Comment: Shannon from Utopia worked miracles and found tenants for our home very quickly, at the price we agreed on, who could move in on the first of the next month. Shannon is tremendously knowledgeable, very professional, and incredibly responsive. I think I accidentally bugged her when she was on vacation and she still replied to my questions and addressed my concerns.This is our first time working with a property management company and the entire rental prices has been so much easier and stress free thanks to Shannon.It was a very hectic season for our family and Shannon relieved us of all the pressure of finding tenants, showing the house, getting leases signed, and more.We look forward to continuing to work with Shannon!

Comment: Utopia manages my apartment in San Jose and I am very happy with their work. I live in Europe and wouldnt be able to be as active as if I lived in the US. Whenever I have a problem, they pick up the phone at any time of the day. They are extremely reliable, reactive, resourceful, and knowledgeable. They even come up with ideas to have my apartment better rented and resolve issues on their own. I have worked with them for 3 years and they all have been extremely consistent.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!***Check their Yelp with over 300 reviews and save your nerves, time and money!I lived in one of their properties in Redwood Shores. The apartment was cute but if you have an issue, good luck getting a hold of someone. I had issues with their old w/d which they didn’t properly fixed and even changed us for the repair. Our windows had holes around the frame and the water was getting inside the house when it was raining. No one ever fixed that. For some weird reason we were paying $500 bills for electricity even though we were barely using the heater and we were freezing in the apartment. We tried several times to get a hold of our property manager and after months we found out that our property manager is no longer working for Utopia and why notify us about it?I also have to mention Lisette, the most DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE property manager I’ve ever interacted with.Last but not least, we got only $1963 out of $2800 deposit back with some weird charges. I am so happy I no longer need to deal with these people.Do not rent with them, they are horrible!!!!
