Comment: I went to this store and the lady at the desk was very helpful. Unfortunately for my father they do not accept Medi-Cal. Nonetheless, she refered us to other stores and before we left she helped us to understand what to look for on the medical equipment we needed. I am going back to this store if my father cant get his equipment through Medi-Care.

Comment: I went here to look at their lift recliners. I ended up buying one for 2 reasons. First, the name brand recliner was built good and able to handle my big butt. 2nd reason, customer support was outstanding. The young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Great warranty and she even helped me load it onto my trailer. Buy from here folks. Shop local

Comment: The new owners are great. Donika was very efficient, polite, and helpful in getting my medical needs met. She was contracted through a 3rd party and still was able to get me my equipment on time. Cheers to the new change in ownership. It shows.

Comment: Matt was great. He offered me less expensive alternatives and decked out my walker. If you want to do business in a class place with great staff go to Valley Medical. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Comment: Very helpful and informative customer service. They were patient while my mother browse the inventory. Theyre quite an assortment of shower chairs, mobility chairs, electric recliners, personal hygiene items and support pillows. Thank you for your help. :-)

Comment: I have called upon this Medical Supply facility multiple times and found them to have good supplies and equipment for sale. My problem is with the customer service. When I have called to check on availability on certain items the woman answering the call is short with me and not helpful. This has made me refer people to other places in town to get supplies. You might still have to go to them as they have a good inventory but be prepared to deal with someone who might not want to be there.
