment: Chelsea has been helping us with our rental property for the past three years and is phenomenal. She is prompt in replying to emails and is super thorough when explaining different concepts of the Real Estate Market to us. This year we were considering selling our place and she took the time to explain all of the factors we should consider when making our decision. There was absolutely no pressure either way. I love working with Chelsea and will continue to do so in the years ahead. She is definitely more that 5 stars as she is not only knowledgeable but hard working and sincere as well. We are grateful to be working with her.

Comment: I recently went to condo showings at stanford court that was under this realtor. When me and my friend got there, no one was there to show us around, and there was quite a (8 people) outside waiting. It seemed that 2 of them were landlords calling the realtor to come, but after 10 minutes they told us no one would come. A person unrelated to us had to call in and get the key from the lock themselves in order to view the house. Kind of turned us off from looking into housing further, as one of the rooms was inaccessible and we couldnt ask any questions. Cant tell if the realtors find uci students low priority, but it seems like it. Dissapointed with service, as there wasnt much at all besides providing the times of the condo showings.

Comment: I scheduled a meeting with her for a tour of a house, and she never showed up. Wasted about 30 mins just standing around waiting. Worse housing experiences I’ve had in Irvine.

Comment: I recently had to sell my home and I was very fortunate to have found and hired Chelsea as my agent. She has been the most helpful and professional agent I have had from the first moment when we met to discuss listing my home to escrow closing. Chelsea even advised me on what changes were ideal before listing the property and walked me through the entire remodeling process. After two weeks of open houses, we received several offers and we eventually went into escrow for even more than what I originally expected. It was definitely the right choice for me to use Chelsea as she made the entire process very smooth for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Comment: Chelsea and her partner,Jackie, provided exceptional service in selling our townhouse in Irvine, CA. Within the first week of showing the townhouse, we were presented with 3 offers. Chelsea always kept us informed at all stages of the sales process. We have worked with many realtors in the past, she is the best. She was able to answer questions that came up and had good suggestions. We were always able to reach her either via phone or by e-mail. Shes professional and worked on our behalf in selling the townhouse. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Comment: I cant thank Chelsea and Jackie enough for all the hard work, dedication and the time they spent in helping us to find our condo. We were incredibly impressed by their knowledge about the market, systematic data analysis, and endless patience to provide guidance through frustrated negotiations and closing process. We went to lot of open houses, talked with multiple agents, but the moment we met them during a random open house tour, we knew we found right person to help us. They are extremely easy and fun to work with, attentive to details and very professional. They stood by their words “doing things only top agents can do!”
