Comment: Reserving a dump trailer was straightforward and the attendant was very helpful in answering questions and recommending the right size of trailer etc. On the day of, getting connected and heading out was streamlined. They even helped me replace a fuse in my truck to ensure all trailer lights functioned.However, once I loaded up, I thought to double check tire pressure and *all* tires on the tandem dump trailer were underfilled according the recommended pressure on the trailer info plate. Instead of 60 psi, they were at 50, 40, 40 and 20. The trailer literally rose 1/2 inch after sorting this out. Im lucky I discovered this before taking it 50 mph (max speed for trailers recommended is 55). When I went to return it, a different staff member there blew me off, saying he had run trailers as low as 10 psi... After this experience, I have severe doubt in the rental side of this business. Make sure to double check their work.

Comment: I got there at 5:18, both sets of doors already locked, and the clerk just stared at me as I tried the doors and then motioned that I would like to talk. I wanted to ask a simple question about their current inventory because website isn’t easy. I ended up calling from the parking lot, and the man was able to answer my question though far from a customer service oriented manner. I know people can have bad days, but if you’re going to lock the doors maybe don’t be visible and rude to people arriving before closing time.

Comment: While travelling from Canada recently, my enclosed tandem car trailer ate a bearing and subsequently damaged the brake, hub and spindle. I disassembled the mess and limped into the facility on three wheels on Labor Day Friday. Claudi, Willie and Will were professional and awesome. I was CERTAIN the axle needed replacing due to the extreme abuse suffered, but they felt that it could be repaired. The long weekend delayed parts, but they successfully repaired the offending corner and serviced the other three hubs a few days later. Rob was courteous and timely with calls and emails and as I returned northward, I retrieved the trailer, loaded my vintage car and had a seamless and hassle-free return home.I was potentially at their mercy for pricing, but they came back with a very acceptable and fair final invoice.I strongly recommend this business for your trailer needs.

Comment: The guys at vacaville trailer sales saved the long weekend vacation for my wife and I. They have the parts and staff to keep your trailer on the road and dont overcharge. Comment: I highly recommend Vacaville Trailer Sales to anyone in need of a trailer or trailer accessories. From one dealer to another they offer excellent customer service. We were in a bind and needed a trailer ASAP. We called in on a Saturday not knowing they were closed and luckily a gentleman by the Name of Rob happen to answer (he was there on his day off catching up on paperwork). Comment: I brought my jetskies trailer in after the axle wasnt working right. I took it in on Tuesday May 30th. They explained to me they were busy and would be in the shop no later then Monday June 5th. And as soon as they found out what was need it they would call me. Two weeks go by no call, so I called they told me the trailer need it a new axle and it had already been order and it would be two weeks before they got the part in. I asked how much it would be, they said they would call back the company and let me know. Another week goes by still no estimate on how much it will be. Take in mind I was on vacation and need it to estimate so I could properly budget. So I called and they told me it shouldnt be more then 400 dollars installed and fixes, but they would call me if it need it more parts. So today June 29 I get a called that the trailer is ready, total will be 612.05. I asked how come, they said new axle extra parts and labor. Now I know nothing is cheap but a heads up and courtesy call of added parts wouldve been nice, after all they said no more then 400 dollars but they would call if it was going to be more.Never will I do business with them, not an honest business when you blind side customers. I know 200 dollars more money s not much but it is a business after all. And they do have a responsibility to let the customer know of added parts and change of price.And I did try talk to the guy who was in charge his name was John. He was rude and didnt want to discuss anything.I hope you guys read this, I work with allot of people who have trailers I will run the voice that you guys are shady. In my line of work you take advantage of someone they will not do business with you.
