Comment: Valencia Real Estate Group really took their time to understand our goals and helped us reach them. From sitting down and explaining the step by step process to jumping on calls and getting us in to see houses we were interested in the same day, they were there with us every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable with great experience and a great team, they should be your go to’s.This process can be stressful because so much goes into it but they were incredible at making it smooth. Comment: I chose EXP Valencia Realty Group last year because they were local, and I wanted to give my business to a company who was owned and operated in my city. Working with Micaela and Fausto Valencia was a great experience; they were quick, efficient, and very professional!I was in a dire situation to relocate my very ill father to West Sacramento. While Micaela was searching for viable homes for my dad, the perfect one was discovered down the street and she actioned fast! My dad’s offer was cash, so Micaela was able to negotiate a 10-day escrow so I could get him moved sooner rather than later.As luck would have it, Micaela had another client who was in the market to purchase a home in the city my dad lived in, so she facilitated that transaction of selling my dad’s home once he relocated...It was seamless!There were a couple of hic-cups along the way pertaining to my dad’s legal name vs his nickname that could have been very problematic. Micaela’s husband and business partner, Fausto Valencia, stepped in and went the EXTRA MILE by doing so much legwork on my behalf and then assisted me with sorting out the issues.I am so grateful to both Micaela and Fausto for all that they did and highly recommend their services to all!

Comment: So glad we picked Valencia real estate group, we wanted three things when looking for our realtor: well organized team that make it easy of a process as possible, a team that could get our home sold in quick order, and a team that would fight to get us top dollars for our house. We got all of that and much more with Valencia real estate group. They kept us informed on every step of the process. We sold it in 7 days and got above asking price!
